Pinch me please because this place can't be in Lewiston Maine. After hitting Marden's thats right across the street, we decided to give this place a go. The Pizza here is amazing, fresh ingredients on a clean and tasty crust. I live on the coast of Maine & we don't have any Pizza places that offer the same bang for your buck like this place. I love their freaking shrimp spinach pasta, and the servings are enough to two people. The pizza is good, the salads are yummy as well.

This is as good as it gets! Ordered Chicken Parm, Lasagna, Meat Ravioli and spaghetti with Alfredo sauce and wonderful garlic bread! Each meal was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! The couple that owns this Ma & Pa restaurant are adorable. The restaurant is very clean and customers can see into the kitchen which is also very clean. Each of our meals was under $9.00 which is so reasonable, especially considering the large portions! I would definitely recommend! read more

6 people working and no one made eye contact and there was no other customers. Went to the counter and stood there and still no one said a word. Only after my wife that is using a knee scooter with a cast on her foot got her jacket on and we started to leave did someone come to the counter. We left and agreed this place needs the owners to spend more time and teach basic customer service. It's to bad that this happens to good places that have crap employees. read more

Excellent pizza! We shared a small pizza, fed two of us just fine. We had the Bianca..cheese, cheese and more yummy cheese! The restaurant and bathroom were were both neat and clean ( I looked for spiders a previous post mentioned. .nothing!) Service wS very good. Desserts looked home made and very yummy, chocolate cake, carrot cake etc..look very good, but not on the diet. I will return! read more

My first visit here was yesterday. I had the Summer Salad not only did it look delicious it tasted just as great. Everyone in my group enjoyed their food which ranged from pizza, salad and pasta. The only negative was perhaps the time it took to receive our food. We weren't in any particular rush but if you are it probably would be best to call ahead. read more

Everything was great except for the incredibly bland Wonder Bread pizza crust and the inept service. It also took a long time to get our food in a half full restaurant. Spanakopita and salads were excellent, red pizza sauce was decent and toppings were fresh and tasty. The pizza crust was completely and deeply wrong. read more

My experience the last two times have not been that great. There was a pizza on the menu (no longer offered and we just had it about 1 month ago) that was broccoli, feta and steak. I ordered a small and it was burned on the bottom. We also ordered a large Chicken Caesar which was dry and lacking in flavor. Today I ordered the Athens which is the pizza we had the first time that really wowed but this time we were very disappointed - barely any meat on it, maybe 2 ounces and the sauce seemed a bit watered down. For 16.50 plus tax I felt ripped off. Not sure what is going on there but I heard another person complaining about not liking the new feta they were using and the woman, apparently the owner, was saying they don't want to have to pay someone to break it apart because they go through 50 lbs a week. Seems like they may be experiencing growing pains because of their other location? Sad to see it go downhill already. Will not be back - two strikes and your out, sorry. We will go back to Georges or Lewiston House of Pizza, cheaper and always consistent. read more

I ordered three pepperoni pizzas and a chicken parm sub over the phone, when I arrived to pick up the order the staff where in disarray arguing with each other instead of taking care of customers. when I finally was approached by a staff member to see if I needed help i told him what i had ordered he seemed to be vaguely aware of what i had ordered and upon opening the container for the parm he assured me it was indeed a chicken parm. upon arriving at my home i opened the container and it was not a chicken parm but a chicken with lettuce. I called them to alert them that they made a mistake instead of checking right off if they made a mistake they decided to yell at me on the phone and berate me and then put me unnecessarily putting me on hold before before finally deciding to acknowledge (still with angry attitude) that they made a mistake. I Have been going to this restaurant for years and this is not the first time I have observed this behavior but the first, AND THE LAST time i have been the recipient of it. this behavior is not only unbecoming of a restaurateur but in this case it was wholly uncalled for. the family who runs this restaurant turns their anger on to their customers if they are angry with one another. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! and they have lost my business for all eternity. read more

Being a vegan, need less to say I was a little skeptical about the menu. overall one of the best pizza I've had in a long time. The woman taking my order was very helpful making sure no dairy or meat was on any of the food. I will be back again. read more

This place has terrible service I waited 45 minutes for my food and they said it wasn't done. But when I finally got my food it was cold and soggy because it had been sitting too long. And the people were rude when I tried to ask where my food is. I will never go back here and will tell everyone I know not to bother with this restaurant. read more

The service that I experienced at this place in Lewiston is nothing short of negligent. I stopped in to order a sandwich to go. There were practically no customers in the restaurant. It was getting late and there was a lot of cleaning going on. I sat in a booth waiting for my order. 3 or 4 people came in behind me and all got their orders and left as I sat there and waited. After waiting 25 minutes, I then decided to inquire about my order. The owner's daughter asked me what I had ordered and seemed more interested in disproving that I had not been waiting that long than finding out why my order was not yet ready. When I showed her my receipt with the time that I had ordered and paid, she went into the kitchen to talk to the cook. She came out and said she was making it now. I got very irritated and said why now? Why had it not been already made? The woman tried to tell me that the cook got bombarded with slips. I said well, mine was one of them. There was no effort on her part to even try and provide something to make up for the over sight, so after the cook had already started to make my sandwich when I told her to just cancel the order and put the credit back on my card. I told her I would not visit that place again and that they really needed to get it together and learn how important customer service is. The competition is fierce and they just don't have what it takes to satisfy a customer. read more

I love the pizza there but the staff there has no clue about customer service. I have been there a few times with my family and they have managed to screw up my order each and every time. We went there this evening and order a pizza and fries, something I thought was simple and not possible to error with. We even asked for the fries first as an appetizer when we ordered, not to hard. After some time the pizza arrived and we questioned the server about our fries we also ordered. She said she would check on it and asked if we needed parm cheese. We said yes and off she went. She must have fallen into a deep dark abyss of a hole in the kitchen because she never came back!! After waiting 5 minutes, we went down to retrieve our own cheese and the server states how she forgot about us and laughed!!! We spoke to the manager who stated she would be up in a moment to speak to us. The large gaping hole in the kitchen must have swallowed her as well because she never came up to speak to us either. With amazing customer service like that, I can only hope that Santa brings each employee manners and clue for Christmas!!! read more
