love, love, love the breakfast/brunch here. and they serve it til 2 in the afternoon. some of the best bloodies on the beach, or anywhere. Have been here 3 times & always enjoyed it. The coffee is "Community" brand coffee, and something of a gulf coast acquired taste. They have several breakfast selections with crawfish in them, which always seem to call me. French toast is also wonderful. Sweetie generally orders "man breakfast" of two overlights, bacon or sausage & toast, and cleans the plate, so I assume it's good even though it's rather ordinary. Lots of "out of the ordinary" to choose from on their menu. We usually try to stop here at least once while we're in town and will keep on coming back. read more

What an absolute delight of a restaurant. Stopped by on our way to the Panama City airport from Destin and were incredibly pleased. Was very disappointed on our LAST visit to Another Broken Egg in PCB. The menu has changed and the favorite item Castine was not available anymore. My wife always wanted to eat there just for that. The coffee was to strong. Now we will be skipping this place. read more

what interested me was the carrot cake pancakes, my significant other and i arrive hungry to be told to wait 20 minutes as i see other people being seating and empty seats. i received a text that our table was "ready" but our server brought us to a table that wasn't wiped down, still sticky, and had the previous tables check still sitting there, the cockroach 1ft away from us was a nice decoration and matched the color of the walls. i asked a nearby server to wipe our sticky germ infested table down and she just sprays of chemical, which some got on my girlfriend and she didnt even say sorry for splashing a cleaning chemical on her, two quick lazy squirts on the table and does a quick wipe down and then leaves. iam not even going to begin to describe anything else you should all be ashamed of yourself for treating customers poorly, i will make sure to tell everyone what horrible service you have. the food was decent at least but no vegetarian options in this day and age is absurd, i understand this is a corporate decision but your establishment and corporation is god awful. will not be coming back ever even if you paid me. read more

I was extremely disappointed with every aspect of our experience today. I had been hearing great things from coworkers and was really looking forward to trying it out. We were told the wait time was an hour, which is understandable for a late Sunday morning when everyone is getting out of church. I avoid going out at this time for that very reason, but the weather had work closed down so it was a perfect opportunity to get out together and eat. Our wait time ended up being over an hour and a half! There were plenty of open tables that could have been filled and we even inquired about a few with no success. Eventually we were seated at one of the very tables that we asked about for over an hour! Drinks took 15 minutes to get to the table and our food took 55 minutes! 55 minutes! How is that acceptable? The the person who brought our food out didn't know if he had all the food or who's food went where. One order was completely forgotten! All the potatoes were burned and almost inedible, but there was no point in asking for new ones since it probably would have taken another hour. There was no communication or organization between anyone there. It was an absolute joke! We even had to ask for silverware and creamer for the coffee and we didn't even get the proper amount of silverware. This is a second occurance in a month for one coworker, who was completely against coming and who's food was also forgotten this time. It's definitely the last time for the rest of us. read more

We were in Panama City Beach for a week and any day we didn't eat breakfast at the hotel we ate here. Good home cooking with a little extra flair. Pretty much everything on the menu is must have, but if I had to narrow it down: the biscuit beignets, sweet potato pancake and homemade sausage were amazing. Portions were plenty to share and service was friendly. Took one star off because it seemed like our food took awhile to come out, but perhaps because it tasted like someone's grandma is in the back fixin' everything and we were so hungry. read more

This is one of the BEST Places to eat around. Being able to put your name on a wait list via Yelp was awesome! I imagine it also helps the staff prepare for future parties. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with smiles and seated quickly. The staff around the restaurant were friendly and seemed to enjoy being there despite how busy they were. We had great a waiter; Caleb who I highly recommend! He made great suggestions and took it upon himself to explain some of the highlights on the menu! The food was high quality and fresh! Get the Benedict!!! Amazing! Shane; the manager was very professional and helping his staff! He took it upon himself to clean tables and greet people as they were seated. There were about 3 other tables so we were seated immediately,good, then waited about 15 minutes before our drink order was taken. Another 15 minutes before our food order was taken. My eggs benedict were pretty good,but my kids pancakes were like rubber. I would assume they were microwaved after sitting such a long time before our food was brought to us. Food was excellent, my server wasn't, my receipt said her name was christina p, my brother ordered French toast and it took her 10min to get him the syrup, she kept saying sorry and was super sweet but she was very forgetful, coulda just been an off day for her but she wasn't that busy, we would ask her for water or another drink or more butter and she would forget but we would look and see her in the back by the bar just talking away, she was never rude and always apologized but after the 4th time of having to ask it got pretty annoying read more

Okay, really ABE! Had the fruit plate from the starter menu. Five grapes, three slices of kiwi, one strawberry, 5 very thin slices of apple and orange, The mini beignets were a little heavy and hard. I had the lump crab cakes Benedict and the cakes were mostly filler, not much crab. I got the plain hollandaise instead of the andouille sausage one. It didn't have any flavor to it, no lemony taste at all. That said, hubby enjoyed his ham and eggs, granddaughter really liked the cinnamon roll French toast. Grandson liked the waffle, but didn't care for the baked bacon. Coffee was okay. I probably wouldn't return. read more

Up front I'd give this restaurant a 3-3.5. 4.5 for food and 2.5 for service. Food first, banana foster was amazing and my wife loved her giant cinnamon role and pancakes. Service secondly; after putting in our name for a party of five we were told the wait time. While sitting there waiting we watched party after party come in and be seated before us (parties anywhere from 4-6 people). After waiting well above our given wait time I asked how much longer it would be and was given a very rude response from the hostess. Shocked by her attitude I then told her she'd sat many ahead of us to which I was told it won't be much longer. My conclusion, they didn't seem to be very kid friendly so maybe they were trying to sit us somewhere they wanted. My daughter is very well behaved and usually gets complimented on how well she does at places but I guess they want to assume before actually seeing so. Good food though. read more

I've been here once before and had great service. Today my husband and I went with two of our friends and it was the worst experience ever. My husband and I arrived about 5 minutes before our friends and the hostess said she wouldn't seat us until the whole party arrived. I asked her why and she rolled her eyes saying it's the policy and walked away. Once seated it took about 10 minutes for the waitress to come take a drink order. I'm usually understanding but they weren't that busy. We waited about another 10 minutes to get 4 glasses of water so our friends went outside to smoke. The waitress came while they were outside and said oh I'll just come back. It was basically the "hurry up and wait" concept. Also, the towels smelled like old milk. Not happy at all. They can have great food but if they treat their customers like crap none of that matters. read more

We were seated at a wet table and chair from being wiped and it took 20 minutes just for server to come to our table to order coffee. Another 20 minutes till we ordered food. She passed by our table 2-3 times without even looking at us. She did say sorry and that she had just got a big table...( not my problem or concern) though she was nice. Nice only takes you so far. From 1 to 10 food is a 5. My omelette was over cooked on the outside and under cooked on the inside (egg still dripping raw in some places). They don't have much meat selections besides pork.( which we don't eat). Table is in need of repair it kept shaking so much coffee kept spilling every time we moved. Bathrooms are disgusting and unclean walls are filthy with spit snot and God only knows what else. Took a glimpse of the kitchen and it looked chaotic. This place needs a complete overhaul.
