They must be the least costly hotel in the Prescott area. Lots of contractor trucks and vehicles in the parking lot. Nothing fancy by any means. Quiet & clean but maybe a little rustic and dated, which will turn off those with more discerning requirements. It gave me a place to rest my weary body for two nights before leaving the Prescott area permanently. It's not special but it didn't break the bank either. I'll stay there again. read more

Not good at all. First of all, you should not have the sink in with the beds near the carpet. I think at one time the pipe broke or it lost water and it went into the carpet. I was sick from mold the three days and two nights there. I know the reaction to mold and I had them all, watery eyes, itching eyes, chest tightness etc. The room was not that clean either. Another big issue was the stand alone heater. When on it was hot in the room in a hurry and when off the room got cold. We could not adjust it so we had to leave it off. It got 15 degrees at night and we slept without heat, it was not pleasant. I did not speak to manager because I am sure all the rooms have the same heater set-up. This motel is far from Prescott so expect a long drive back and forth. I would not stay here again. read more

So this place was cute and the service was awesome. The room was super clean. If you're going to stay here I would suggest bringing your own toilet paper if you can, not a big fan of super thin 1-ply toilet paper. The hotel is close to everything so it was very convenient. The construction wasn't that bad either, it is what it is. Can't wait to see what it's going to look like when construction is complete. My biggest issue was that the microwave and refrigerator share an outlet and there's no sign saying why you shouldn't plug the two. Better yet not have them on the same outlet. read more

Yuck. Mattress had squeaky broken springs, floor missing molding strip between laminate and tile leaving wide gap with exposed glue, pillows were paper thin, TV was maybe 32" if that. Fridge was off so couldn't keep refrigerated items cool. Tub was missing stopper, had to guess if hot water was off, heater was either on or off with no temp setting, a picture was hung behind tv. We will never stay here again. We booked 3 rooms for almost 2 weeks and the male worker got offended bc my husband walked out to his car without a shirt on. We were kicked out for that simple reason. It's so hot and after a long day of working in the sun this was a horrible experience. We moved to another hotel that was mire inviting and included breakfast for free. When I called to ask if they had cameras to show "the incident" I was hung up on. I guess only a sertain kind of people are welcomed. read more

Don't let the outside fool you! The outside looks like the bates motel but it's not. The rooms are pretty spacious although the furniture is a bit old. The bed was comfortable although it squeaked when someone got up. Despite the road construction it is easy to get to and is right by a Circle K for a late night snack or morning coffee. It was an okay place to put your head on a pillow. The furniture is really old and both beds sounded like rickety, creaky old wood every time we moved around. The shower head is only about 5' high. I'm 6' 2", but even my wife, at 5' 2" had to bend over & the water came out in a trickle even when turned all the way on. Don't think we'll be staying again. read more

I was very favorably impressed with this hotel. It is a modest place, but very clean. I would not spend a vacation here, but it was GREAT for a stop-over in Prescott. It is not located near the touristy area and actually is a bit of a drive from all the restaurants and bars you find at The Courthouse Square/Plaza - I would not have a drink or two with dinner and then drive back to this motel. Having said all of that, here are the pluses. The room was large and comfortable. They proprietor was so helpful, patiently giving me directions to the shopping. She also answered restaurant questions. I just felt she took pride in her property and she wanted us to have a comfortable stay. I was not a paying customer, but a welcome guest. There was also a little basket of toiletries in the room, like you used to see. A razor, toothbrush, mending kit, packet of toothpaste and a few other items. This was very welcome and handy, when, late that night, my BF realized he had not brought his toothbrush! Another thing I would like to relay is how clean it was - really. We brought our cooler into the room and some of the water leaked onto the floor. When I blotted it up with the white hand towel, there was NO DIRT on the towel! The carpet was that clean! I am impressed because, so many times, and at much fancier & pricier hotels than this one, the carpet has been filthy. Next time we are headed up north and need to stop over in Prescott for the night, we will DEFINITELY STAY HERE. read more

*1ST TIME* My friends and I were visiting the Grand Canyon for the very first time. Prior to our trip, I found this one that was about 2 hours from our destination and it was decently priced. Other hotels/inns that were closer to the GC were either all booked or they were really pricey.By the way, If you haven't gone to see the GC, you must go. It's amazingly beautiful beyond any words or photos can capture. Sorry went off on a tangent. Back to the hotel...The clerk was very accommodating. The inn seemed to have been renovated because it didn't look anything like the photos from its website. The BED was okay for a night's stay, not as soft as other hotels. Comforters were not too soft either. Sink is not in the bathroom but in the bedroom. Towels were ok, not too soft. There was a MICROWAVE, REFRIGERATOR, AND COFFEE MAKER in each of the rooms. I booked from their website and found that the grand total was much less than what I found on priceline O_o FREE WI-FI. If you need ice, you're instructed to to take your ice bucket and walk to a nearby Circle K (about 10-20ft away, really close) for free ice. Nearby fast food (5-10 minute drive): Circle K, KFC and SONIC. Nearby gas station: Circle K. For all the golfers out there, this place is literally across the street from the golf course! OVERALL, it's definitely not a 5 star kind of place but it's a decent place for the money and location. read more

I was very nervous upon arrival at the Antelope Hills Inn Hotel. The outside looks run down of sorts however this perception does not do this hotel justice. The lady at the front was very polite and helpful. Upon entering the room, you could smell a very nice floral essence and took notice to the clean room. After inspection of blankets pillows (bed corners) im sure you know why I realized not to shabby. The bed is decently comfortable and the large room is plenty to not feel claustrophobic. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in the Prescott AZ area. (Btw it's only 6 miles from town and right across the street from the airport)For a budget hotel I give The Antelope Hills Inn Hotel four out of five stars! read more

A motel straight out of an X-Files scene, or Cops episode -- in which officers discover a full-scale meth lab. In actuality, the Antelope Hills Inn is a great place to find a cheap and clean room. Its rooms are well-maintained, and on par with larger chain hotels. Nonetheless, if you don't expect to have a room with standards set by the Ritz-Carlton or the W Hotel -- and are on a budget -- then the Antelope Hills Inn is the perfect place to stay while in Prescott. I am a bit discontent to the fact that the hotel has retracted many of its discounts that once were offered. Similarly, the nightly rate has increased significantly when compared to three years ago. Most definitely don't judge a book by its cover! We have stayed here a few times a year for a few years now. The rooms are huge, spacious, extremely clean & they offer every amenity you could possibly need down to a toothbrush for free. The owners are very kind & are always friendly to my young daughter. The price is quite decent although it's gone up a bit & parking is well lit & right in front of the entrance. It's convenient to Prescott & Chino Valley. We always look forward to coming back. What a nice surprise! My husband was working in town and we arrived prior to check in. My husband had to leave to work and I wouldn't have any place to go. They got me into a room early which was amazing! The room was huge!! It had plenty of seating including a couch, table & chairs, a chair with a foot stool and an extra table chair! It was also one of the cleanest hotels we've been in and we travel a lot! I always take wipes and clean areas myself and there was absolutely nothing that was dirty! Even the headboard was dusted! I love having a refrigerator and a microwave! The floor was completely tile. The staff was friendly and the housekeeping staff are amazing!! I really don't care about anything being outdated or stains in the hallways because things happen and carpet gets stained. All I care about is clean rooms, clean bedding and a clean bathroom and Antelope Inn had all these! We will definitely stay again when my husband works in Prescott. Circle K right next door so easy access to drinks and snacks. I asked for extra towels and a blanket and I got warm towels and everything was clean and smelled good! The bathroom is small but again nothing I care about enough to complain! It serves it's purpose! Coffee maker, hair dryer and iron all in the room. Thanks Antelope Inn, we will be back!! read more

oh my this was the best ever place i could of stay,, i messed up on the booking at booking.com and they first said no refunds,, but the hotel had pity on me i guess and let me have the entire refund. so, i booked the next weekend ,, the room was so large had a leather love seat, ottoman and chair to go with that,, table with 3 chairs nice bed, fridge, freezer, coffee machine,,, i love this place i be back for sure,... check fast as lightening and same for check out,... thanks for the awesome stay,,,, i know this was done in all caps,,, but i want to yell praises to antelope hills inn read more

We have stayed here twice in the past year, when we come out to visit family. The rooms are very clean! I don't mean just regular clean, but VERY clean for a place this size.
