My doctor said his wife experienced the same problem the week or so before me, so needless to say, I won't be going back. Truly awful staff. We waited 45 mins for a table and 45 mins for food because our waitress forgot to put our food in. On top of that.. our waitress kept awkwardly avoiding us and never checked on us. I want to love this place but it's always disappointing. I keep trying it thinking it'll get better but it's just ok. The service is super slow. We had a party of 6 and got there at 8:00 to beat the crowd. The restaurant wasn't that busy. We waited about 15 minutes for a table but it took an hour to get our food after we ordered. Our waitress was nice. I had the French toast. It was probably the best thing I've tried there. I didn't care for the eggs Benedict or their omelets. This is our favorite breakfast/brunch spot in Shreveport-Bossier. We always stop in when visiting family. I, unfortunately stayed at a terrible motel in the area and needed a great breakfast spot to liven up my day and trip back home. I googled this on Apple Maps and read good reviews. The wait staff were friendly. My waitress specifically (can't recall name) was amazing! Food took a minute to come out but was absolutely worth the wait. I ordered French toast, eggs, bacon, blueberries, and tea. Everything was hot and fresh. I very much enjoyed the decor, architecture, atmosphere of this place. If you visit here, I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. Let's hope they open up a paralleled establishment in my Colorado! read more

The almost wide open dining area feels and most importantly sounds like you're in a cafeteria that's fine for some but these aren't cafeteria prices. A drop ceiling would probably help. The cooks need to read the tickets and prepare as the customer requested.
