    Deep South Biscuit sandwich
    Ted S.

Stopped by Another Broken Egg today for a late breakfast and tried several dishes. Despite it being a busy Sunday, we were seated within about 30 minutes, which wasn't bad at all. Shortly after being seated, we were warmly greeted by Michelle, who quickly took our order and served us coffee We initially ordered the Floridian omelette, but unfortunately, something was off about it. We decided to switch to a simpler meal consisting of bacon, eggs, grits, seasoned potatoes, and an English muffin, which was much better. Can't go wrong with a classic like this Additionally, we ordered the Deep South Biscuit sandwich, which was a standout and truly captured southern flavors. This sandwich featured chicken tenders, pimento cheese, egg, and bacon jam, all served on a soft, flaky, oversized biscuit that crumbled delightfully in the mouth. It was a savory and satisfying dish with a perfect balance of flavors We also added a side of beignets, which were quite dense but very tasty, and finished the meal with a bowl of fresh fruit Overall, despite needing to exchange the Floridian omelette, everything else was delicious, and the service was excellent. Michelle was incredibly polite and provided outstanding customer service. We look forward to returning to explore more southern-inspired dishes!

Stopped in for breakfast on a weekday. There was less than a 5 minute wait for a table. Our waitress was great and very attentive. The food was good, we got a variety of items from chicken and waffles, power bowls, sausage gravy and biscuits and 2 types of eggs Benedict. It was all tasty and the city grits were probably the best. Sadly the Benedict's were a little over done, but still good. We opted for a cold brew vanilla coffee which was good but a little sweet. We would come back.

A go-to brunch spot for my family and I and now I'm finally writing a review for it. My family started going to Another Broken Egg Cafe about 2 years ago and we love this southern brunch spot. It's a cute restaurant that has always given us great service and its food never misses for us. This cafe is southern rustic style but the ripped booths are a little TOO rustic for me. The length of the booth that we sat in was majorly torn. I always order the Lobster and Brie Omelette. I love seafood and omelettes so this is the perfect combination of both for me. I ordered the city grits on the side which tasted great and are very filling. I'll definitely be back but maybe you should replace the booth covers?

Food was great. They can do a little better with the ranch. Service was great. The overall ambience gives family oriented.

The food was scrumptious. We had a lemon and goat cheese pancake to share and a lobster omelette and a seafood omelette both with City Grits as a side. It was all appealing visually and perfect temperature. We were there about an hour before closing and it was not busy at all. I've been there when it's bustling too. This was very pleasant

First time coming in. I Will be coming back soon. Wonderful people and atmosphere. Love the food. Ordered the Shrimp Benny.

Still the best brunch place ever!!! Ashlynn and Crystal are amazing servers!!!!! Candy is the best bartender I know! I highly recommend the ultimate brunch sandwich. It's only available for the summer but still really good.

It was so good!! I enjoyed the Shrimp and City Grits Benedict and Abe Infused drink. Service was excellent!! Very casual and lots of room! I would recommend doing what I did, go to the website https://www.anotherbrokenegg.com/locations/beavercreek-oh/ and look at the menu online. I think there are four locations in OH!

Kind of in a weird area in a sort of strip mall, but don't that let you deter you! Down home diner vibes for sure! Loved the cute wallpaper and vintage decor. I was solo and they only had 4-top seating so I always feel a little weird taking up a whole table by myself, but the place was pretty empty so it was no big deal. Honestly didn't interact with the server much - she basically just took my order, brought my food, dropped the check, and that was it. The food was awesome and exactly what you expect from a breakfast diner! I got the sausage gravy and biscuits, which came with 2 eggs and fruit. It was a TON of food, I think I maybe ate half of it (don't worry, the leftovers were consumed back in my hotel room later). The biscuits were big and fluffy, the sausage gravy was thick and filling but needed some salt and pepper to spruce it up. Eggs were great, fruit was fresh! Very affordable, the breakfast meals are just shy of $12 and I got 2 meals out of it. Great little spot, will def swing through if I'm back there for work again!

Margot didn't finish her mimosa. I did finish the tequila sunrise, although calling it a tequila sunrise was generous. It was mostly a very sweet sunrise with rumors of tequila. Margot said her coffee was good, so we were off to a promising start. Then the food arrived. Cold. Margot ordered a breakfast bowl with the beef protein, which was so overcooked and so aggressively salted that she removed it from the bowl and left it on the plate. I assume it is still preserved somewhere in the restaurant and should remain perfectly edible well into the next century. Another person in our party ordered the same dish and had exactly the same experience with the protein. I keep using the word "protein" because I'm hesitant to call it meat--or beef, as the menu does--after seeing what actually arrived at the table. Whatever journey it took from cow to breakfast bowl clearly included several additional steps that were not necessary. I had two eggs, three sausage links and three pieces of bacon. Apparently the kitchen was equally concerned about my long-term preservation because the sausage and bacon contained enough salt to qualify as cured building materials. Both meals came with one piece of their "world famous" sourdough toast. One. Calling it a piece may also be generous. It was sliced thin enough that, under proper lighting, I believe you could read a newspaper through it. Another piece would have been appreciated, particularly considering toast appears to be part of the restaurant's identity. Service was an interesting team-building exercise. One person took our order, another brought drinks, someone else brought food, and yet another person checked the table. I believe we interacted with four different employees, which made it impossible to build any rapport with an actual server. Nobody was particularly terrible. Nobody seemed particularly responsible for us either. We didn't feel rushed, which was nice. The restaurant wasn't very busy when we arrived but was absolutely packed by the time we left, with people lining up at the door. One thing we noticed on the way out: the restaurant itself looks great. Whoever designed the place clearly spent some serious time on Pinterest, and unlike the kitchen, they actually executed the assignment. At this point, Toasted may want to seriously consider a pivot. Close the kitchen, leave the furniture exactly where it is, and start designing restaurants for people who know how to cook. Because whoever is responsible for the interior clearly understands what a restaurant is supposed to look like. Now they just need someone who understands what the food is supposed to taste like. So clearly Toasted has found its audience. If you enjoy cold food, aggressively salted mystery protein, cocktails where the liquor is largely theoretical, and world-famous sourdough with the dimensions and structural characteristics of cardboard, you may have found your Sunday brunch destination. If you're preparing your body for long-term winter storage, even better. Margot and I will probably just admire the Pinterest board from a safe distance.

Well, my bad - their website includes multiple accessible places to park in and around the village. That said, we got it, and decided to belly up to the bar for a better look at the offerings and the place in general. Matt O was our server. I started with a delicious Scottish Ale, and my companion had a glass of wine. Prices are reasonable. My companion ordered and raved about the Shepherd's Pie. I had Bangers & Mash - sausage (3 pieces) with imported horseradish mustard, mashed potatoes, gravy, delicious baked beans. It went perfectly with my pint! It was a warm afternoon so the glass garage doors were opened wide and folks were eating and drinking outside in the beer garden too. The vibe was loud, lively and very positive. Music was old school British Invasion '60s style. Good times seemed to be had by everyone. We finished with a locally produced Chocolate Rum Cake - it was rum forward and smooth, dark chocolatey! The atmosphere was charming, the décor was exactly what we were hoping for, and the menu felt genuinely true to British cuisine rather than a themed interpretation. Unfortunately, our visit took place on a colder day, and the large garage-style door connecting to the outdoor seating area was left open. As a result, the entire restaurant felt quite cold throughout our meal. Since we were dining with our infant son, this made it difficult to fully enjoy the experience and was our biggest disappointment of the evening. In fact, it was cold enough that we kept our coats on throughout dinner, which made it hard to relax and enjoy the atmosphere the restaurant had worked so hard to create. We also ordered the fish and chips. The quality of the fish was very good, and it was clearly prepared with care. However, the portion size left something to be desired. The meal included only one medium-sized piece of fish, which felt small for a dinner entrée, especially considering the price point. While the food itself was enjoyable, we were hoping for a more substantial serving. Despite these issues, The Last Queen delivered on atmosphere, authenticity, and food quality. I would be willing to give it another try, particularly during warmer weather, as I believe the temperature and comfort level had a significant impact on our overall experience.
