Super professional, easy to talk to, and they walked me through exactly what they were going to do before getting started. No fluff--just guys who clearly take pride in their work. Now, my Jeep isn't some showroom queen. I picked it up used, and it had that... let's just call it a "lived-in" smell. Not terrible, but definitely not fresh. After their Interior Reset? Completely different vehicle. I'm not exaggerating when I say it looks, feels, and smells brand new. They got into every nook and cranny--seats, carpets, vents, all of it. The level of detail was insane. Stains gone. Odor gone. Even the little stuff you don't think about was handled. You can tell they didn't rush a single step. If you're on the fence--don't be. I dropped my car off at 9am and it took 6 hours, but I honestly don't know why because half of the work wasn't done. The exterior wax job was great, I'll give him that credit, but the inside looked like it hadn't been touched except for the fact that it was vacuumed. I noticed a spot on my seat which I did go back for and he did scrub it off, but that tells me he didn't go through the whole car which is what I paid for. For $180 I expected the seats & carpets to be cleaned which I can tell they weren't because the few spots I had were still there. I don't believe he was honest with his work and charged me for a full detail thinking I wouldn't notice. I ended up having to clean the spots myself and they came right off with a little scrubbing. For the amount I paid it should have been done thoroughly. It's wrong to charge someone for a full detail and not even do the work. I will take my money elsewhere with honest people.

He sent progress photos along the way and walked me through exactly what was included: full hood, fenders, bumper, headlights, and mirrors for the film, plus paint correction before the ceramic went on. The finish came out flawless. Deep gloss, super smooth to the touch, and you can barely tell the film is there except for how well it's protecting the front end. Pricing was fair for the coverage and warranty (10-year PPF, 5-year Gtechniq CSL), and the car was ready right on schedule.
