On a holiday a few places are open not Waffle House! This place was rockin' ! It took just a few minutes to be seated. Our girl took our ordered and we had our food few minutes later! Waffle House is pretty much the same everywhere, so I will comment on the service I received while in town. I was greeted warmly when I arrived and immediately seated. I ordered the patty melt with hashbrowns. Tasty as usual. My waitress checked on me a couple of times and I enjoyed a nice hot breakfast for less than $15. read more

It's hard to believe that in all my travels, I've never been to a Waffle House before. The breakfast and service at this waffle house was terrific. Our server was so nice and pleasant. Knowing that we were beginning our road trip journey back to NJ, she even offered coffee to-go. That's the first I've ever been asked that. I'm not a big fan of the thick Belgian Waffle. I like my waffles on the crispy and thinner side. I had no idea that Waffle House waffle's were in fact my ideal waffle... thin and crispy. So glad I ordered the Pecan Waffle. The quantity of pecans inside that waffle was amazing. The pecans probably cost more than the $4 I payed for the waffle. If I ever get a Waffle craving and there's a Waffle House close-by, I would go there in a heartbeat. read more

I'm currently inside this Waffle House at this very moment with my friends, trying to eat breakfast and it happens to be my birthday. Every year for my birthday the Waffle House sends me a birthday coupon and I was always redeemed it via mobile in Atlanta. But this Waffle House isn't trying to redeem my coupon. They said that I was unable to redeem it because I didn't have a physical copy of my birthday coupon. I asked to speak to the manager and explained to them that in the past I never had to show a physical coupon for the food because I proved that I received the email. In addition I just received it not to long ago and I had no access to a printer. I offered to forward the email so they can be able to print it out but the manager refused my offer. I called the corporate number and made a complaint about the treatment I received from the staff but corporate wasn't helpful either. They just apologized but gave no resolution to my issue. I don't recommend this Waffle House in particular. They're extremely rude and not caring especially for someone that is celebrating a birthday. read more

I've never had a problem with any Waffle Shop visited and I am a big fan. But, when asked how the price of a waffle went from the menu price (which includes sales tax) of $5.25 to $6.41, I was told there is a 10% "supply" fee plus a 10% take out fee. Ridiculous!!! The next time I have a to-go order, I'll order from the counter, slide my waffle into my own container (saved from today), pay the $5.25 (plus tip) and be on my way. It's not so much the extra 20% I'm paying for an order that's less work for employees, it's the principle here. read more

This was the absolute worst dining experience I have ever had! There were several large parties in front of us, but we were willing to wait. A host came up to us and showed us to the bar table because there were only 3 of us. After we were already sitting, a family came up to us and claimed they were ahead of us. The server then made us get up and go to the back of the line. There was no list of names or anyone in charge, so we had nothing to prove when we arrived and were forced to move. Waffle House is well...Waffle House! Visited during the March Boil notice (due to work on the main waterline) and early C-19 social distancing. They were sanitizing the door and entry area as we walked in. Waitress was very up front about having to serve patrons food in to go wear (due to the aforementioned boil notice).
