    I have been a Honda family for many years because they lasted over 300k miles for me and I drive it to the ground. I just happened to check Toyota because it was fairly close and it was raining so I was going to do my car shopping the next day before the tariffs take effect(like I said my Honda is on its last legs over 300,000 plus miles) which would have added about $8000. to the car (included used cars as well). I was actually looking for used cars, thinking it would be much cheaper. Julius came out even in the light rain and helped us. He was great because he was not like those pushy salesmen I had in the past which irritated me and would turn me off right away with that kind of sales tactic. This guy was funny and had a very calm demeanor-a likeable guy! He was calm through the whole time which made it easier. He showed me all the ones I was researching and looking at other dealers and at Carmax, Carvana,etc (I was planning to go to CarMax for the wide selection the very next day). I hadn't planned n buying at Toyota at all. I liked many of the cars (in fact, they had a very nice used Mercedes SUV that looked brand new with white/cream leather seats and sharp in black with low mileage I really wanted-of course, my husband reminded me about repairs down the line-he is too practical because I would have gotten that one if by myself! So someone go get that one quick-a good deal!!!). The used cars were still in the 25-30K plus range and even more which was disheartening to me, but that was everywhere I looked and I was resigned to pay that much for a used car. Then the very last cars he took me too which he thought I would like were brand new, and exactly what I was looking for without even knowing it! It was a Toyota Corolla Cross SUV! I am used to the big SUVs but hard to find these days with the cargo space I had before. Now, it was time for a smaller suv(especially due to gas prices being uncertain but most likely going up with inflation and the Iran, Russia situation-yes, I think of everything that impacts my wallet!) and most of my kids are grown with their own cars. This still had remarkable cargo space for my Costco and Home Depot runs. It kimd of looked like the Honda CRV. I never even thought of a Corolla-yes, practical, fuel efficient with one of the best gas mileages I had seen so far! I liked the silvery blue(celestite color) exterior and white/light gray interior seats. Had a big screen too but not too big-just the right size. Drove like a dream! And BEST part it was cheaper than all the other USED cars I looked at online and at the dealers even-negotiated down to about 28k base! Julius went to bat for us back and forth- my husband refused to budge. You know that appealed to my frugal side! We both would have walked if they didn't negotiate. LOVE the car and was cheaper than both my used and new cars to insure too! I am a happy customer! All thanks to Julius-I could tell as soon as he met me that he assesses his customer very well and approaches them according to the customer's personality and demeanor. He is good at it-a natural salesman and patient with my multitude of questions! Oh and need to mention that they ETCH the vin numbert on all catalytic converters(included in the price) and there is Starguard on all vehicles and you can see where your car is located and police can as well. Also they have an SOS button if you get in an accident they will alert emergency(ambulances and police) and talk with you inside the car. This is provided free and Toyota Care which gives you two year's worth of free oil changes and tire rotations,etc. Giovanni, the finance guy, was friendly and personable. Only thing I did not like was I am not used to signing the contract first with 12 signatures and then looking at it! I am the one who reads every word of a contract and he insisted they can change anything later on-that did not seem right to me and they should have a sample for us to read first then sign it electronically. That part did not sit right with me to read it after-it was ok after, but still.... Lori, the business manager, was great as she called and did a follow-up. She answered any other questions and will help me with my app(Julius also stated he will help me) which I am impressed with her follow through! She is very thorough and good at what she does! Now I am a fan of Toyotas (last one was a Camry for one of my kids and now this car-so maybe I am now a Toyota girl instead of Honda!). You can't go wrong with either brand! THANK YOU ANTIOCH TOYOTA! ASK FOR JULIUS-like he kept saying, "I GOT YOU!" and he did so perfectly!

    Go to literally any Toyota except for this one. I didn't even make it to the dealership because of how unprofessional and disrespectful Jim Benham was over email. I sent him what I was looking for and they created confusion by having two different people responding to me. He then got incredibly condescending and rude when I replied saying I didn't receive his last email with the breakdown. After that I decided to go with another dealer. I then had a sudden loss in the family and missed the offer through the other dealer while prepping for the funeral. I had to start my search again a few weeks later and went through TrueCar, which unfortunately brought me back to Jim. He replied with THE MOST condescending email (photo attached). He is the definition of a slimy car salesman. Go to ANY other Toyota dealership if you're looking for polite, honest, and respectful service.

    Tanya kept me up to date step by step about my vehicle being built, shipped and when it arrived. I couldn't love this car more!

    5 stars is not enough for this business or for Tanya. I've leased 2 cars in the last year and both times it was easy as can be. If you're looking to buy or lease a car ask for Tanya she is amazing!

A few weeks later, I came back with my old battery to get my $12 core deposit back. I was concerned because I'd lost the receipt. No problem. It was in their computer system under my phone number. And the clerk was even kind enough to print out a new receipt for me. Did I mention he offered tto do this without my having to ask? Well, he did. This place is awesome! For a gal like me, who only does basic DIY stuff with my car, I couldn't ask for more. According to the sticker on the window, they also loan specialty tools for repair work. Hmm. Maybe I'll start doing more stuff on my Corolla....

    I went in for an exchange, and this Black woman, whose name I think is Jasmine (that's what is says…read moreon the receipt), technically 'refunded' me the difference and sold me the right part, but the money was never returned to my checking account. The worst part is, she was rude. It seemed like she didn't even want to be there helping out a customer. I'm never going to that Kragen again.

    Hmmm... the rest of these reviews worry me! I had a great experience getting my parts and they…read moreordered an axle for me and it came in by 11:30 AM the same day! Briana seemed to know what she was doing and gave us the amount that was needed and the right products. We shall see when the mechanic ( friend's son who has been a mechanic for years and working on the side) works on my car- I will update if there was anything amiss! Briana was very helpful. Also I was feeling very good at my purchase and about Napa because I saw if you donate money to the Fallen Heroes Fund for our servicemen, you can also get a free hat! I support our brave men that risked their lives for our country and their countrymen! Although I think the govt should support our troops more than they do in all areas, but we should all honor these courageous men and their families! So I am proud to support Nappa Auto Parts if they do this for our troops and our heroes so they know they are not forgotten or forsaken! I also support the Wounded Warriors Project as well- good causes for our men.

    These guys are great on the parts store side never used there mechanics service. When you read bad…read morereviews regarding electrical parts no parts store lets you return an electrical part because garage mechanics but these parts to trouble shoot there problem then return it when it is not the problem. Can't do that!! You can order from their online store and have the part the following day at the store, I don't go any where else for Auto parts.
