I had a problem at my house with my main drain. I first called another plumbing service to come out and see what they could do. After clearing the problem, they told me what the problem was and proceeded to give me a $1500 quote to fix it. I wanted to do my due diligence as a consumer, and this is when I called Anthony's. I spoke with Alma and told her a little bit of my problem. She said she would send someone by (free estimate) to take a look. After someone came by I got a call from Anthony. He gave me an assessment of what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He was willing to have his plumber come out on Saturday morning to accommodate my schedule. Cesar and Manny showed up a few minutes before the agreed upon time and got right to work. I also wanted to have them reset a couple of toilets that were wobbly. Cesar put booties over his shoes which was very nice to keep my floors clean. They worked very efficiently to complete all tasks in a clean and timely manner. Bottom line is, I had extra items added on to the main repair and my total was still significantly cheaper than my previous estimate from another plumbing service. Appointment was made and scheduled for 5/24/19 the lady from Anthony's plumbing also mention that the tech would be the one that would assess the situation and recommend the best option for our problem, she also said they would be very knowledgeable of any water heater related problems. The appointment date came and the tech arrived at the house looking at the water heater taking a picture and all this time my husband was asking him questions about the water heater. The tech said you do know their is a 65 service fee? I was like oh I thought it was 55 but it's ok. (Note I never refused to pay the fee I just thought it was 55) my husband was telling him look I know you guys could fix the water heater but what if it gives out again? Can't you guys replace it, i can pay the difference if needed. My husband continued asking questions related to the water heater and he told him the lady from your company said you would recommend the best solution to the problem. I guess the tech was not comfortable giving suggestions or was not knowledgeable of what my husband was asking he left abruptly and did not say anything. We thought he had just went to his van to get paper work? Maybe something else when we heard the van take off. Terrible service at least as a courtesy say I am sorry I can't answer any question, but leaving like that is not professional. I am not lying I have cameras all over my house and have the video to prove what I am saying! Then in the report he wrote that my husband asked him to lie to the company axiom that's the home warranty holder.... really! That not what he said I have the video. Terrible experience not reliable or knowledgeable. I would not recommend them to anyone. Simply not professional. read more

Again I've needed Anthony's to come out and fix another plumbing problem (sigh). I've been using them for years. I've noticed the prices are going up. I do indeed appreciate the prompt response and the same day service. Ray came this time and spent about 1 1/2 hours here and resolved everything. He needed to bring out the 'big guns' snake to clear my kitchen drain of mostly grease. Can't argue with the charge for that. I also asked him to replace the gaskets in two faucets - the kitchen and the front bathroom. They get the most use. I have Delta faucets and they are - shall we say - complicated. I had my own gaskets. Ray gave me a deal, he said, replacing both faucet gaskets for $100. I did think that was a bit pricey to just replace gaskets that I provided. But all was done satisfactorily and I thank you. read more

I called Anthony's on 8-31-16 to check a leak coming from a toilet. because of our schedules, they could not get to it. They arrived on 9-1 and I showed him the leak in my downstairs family room. I was told the problem might be the wax gasket. After removing the gasket, I was should where the floor was wet because the toilet wasn't sitting all the way on the gasket. About a month ago my kitchen sink was clogged. I called a plumbing co, the guy kept changing the price on me. The price kept going up. He did not want to come out after hours. I have to say, if Yelp offered 10 stars, I'd ask for 20!!! Anthony delivered better than I ever could have imagined! While I was thinking of calling a certain "smell good" plumber, I contacted Anthony's instead. That was the 2nd best decision I made today!! (The 1st was starting a plant based eating regimen today - But that's a totally different post) To begin, Anthony and Sergio showed up a whopping 12 minutes after I called!! Now, I'm aware that this is really rare and a product of the location of their previous job rather than a warp drive installed in their work van... BUT STILL, that was awesome. Then, they immediately got to work on a clogged tub that another plumber couldn't fix. While in the same bathroom, I turned them loose on the sink that was clogged too... 5 minutes later, success!! Next, as they were CLEANING THE SINK TO A VIRTUAL MIRRORED SHINE, and the tub far beyond expected, my son says "dad, my tub too!" Anthony was more than happy to address his bathroom as well. 7 minutes later, done! While the next thing I'll do is find the site for my homes builder and post a -10 star review of my plumbing (run the shower upstairs, water comes out of the recessed light fixture downstairs), all I have is praise for this family run business. Anthony and Sergio were a cut above the rest and have securely won my business. I have a number of plumbers that I've contacted for numerous jobs, and my friends/associates always come to me for help with their properties, & I can honestly say, Anthony has made me remove all other plumbers from my iPhone Rolodex!! & PRICING, I won't even mention what Anthony charged to unclog two bath tubs, a sink, AND install a new toilet seat, but MAN IF IT WASN'T AFFORDABLE!!!
