If I pay my money to your establishment, all I ask for is for my nails to be done how I want them. I do not care about what you think is ugly. First, you are not a lady, so I don't need you commenting on my nails. If the tech tells me it's $5 for long nails, I don't tell him oh no, I don't like that. You all should change that. Anyway, here I am at this establishment, and that owner talks to me the entire time I get my nails done. Kevin, I believed to be doing a good job, but the nails are fragile, and one broke when I got home. Of course, I was not going back right away, so I waited until the next day. I returned to the shop, but the tech was not there, so the owner had to repair it. Did he make my nails the same? No, he did not. He blamed me for the nail breaking. He barely wanted to fix the nails, and it looked terrible. I told him the powder on my acrylic was incorrect, and he told me the clear coat would hide it. I felt very uncomfortable around this man and couldn't wait to leave. He is very money-hungry and doesn't appreciate the business at all. He looks bitter about something, but I don't plan to return. This place is horrible the only sanitary thing they use are the bags for your pedicure other than everything is used from previous customers that's how you get fungus! My pedicure turned out okay but if I get fungus from supplies used I won't be surprised. The person who did my nails was so bad I told him a few things I didn't like and he quit and said someone else can do them the next guy was even worst he completely jacked up my shape and said my nails are the problem and then acted like I was having bad day no you just suck! I have to been to other salons in the area and real experienced nail artist can work with any shape or nail bed if you suck just say that. As I'm waiting, they started to take other clients, disregarding the fact that my service wasn't done properly the 1st time. Instead of soaking all of my nails, she proceeded to ask me to soak 1 nail(even though I pointed out several) The quality of work was poor and now I see why they were offering 20% off on other services. Making an appointment over the phone is really easy and even being a walk-in hasn't been bad (of course weekends and anytime after 5 are busier -so keep that in mind). But when you walk in, you'll check-in by filling out a little paper where you check off the service(s) you want during your visit, as well as a drink of choice. Overall, from my experience, they truly want you to be happy with your manicure/pedicure. If something is wrong or not quite the way you like it, they fix it! I absolutely loved my nails and my nail tech (James)!! I've been coming here for a while now, but I decided to be a bit bold and go for a new shape (almond). I was a bit nervous, because I did not know how they would turn out. BUT WOW AM I IMPRESSED! Also, shoutout to James! But look at those nexgen lol those are day old. All the cuticles lifted and started catching my hair the next day. Horrible horrible. I do not recommend this place. There's too many places around anyways. Pick wisely. I also heard few ladies told me that they had toe fungus and toe infections after pedicure there. Ew. Just walked in on a Sunday morning at opening. Ann did my shellac manicure and Diane did my pedicure. Both did a great job. This place got busy pretty quickly. Clean place, they have alcohol although no one offered me a drink as I had my own with me. Seems efficient and there is no talking amongst employees. Of course they speak, I just mean they don't carry on long conversations in Vietnamese. Both were super friendly. ***Update*** I hate this but my shellac manicure did not even last a week. Multiple nails are chipping. I have to deduct stars for that. I called in looking to get my nails fixed from work I'd had at a different salon a while back, and without an appointment ahead of time, it wasn't even a problem. They were able to get me in asap with no hassle. I was seated and handed over to my gentleman who was so helpful in fixing me up. I feel that too often getting my nails done that I'm on edge worrying they will knick my cuticles with the equipment, that was not the case here. He had a soft touch that actually allowed me to relax and enjoy my stay! The prices weren't over the moon and I even opted in to get my toes done as well! Cherry on top was their 15% discount on all services they had going on during my visit. I would like to mention that while there I saw a disgruntled customer who in my honest opinion was complaining for nothing more then the sake of complaining. Their staff handled her with grace despite her creating a bit of a scene regardless of their constant helpful attitude towards her. That alone sold me on this place. Good on ya'll! read more

I went her on a whim. This is the only place I can find in a nice area, that's in an upscale salon, that provides beverage services, that offers a basic pedicure for $25! And if you want a little more, you can get a hot stone massage and one of those cheese grater things on your calluses. Overall a descent experience. I think from my few experiences in general I've decided that I don't like hot stone massage on my feet or my ankles. I might just prefer the basic salon pedicure.
