She's very strict on form and focuses a lot on your weaker areas which in turn will optimize your workouts to get the best results. I also have two kids with a busy schedule and she always works around it. She's focused on what's best for the client. If U have an injury, she'll take the time to stretch and has so many different exercises to work around the injured area. She will help you with your diet as well. I've worked with many trainers in the past and I've seen the most results with her and enjoy going to her. Highly recommend this trainer to anyone.

I didn't have great experiences overall with several other trainers I had in the past. I came across her online and I reached out to her immediately. She responded very quickly and she has trained me and my mother for a few months now. She is an extremely knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging trainer! She pushes me to always do my best while working out and she truly cares about all her clients. I highly recommend her to anyone at any point in their fitness journey!

She never leaves your side, she counts, and is likely to be more accurate than you. Adds exercises as improvement is seen.
