Crab dip

The waitstaff is amazing! They are so friendly and welcoming when you arrive, making sure you are comfortable and asking about your evening. The place is super neat with the old house decor. The food was all really delicious. We will definitely be back.

So Shreveport redeemed itself for me with this place. When I say I highly recommend , I highly recommend It is rich is history and charm. The staff is knowledgeable. The owners are a couple and he is the chef and his wife makes rounds to the table and is so welcoming. Rolls good 10/10 Character 10/10 Boa bun 6/10 the meat was good but I didn't care for the veggies and bread Ceasar salad 8/10 Each item is served by course Sorbet to cleanse the pallet 10/10 Red snapper in brown butter lemon sauce topped with lump crab meat 100/10 This red snapper was the best I have had they were not stingy with the crab meat. It was originally served with just butter noodles but I asked for Parmesan noodles and the chef delivered The bread pudding came highly recommend but it wasn't for me. I think if they add the pumpkin pie topping to the bread pudding we would be on to something I'm definitely going back

It has great atmosphere and service. The food is amazing! The Roasted Tomato and Gouda Soup is fantastic. This is a must try especially if there is a special occasion.

Argentine Ribeye with Cilantro Chimichurri

Our dinner at The Mabry House was wonderful. I'd recommend it for a large or small group looking for an intimate atmosphere. The menu is complete with options that are great for sharing. Amongst our group of 10 we shared 2 crab cakes, 2 crawfish cheesecakes, and of course the bread. For my entree I ordered the ribeye with the Cilantro Chimichurri on the side, it was cooked perfectly and incredibly flavorful.

Does this place need another 5-Star review? No. But here goes. This place made me disappointed at all the "top restaurants " in Dallas. Mabry House reminded me what food prepared with excellence and skill, as well as traditional fine service, really is. If only Dallas restaurants would focus more on better skills and better dressed, more knowledgeable and more courteous servers, and less on photo opp walls for girlfriends to post on their fake instagrams.

In town for business my guest chose Bella Fresca for a personal genuine dinner experience. The…read morerestaurant is small and cozy and we arrived early and were given plenty of time to visit We ordered the Caesar salad and calamari as appetizers, I enjoyed the salad - very large and fresh. I passed on the calamari but it looked delicious and the portion was very large. For entrees i had the halibut - pan seared almond crusted halibut, Parmigiano risotto, kale and cherry tomato sauté. The halibut was delicious, came out HOT but not overcooked or dry which is incredibly difficult for a fish dish and was a nice change. My guest had the red snapper - grilled snapper, Yukon scalloped potatoes, crabmeat, lemon garlic cream, crispy spinach and she enjoyed it immensely For the ending we split the peanut butter pie. My Confession - I love sweets ! There , I said it! And confessing, this was the best peanut butter pie ive ever had. Peanut butter was whipped and light, nice crust and just enuff chocolate to add the cocoa dimension Service was great from my guy Lawrence and the price of dinner was acceptable for the quality. I look forward to visiting again

I highly recommend, this restaurant, to try.

Some places don't just feed you -- they stay with you…read more Today I walked into this little restaurant and instantly felt at ease, like it was already familiar somehow. The room was beautiful in a quiet, elegant way, thoughtfully put together, warm and welcoming. And the people... every single waitress greeted us with kindness, but Miss Tammy -- oh, she was something special. The kind of person who makes you feel like you've known her forever. So sweet, so genuine, the kind of service you don't forget. The food came out and from the very first bite, it was clear this was a place that cooks with love. The eggs, the omelet, the French toast -- everything tasted like comfort. And then there was the millionaire bacon -- perfectly caramelized with brown sugar and just a touch of chili flakes. Sweet, smoky, with a gentle heat that teased your taste buds like heaven. Absolutely unforgettable. The portions were generous in the best way, and the prices were more than fair, especially for a breakfast that leaves you full and happy. But listen... the coffee. That coffee wrapped around you like a warm blanket. And then came the meat pies -- crispy, flavorful, absolutely unforgettable. Paired with those potatoes -- golden and crisp on the outside, soft and tender on the inside -- perfectly made, just the way they should be. The owner was there today too, sitting with friends, laughing and enjoying himself, and somehow that made the place feel even more real -- like you were stepping into a slice of everyday life, not just a restaurant. If you're looking for a true southern breakfast, a place with heart, warmth, and soul -- this is it. This is where you go when you want to feel something, not just eat. We'll be back. Without a doubt. And Miss Tammy -- thank you. You made the day brighter than you know.

Ordered our food at that time. We checked in at the 40 minute mark and come to find out that our food still wasn't ready. Apparently the waiter put the order in on the wrong name - so that had to be fixed. And then when it was fixed they had a large party in front of ours that needed to be prepared first before ours. Needless to say we have now been sitting in this restaurant for over an hour with a cup of coffee and no food. If you want a quick breakfast spot, this is not the place. I would not recommend coming here with children because I cannot imagine them waiting patiently for an hour for breakfast. I have yet to receive our food even after writing this long review. But any place where you have to wait this long to get some eggs and a pancake I cannot recommend.
