Been getting food here for years, pizza is very good; love their grandma pie, pasta etc. Just ordered cheesesteaks and they were horrible. Dry, steakum type of meat layered, and then just a pile of partially melted cheese on top. Hopefully they change their recipe. We have been going to Anthony Franco's for years. They used to have the best chicken parm dinners salads and other dishes. First they changed the salads from a nice healthy salad to a small chopped salad. It's actually chopped to smithereens and drenched in dressing. The chicken parm sauce has changed from a delicious thick sauce to a watery, soupy sauce. The chicken itself is not fully cooked or over cooked with packaged slices of mozzarella on top. Why did they change the recipe ? The service is ok. But that is understandable with the teenagers employed there. I wish they would go back to the way it was. Not sure if it's the owners driving this or the managers. Either way, they should get back to their roots. I am a fan and will keep trying, but at some point i may have to move on. read more

Plenty of dining room for you and the family or for large groups - the large side dining area can accommodate parties of any size. I also use them for all of my off-premises catering needs. We call back to remedy the situation & the owner was so rude & kept stating that we were lying about missing items. With a family party happening and many to feed- this was incredibly disheartening. Ordered from here last night for Sunday Football. I ordered 3 pies and a veggie wrap for delivery. My dad consumed the veggie wrap and said it was fantastic. He said everything was grilled correctly, and the addition of broccoli was a nice touch. He said it would order it again. The three pies were a grandma pie, a traditional cheese pie, and a pepperoni. Nothing super fancy, just 3 basic pies. All of the pies were good, like really good. The pizza held up to the fold and was not limp. Also there was no blotting necessary to get off any excess grease or anything. The crust was crispy and the sauce was that perfect combination of acidic and sweet. The pizza here is SO GOOD... one of my favorites in all of NJ. I had it for the first time during a night out at Board & Brush in Ramsey (across the street). I tried the plain pizza and the pizza with eggplant... both were absolutely delicious! The crust was not too thick and not thin, but could hold the weight of the toppings, and also had the perfect chew to it... and the sauce was sweet enough to balance the tang... also never had eggplant pizza before but it was surprisingly very good! I noticed they have a few locations... I hope the one in Livingston will be as good as the one in Ramsey! read more

Walked into Anthony's today and ive never had a problem before. I will never be coming back after this experience, my friend and I walked in and the guy who helped us out whose name was (Alex) first messed up our order. Then when we asked for our right order he gave us so much attitude. Tried charging us extra, continuously walking by our table, staring at us with this evil look, harassing us. Went there a couple of weeks for dinner, food was very good especially the sauce. My son had cheese raviolis, good but you only get 8 small ones, didn't fill him up. My wife had the eggplant rollatini, very tasty. I had the seafood marechiara, a lot of seafood, had to take some home, just wish the sauce was a little thicker. Yesterday we went back, the pizza if fantastic, especially the cauliflower crust personal pie, out of this world. The best part, it's a BYO! I would have given 5 stars but they need to train their new waiters and waitresses on service but they are all very nice. We'll be back, it's the forth eatery there in that location and I hope this one stays! read more

Drivers have repeatedly come to the door without masks on and do not practice social distancing despite polite requests to do so with payments (and tips) given in advance over the phone.
