The bartender that took care of us was awesome - she was so friendly and great, quick service. Our food came fast and was delicious. My son and I came in during the power outage suffered here in Memphis. The place was packed with customers. We were seated right away outside due to the long wait time for inside cool seating. The food came quickly, and the chicken biscuit and eggs were delicious along with the buttermilk pancakes. Takerra took care of our table. She was awesome. Came to ANB to get my free birthday pancakes. We put our names on the waitlist before we left the house and once we arrived to the location we checked in. We were told we would receive a text message when our table was ready. This was at 12:39pm. We sat out front in out car because the lobby area was crowded and we had our baby with us. After approximately 39 minutes we decided to go inside because we hadn't received a text and at this point were very hungry. Well when we walked up to the door it was locked so we had to stand outside in the cold with our baby for someone to walk out before we could go inside. The person at the front was visibly agitated. We told her how long we had been waiting and that we never received the text for our table so she proceeded to walk away without saying anything and comes back with someone else, perhaps a manager. So once again we explain to this person the situation and after checking in their system and showing her our texts, she tells the other employee to seat us. The food was decent. Visited and was so disappointed !! waffle was hard dry and airy! sent it back and told her she didn't have remake it. Then I was asked fo I want to order something else I said no I'm fine. Very good brunch option. We had county boy gravy bowl and the traditional breakfast platter. The chicken sausage was delicious, eggs cooked perfectly! We had high hopes for this place, because we LOVED eating at Another Broken Egg in Florida. We've eaten here twice and we're underwhelmed both times. We had a significant wait for food both times, and the second time we were there right at opening (so, we were maybe one of five families eating - shouldn't take that long to get food with so few people there). Our waitress rarely checked in to see if we needed anything (which we did). Eggs weren't cooked as ordered the second time. Tim and I wanted to give Another Broken Egg a try this morning. 50-80min wait. Added to waitlist. Decided to go to Trader Joes and other local stores to await the text informing us our table is ready. We come back and they say 15-45 more minutes. Then we wait again. Still no text. Finally, we are both starving and frustrated. So I come back again for an update, they gave up our table without ever notifying us that it was ready‍ but he apologizes and offers to seat us on patio. We agree. We sit down and waitress says, the kitchen is at least an hour behind. We left. If you have absolutely nothing else to do on a sunday, go for it...but we won't be back. read more

What I make at home is wayyy better! There were 5 in our party, and if you've ever eaten complimentary breakfast at a hotel, this is exactly what you will find here, down to the hotel waffles!! The cookie dough waffle was just a plain waffle with a few cookie dough bits and a dollop of cool whip on top! We were very underwhelmed and felt like Cracker Barrel or IHOP may have equaled the quality of food and would've been cheaper :/ . Exclusive of drinks, 5 meals totaled $70. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. we put our name in they said 45 minutes. Then we asked after an hour they said another 30. Then after we waited that they made us wait ANOTHER 30. We finally went back up she said another 20. We left, we literally put a reservation in online and they said the call aheads get to cut everyone in line. We had to stand in between the doors while it was freezing because they have no where to wait. The employees were rude and clearly didn't know how to do their job because they were so frazzled and confused every time we went up about the time. Went yesterday for breakfast. They were super busy but were able to meet their 40 minute wait time. Ordered and waited 25 minutes before food showed up. The crab cake benedict tasted like bad crab (smelled and the textured of the crab cakes were slimy at best) with no hollandaise and over cooked eggs. Sent it back and was asked if I would like something else. No, the person I was dining with was over 1/2 of the way though their meal and if I waited another 30 minutes for them to cook me so eggs that would have meant I held their table for over an hour and a half. I would have assumed, that if you serve someone old/ bad crab that they would not have to pay for it, but that is not the case. I STILL had to pay for the meal that was not even edible but they were more than happy to give me a card for a free meal the next time. Most ridiculous thing I have absolutely ever heard in my life!! Took my wife there for her birthday on Friday. We have always loved this place that is why we keep going back but that day was a big disappointment. Arrived at 10:45 hostess said we can seat you at 11 which she did. We ordered our food and were still waiting for over 1hr for our food. No refills nothing so we asked to speak with manager and she said let me check on it and never saw here again. I am giving the 1 star because it doesn't go any lower and the food was decent once we received it. I'll start from the beginning.....I walked into put our name in and was asked if we were on the waitlist (I didn't know what that was at the time). I told them no and they said it was a 1.75 hour wait. I said thank you and then went onto my phone to look up the waitlist. I joined the waitlist online which said 40-75 mins. We waited around 40 mins, which was a wonderful surprise. We were sat around 11:45-11:50 and greeted by our server Carissa in a timely manner. It was very loud in the restaurant with people talking and very loud music playing. She took our drink order and then our food order. We ordered two orders of chicken tenders and two omelettes. It seemed like things were going smoothly. We put our food order in at about noon. At 12:40 Carissa came to apologize for the wait and let us know the kitchen was backed up. The kids were starving but we made the best of it. She did come back to let us know she can get the beignets I ordered. She brought them out, they were over cooked and the powdered sugar was not powdered but like a frosting all over them. Way too much sugar but we ate them and didn't complain. At 1:00 my daughter was very hungry and started to get overwhelmed with the amount of noise so I walked her outside to calm down. Both kids at this point are starving for their chicken tenders. At 1:20 I went to the front and asked if there was a manager I could speak to. They pointed the manager at a table speaking to some people so I asked if she could come speak to us once she was finished. She came right over. We voiced our concerns about the wait for our food and her response was "I've been cooking too so the longer I'm here talking to you the longer it will take for you to get your food". Her name I believe was Danielle? I have NEVER encountered a manager so rude about being backed up. I have served, bartended and owned a bar. I would NEVER say something like that. We then asked if it was still going to be a wait then just cancel our orders so we can go somewhere quick to feed our children. She said it should be right out. The food did come right out after that. We did have to wait longer for two english muffins that came with the omelettes because those weren't ready yet.....(english muffins weren't ready after waiting an hour and 20 minutes for our food). I would suggest this place invests in both a manager on the floor and a kitchen manager because Danielle was not happy having to speak to people about their concerns. Even after the long wait for food we were not even apologized to by the manager....even maybe discounting the kids meals? Nope, $60 for chicken tenders and two omelettes that took an hour and 20 mins. I love Easton but definitely will skip this place next time. My friends and I decided to visit this establishment for brunch and had a TERRIBLE experience. Our waitress (Brandy)was not attentive and dismissive. We asked to speak with a manager. (Tamika) said she was the manager and was not professional at all and offered $15 gift cards to my group. The entire experience was so terrible that all five of use said we would NOT be back. I would like to speak with someone in corporate as we arrived there at 11:15, was added to a waitlist, sat outside until we could get a table. Brandy did not give us enough menus or waters and kept saying she would be back to serve us and we did not see her again until we moved inside to our seats. Was told by the waitress in our area that she could not serve us as we started outside and Brandy felt like she should be our server since we sat outside and we were in her area. So the waitress gave Brandy our table I'm assuming so Brandy would not be upset. The service went down hill from there. Brandy flew by the table saying again that she will be right back and we insisted she take our orders as we had already sat outside for about 30 minutes waiting on menus and water. She took our orders and we did not see her again until we started asking other waiters to grab our drinks . Once we asked "any other waiter" who walked pass our table to assist, Brandy would pop up to see what we needed. Our drinks sat at the bar for about 15-20 minutes before they got to the table. We were extremely frustrated at this point. One person in our party spilled her drink and we had to clean it ourselves. Once again we had to get another waitress to bring a towel to the table and Brandy came and basically watched us clean it up. By this time it was about 1:30, still not food or fresh water at our table. Tamika did bring another drink to replace the one that was spilled. I ordered another drink while we were still waiting for our food and it sat at the bar so long that when Tamika was walking by (we did not know she was the manager) I asked her could she grab my drink and her response was " I have no idea what drink is yours so you will have to wait for your waiter" I told her it was the only drink sitting at the bar and she said, I'm sorry you will have to wait. Brandy came by and grabbed the drink and sat it on the table. Now it was about 2 and we still did not have our food that was ordered. When the food finally came out. My order was incorrect. I ordered a western omelet without salsa. It came out looking like a scrambler and I told Brandy that is not what I ordered. She said the western omelet is not an omelet even though it is under the omelet section of the menu. She offered to take it back and suggested in the future i should say i wanted it to be an omelet. Even though I said "I would like to order the western omelet with no salsa". MY EXACT WORDS. My replacement order was a ham and cheese omelet instead. My friend ordered a egg white omelet with spinach, on the menu it says egg white. She received a regular omelet with eggs, not egg whites and was told by Brandy that even though it says egg white on the menu, she should have told her she wanted egg whites and not regular eggs. Hers was sent back as well. By the time the incorrect orders came out, the other three women was finish with their meals and we were speaking to the manager....(Tameka) who was very argumentative and making excuses for all of the issue we ran into during our time in your establishment. I also explained to her that I was disturbed by the fact that she said she is the manager while when I asked her to bring my drink, her response was that she has no idea what drink goes where and that i had to wait, even though she knew we had already been waiting forever. She did apologize. Although i feel as if it was not genuine. She said the only thing she could do is offer gift cards for a return visit and pretty much walked away. Needless to say the two orders that were incorrect we refused them and was ready to just leave. While we were waiting to get the bills, Brandy went to Tameka and they were talking loudly about our complaints was basically hackling about our complaints. I felt extremely disrespected and uncomfortable in your establishment. We made it very clear, it was not about the $ as we are all comfortably established. It was certainly about the unacceptable services provided by your staff. Not sure how this can be resolved however I would like to speak with someone regarding our experience.
