I don't even know where to begin with this review. I highly don't recommend Anthony as a realtor. I'm not sure if it was because we were looking for a house to rent instead of buy but he could care less about really responding to any of our messages. If he did it was days later. Also to mention on the viewing of the property we were trying to rent he was more than 15 minute late. Kept telling his how busy he is and had to show us all his listings as well. Red flag for us. If you can't even show up on time to the first appointment. Also to mention we had to keep contacting him to even open our application. You may want to rethink working with him. The market right now is so tough for buyers, and the difference could come down to just how savvy your agent is at the little things. This review is long overdue, but major kudos to Anthony for going above and beyond as a realtor! Let me walk you through my experience - the first time we met, he showed up early to do a walkthrough and provided great suggestions on ways to protect myself from future headaches with tenants + ways to save money. I've worked with other realtors before, and few actually care enough to explain the basics - points for the sincerity and consideration. Once I decided to sign with Anthony as my realtor, he was very thorough in making sure he understood what I wanted in a potential tenant, and was also honest in telling me what may be turn-ons or turn-offs for tenants. Then, he sent weekly updates on the market/progress - points for honesty and timeliness. And because I travel often for work and my unit was semi-vacant even before leasing, Anthony generously offered to come help check on the home and turn off lights or pull out trash bins. What realtor does that? Points for just being a kind soul. And the icing on the cake? On the weekend that I had tons of movers/painters/cleaners/fixer-uppers scheduled, one of my moving vendors bailed on me last minute which made it super stressful.
