We tried this place for breakfast on a Saturday and were seated right away but kept waiting forever for our server. So I had to ask for a server after waiting for 15 minutes. When we did get our server, the service improved afterward. I tried their Tomatillo Mary that's quite different than anything I have tried before. It has spicy pepper infused vodka with garlic, cilantro and lime. I liked it but it's not something you order again and again. For my omelette, I tried their Monterey omelette that had egg white with chicken, onions, green chilies and tomatoes. I really liked this omelette. It was delicious and comes with a side of fruit. We also tried their lobster and Brie omelette that has cream cheese filled omelette topped with Brie cheese, tomatoes, green onions and lobster meat. That omelette is yummy too. I love that this place has other healthy selections like salmon power bowl, salmon avocado toast, granola, fruit and quinoa power bowl, skinny omelette, etc. So they have quite a few options to pick from. I was visiting friends in town, and they highly recommended Another Broken Egg. I can see why, their food tastes great and the cocktails packed a punch! We started off with their drinks. I ordered the Bloody Maria (a Bloody Mary with tequila instead of vodka), and that was greaaaat! After 2 of those, I was pretty lit. Then my Mardi Gras Omelette came, which is an omelette with crawfish, shrimp, and andouille. It was covered in tomato hollandaise with green onions and tomatoes. This tasted amazing! I was happy with my choice, except my only regret was picking the grits instead of the fresh country potatoes or the fruits. I'm not a fan of grits but figured I'd try them again. We chose this restaurant because we had heard great things about this franchise. I ordered cinnamon roll French toast and my husband ordered grits, eggs, and sausage. I was not a fan of the toast. The cinnamon overpowered the 'French toast' of the dish. I love cinnamon but was disappointed that the overall dish had no real flavor. Husband's grits were creamy and had no 'grit' like typical southern grits. On a positive note, we were seated immediately and our waiter was on point! The restaurant was very clean, organized and there was plenty of room between tables. However, we will choose a different breakfast spot on our next visit. read more

If one cannot update their menu to include lactose free options for coffee, refrain from limiting 65 percent of the population from having coffee at your establishment. My daughter has a milk allergy (not just intolerance), and while maybe the hostess understood, the server did not. I visited this restaurant on 6/8/23. It was extremely busy but was able to sit at the bar to avoid the long wait. I started off with the lemon blueberry mimosa. At first it was alil too sweet but I added more champs and leveled it off. The second one was even better!! Very good selection of drinks but the beer selection is limited for those that enjoy a beer with breakfast The selection of food is perfect. Not an overwhelming menu ...iust enough to satisfy. The couple next to me ordered the Cinnamon Roll French Toast and crab cake Benedict. Damn the French toast looked and smelled good I ordered traditional eggs Benedict. Very tasty but comes with green onion so heads up. Highly recommended (Without onion) Bartender/server (Connor) did a great job and made it enjoyable. I couldn't decide on should I get potatoes or grits.. people suggested I get the potatoes.. the waitress was kind enough and brought me some grits too. The potatoes was a little on the dark side.. made them look overcooked.. the waitress said that's how that particular cook.. cooks them. I ate a few.. but the grits were better once I got it right. We decided to order the highly recommended Strawberry St. Germain and Lemon Blueberry infused mimosas--they were so good. For food, we went with the Chicken & Waffles and the Bananas Foster Pancakes--both served with eggs and the homemade sausage patties. The food arrived to the table hot, fresh, and delicious. I definitely recommend the Bananas Foster Pancakes, they were perfect and those sausage patties? Delicious. I recommend this location, I'm sure I will return! read more
