Gave this place a try because I received a flyer in the mail that talked about their remodeled salon and offered 40% off services. When I walked in on a Sunday 2pm I was greeted immediately with a smile and offered a drink, I was the only customer at the time. I had the spa pedicure and it was wonderful. Tina paid close attention to detail, was extremely delicate with my feet and gave an awesome massage. When two other customers walked in half way through my pedicure she didn't make me feel rushed or turn her attention elsewhere, I really liked that. I have came here to get a pedicure and manicure every time I am in Texas, and the service has been wonderful. I received gel nails and a French tip pedicure. Jasmine and Jaycee both were professional and did a wonderful job. My Husband decided to get his very first pedicure by Shu- Ching and loved it. Needless to say , my husband now is hooked. Everyone at the nail place was professional and made sure that we had a wonderful experience. We also where served a glass of wine and treated wonderfully. I look forward to my next visit here. I would strongly advise this place to everyone looking to be pampered. I would give this pace zero stars if I could. So I walk in for a simple tips and color. She proceeds to unsurely filing away at my nails. Not confident at all and constantly asking me if she is doing it right. Two of the nails are obviously not straight and leaning to the left (not including the fact that I wanted them pointy and she kept making them coffin shape even though i corrected her several times that this wasn't the shape I wanted. She then started taking off all my nails and suggested I find a new place and that she doesn't know how to properly do them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Save your money, this place is under new ownership recently and the owner is the only person there. She has a bunch of Groupon deals that appear to be good deals but the "spa pedicure" is a 20 minute rush job and not worth the discounted price. My fiancé got a manicure and she asked for tips. The lady booked an appointment too close after ours to where she didn't have time to do the tips and this was for our engagement photos and now her nails have completely cracked off only 5 days after the manicure. My friend purchased a groupon as a birthday gift for a mani pedi at this salon. I called them today to make an appointment and they said "sorry we don't take groupon anymore". I said, "well I already purchased it, are you telling me I need to get a refund?!!" They said, yes you need to get a refund. This is horrible business practice. At a minimum, they should honor the groupons that were purchased rather than just tell people to get a refund. Not sure how they think they'll attract new customers this way but it doesn't matter to me. You throw a rock and hit a nail salon, there's plenty of competition. Went to this place because they were running a promo for 40% off and now I regret being so stingy. The girl talked me into getting the signature pedicure and I got a polish change on hands which they kept trying to get me to change to a manicure- just wanted to make money. The pedicure being signature versus classic lasted merely thirty minutes with one of the worst massages. The guy barely trimmed my cuticle or scrubbed the bottom of my feet... isn't this common practice for a pedicure? On top of that, the entire time he kept commenting on how I should've gotten a manicure too!!! The girl that did my hands polish change didn't even file my nails down evenly and I had to ask her to clean the nail polish off the edges- isn't that a given?! For a new business running a promo, you would think they have better service and Work to draw new customers in but i guess this isn't a priority. I don't usually get manicures or pedicures, but I sprained my ankle and my calves had been sore from just getting back into sports and a friend recommended i just go try a get a pedicure. Before going, i just thought nail places trim your nails and paint sparkles all over it. I was very happy and the technician Kim definitely made it a good experience. I mean, i could cut my nails myself, but she exfoliated my legs/feet. Whatever she did, the swelling subsided and i walked with significantly less limp from the ankle sprain. The foot/calve massage was better experience than if i went to a massage place. Definitely recommend this place, it's up to date and looks very open and inviting. read more

Stay away! They do a terrible job on natural nails/polish. There's a reason Serenity by the Kroger is packed every weekend and this place is empty. There's new ownership in 2017 and it's terrible. I've never seen such a bad polish job. Polish all over my skin (toes) and terrible streaky job on my hands. And terrible filing and cuticle cutting too. I literally can do a better job myself. They could tell I was visibly upset, the polish change on my toes was taking forever, I was there almost an hour, ridiculous. At first I thought they weren't going to make me pay, and they said I could come back Tuesday (I was there on a Saturday) and the one girl there who can actually paint nails (Stephanie) would redo it all for free. She tried to fix the botch job but I was in a rush. I'm not stupid enough to go back! Plus o wanted my nails done for a party I was going to that afternoon. My friend had her daughter's birthday party there where 7-8 year olds had an afternoon of pampering, complete with mani/pedis, hair styling, face painting and photo booth! I went there an hour before close, never been before and not even 3 days later my nails are turning yellow and starting to come off. I'm not a very active person so there should be no reason they should be coming off. They were very hurried and I have cuts on several fingers. I called to set an appointment for nextgen and a pedicure, the lady set the appointment for 30 minutes before closing time the next day. I got there a little early and no one but her was there. She proceeds to start with the pedicure which took maybe 10 minutes and then starts on my finger nails. She finished those fairly quick and then had to fix one of my big toes because it got messed up, but all she did was paint over it. Once I get home, I get the chance to really look at my nails and they were extremely lumpy, the color doesn't even cover the whole nail on more than half of them, my thumb nail was very obviously messed up, the color is already cracking. I called the next morning to ask about getting them fixed and she sets a time for her to "take a look". When I get there, I showed her everything that was wrong and she says she only has 15 minutes and she'll see what she can do in 15 minutes. She again was the only one there, no other customers or employees. She ends up filing them down and making them look a little even. But they still look pretty bad. I typically don't leave negative reviews or anything but I'm actually extremely PISSED at how bad they look. This situation was not handled properly. I now have to have to pay AGAIN for someone else to fix them so that they look good for my vacation. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE WHATSOEVER!! read more

I went in for a pedi based on the reviews I read on yelp and I was highly disappointed! I will never go back to this place again. I went in about mid day and they were not busy. I walked in without an appointment to ask for a pedi. The two ladies there did not even greet with a smile and instead started to argue who was going to do it. The girl took about 15 minutes to complete my pedi. After sitting there for a while I took it upon myself to put my sandals back on. The nails didn't dry right because I wasn't walked to the uv light to dry. When I got home the polished was ruined. I was very disappointed. I won't be visiting this place again. I paid $10 extra for tips and after 1 week, the nexgen fell off. I am new to the area and this place is by far the worst! Not only did they admit to using old nail gel polish and did absolutely nothing about it. After two days the top coat turned green and when I went back to fix it the new polish I chose was drying with air bubbles. Which I didn't mention at first and she would of left as is. I finally got exasperated and asked them to just remove it all. They didn't offer to refund me, which honestly would of gone a long way. If you knowingly use old nail polish and you customer is upset that the service she paid for is not being rendered you should try and fix it not just apologies.
