    Bacon cheeseburger & fries
    M J.

Came to stay at my in laws house for the weekend and had to try this place. The staff is welcoming and nice. The burger was a 10/10, no complaints here. Beautiful town & beautiful people.

Blt with fries. These fries are amazing!

A little rundown but the Philly cheese steak sandwich was good. It's an old school environment but could use a little sprucing up.

We ordered a variety: Chicken Fried Steak, Ahi Tuna Salad, Fillet medallions, and Ribeye. One of the fillet orders was cooked a little more than asked for, but not a deal breaker. We'd definitely come back. The sunset outside the building was gorgeous!

The steak came out well seasoned and cooked exactly the way I ordered it, the baked potato was great, and the fresh vegetables (yellow squash, young green beans, and carrots) were excellent. Cooked exactly right and not cooked to mush. My wife had the Bistro Filets with garlic shrimp. The bacon-wrapped filets were quite large and cooked medium rare exactly as ordered. The two shrimp were just okay. Our server was Amanda, and she was awesome! She just did a really good job to take good care of us. Attentive, funny, and efficient. Now the Inn review: Our King room with jetted tub was a really good room. Spacious, with a great view to the east from a small balcony. The sunrise from that balcony is awesome. We could have done without the always -on nightlight in the bathroom, which is way too bright. The air conditioner was efficient, though a little noisy. The giant jetted tub was a real treat, though. Unfortunately, it was a little bigger than their hot water supply was designed for. Still very comfortable and nice though.

I called Steve's Steakhouse today, knowing full well they don't usually take reservations for…read moresmaller parties. Laynee picked up; warm as a fresh cup of coffee and sharp as a new knife. I told her it was a first date and I was aiming to make it count. She didn't hide behind policy; she leaned in and helped me anyway. She went the extra mile and noted a table near the fireplace. That kind of touch means something. It's rare to find someone who helps set the stage for your evening before you even walk through the door. Laynee, you made a cowboy believe in smooth first dates again. If the steaks and service inside match the care you showed on that call, Steve's is doing things right... and I just might have a shot at that second date. Thank you.

The steak was not good. It was way too salty. We tried both the steak ends and the strip (I think…read morethey called it the Cowboy steak) and both too salty. The adult plate for the steak ends turned out to be as small as the kid's serving. We ordered "seasoned vegetables" as a side and it turns out that's just heated green beans probably from a can. The fruit side for the kids was also just canned mandarin wedges. The kicker is the entitlement to a 20% tip and the false claim that it was somehow a new mandated minimum, almost alluding or implying that it was a law or regulation. I tipped the 20% because I felt pressured to do so, which I regret. I usually tip 20% if service is good since I had friends and family in the restaurant service industry. But not being given an option and the entitlement mindset is off putting. Building is nice though...

I had the day's special which was blackened salmon with jalapeño jelly and pepper jack cheese and my husband had the queen cut prime rib. The portions were huge and the leftovers made 2 more meals for us. We took home a bread pudding that was super buttery with cinnamon whipped cream and super yummy. But, the crème brûlée--it was the best I've ever had--super creamy and smooth and the drizzle of caramel--wow! Everything is homemade and so delicious. I highly recommend the Sagebrush Grill. It's a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. We will definitely return!

There was three of us and all of us were very underwhelmed with our orders. Pork tenderloin, chicken fried steak, and chicken Alfredo. The Alfredo was good (not amazing) the others were just okay. $30+ dollars for a plate of pasta Alfredo with some chicken is a lot and it was one of the cheapest things on the menu. The carrots were massive and they were very good. Other than that - I can't imagine ever going back. If you're going to charge these kind of prices you better make sure the quality is top notch and this currently is not. Service was okay. The table they sat us at had not been wiped down. They apologized and wiped it down while we were sat at the table. They forgot to bring butter for the rolls. Oh, rolls were pretty good too. I just wasn't impressed and wouldn't recommend.
