The Pink Starburst Lotus was absolutely delicious, I wish I could have it every day. Get a Kolache while you're at it, such a cool thing to pair with the yummy drinks! The two young ladies that were running the place were friendly; especially with the regulars-one was standing next to a table chatting for several minutes while we were waiting for our ticket. There was a large group on the outside patio and we noticed that they were getting their order two plates at a time-every five or so minutes. I assume the restaurant doesn't have a large enough grill for more than a couple burgers at once? Unfortunately, our order was placed after theirs so we had to wait even longer. The food was really good once we received it. We both devoured our burgers and fries. Knowing that the wait time might be a bit, I'll keep that in mind if I'm driving through town in the future.
