But after having a baby, it has taken me such a long time to get back to a place where I feel good in my body. Surprisingly, working with Sarah weekly for 3 weeks now, has already brought me back in touch with my body and my strength in ways that I have really missed. Sarah has a personal training background, and is getting her masters in physical and mental fitness (which I didn't even know about), and working with her is different then working with other trainers (as I have in the past). She is very clear on teaching me the skills and movements (weight lifting and strength training), and I am doing things that I have only seen in movies or on Youtube on Instagram.
