    Chevy Trax 2026

I recently bought a new Chevy Trax 2026 from Delta Chevrolet in Pittsburgh, Ca. We dealt with Sales person Lance Jorgensen. He was AMAZING, given that we had limited time, he had everything done in good time! I got the Cacti Green i wanted. Yay! I love my new car!! We had been searching fr a few months and everything worked out great! Many thanks to the Delta Chevrolet team! I recommend this business!!

Delta Chevrolet... Formally known as Winter Chevrolet sold me a 2024 High Country Dually brand new when the 2024 model was released. Here we are 12,000 miles later and its been back 4 times for transmission fluid leaking out of the transfer case. First 2 times it went in, the output shaft seal was replaced. 3rd time it went in the dealership claimed it was due to the lift kit. Knowing theres THOUSANDS of trucks out here with this Cognito 4" lift kit thats never had this issue, i decided to not deal with whatever excuses they had to not do warranty work. I was then reached out to by the Service Manager Rolando. I brought the truck in and he asked that i take my current 1 star review down and that he would look further into it. Week 1 was my only update and Rolando stated that my driveshaft was too short and wont work with the lift kit which was the problem. Weird how they removed and reinstalled the same driveshaft TWICE when the seals were replaced with no notes of the driveshaft being short. Here we are 3 weeks later and back at square one with the same excuses. instead this time Rolando lied and said Cognito told him that an aftermarket front driveshaft is needed when you lift a truck. A call to Cognito along with an email confirmed that Rolando was wrong. He also stated that not having rear lift blocks can cause my FRONT driveshaft angle to be incorrect. Anybody thats mechanically inclined can tell you whats wrong with that excuse. Fluid is coming out of the transfer case output shaft seal when its not supposed to have fluid there at all apparently. Sounds like an internal issue that they dont want to fix. Lots of lies and lots of wasted time and money. $107k out the door for this truck and they cant even honor a warranty. 10 speed allison transmissions have been hit or miss since 2020 when they were introduced to the duramax platform. i wouldnt expect Rolando to know this since he came from Dodge. Dont waste your money here. They dont care about the customer or your vehicle. Out of 5 weeks being here they did nothing to fix the truck but hey they changed my oil. Whatever they can do to get money out of you. Horrible customer service from the service department. I would highly recommend staying away from this place.

And while I felt they would try to help me (offered to help me special order what I wanted) I didn't feel as though this dealership actually knew a lot about their product. They were confused as to the towing specs my husband was talking about. A good learning stop for me, as I get confused about specs too;) We didn't do business here, but if they have what you want, this dealership was pretty average compared to the others.

Called the dealership was connected to Richard Garcia sales man. I set up a time to look at this vehicle not only was he super friendly but he informed me the jeep was at the sister store in Tracy he hand delivered it for me. I fell in love with this car and Richard was able to make it work in my price range. Honestly I'm use to spending 10 hrs at a dealership. They picked a great financing company with putting minimal hits on my credit which was important to me. The whole process was awesome and quick. Because I work close to the dealership Richard picked up my car and had it detailed for me. Had a slight problem with the lift gate but they got it fixed right away. Highly impressed with everyone here!! Go see Richard Garcia for your next car!! Hopefully this jeep is my forever jeep but if I need another vehicle I will be coming back!! Thank you everyone!!

Very disappointing experience, especially since we purchased our vehicle here…read more We brought our vehicle here Saturday morning because it was experiencing dangerous hesitation/lagging when accelerating, particularly when merging into traffic. We chose this dealership because we purchased the vehicle here and trusted them to handle the issue properly. We were told the catalytic converter was the problem and that Ford would cover the repair at no cost to us. We were told the vehicle would be ready Wednesday and dropped off Thursday morning. The communication throughout the repair was extremely poor. We repeatedly had to call for updates because the dealership was not contacting us when they said they would. We also learned that an additional part had been replaced without our knowledge or authorization. That repair was covered under our extended warranty with a $100 deductible, but we were never contacted before the work was performed or given the opportunity to approve the charge/ know what was going on. When my bf questioned the $100 charge over the phone, Eric told him, "At least it was $100 and not $300." The amount was never the issue. The issue was that the work was performed without our authorization. Instead of acknowledging the lack of communication, we were made to feel like we should be grateful the unauthorized charge wasn't higher. Then Thursday came, and the vehicle had not been delivered because the drop-off had apparently never been scheduled on their end. My bf had to leave work early to deal with the situation. We were also concerned about whether the original acceleration problem had actually been resolved and whether the vehicle had been properly road-tested. Today, Chris, the manager who had been out yesterday, called my bf. Unfortunately, the conversation was just as disappointing. My bf explained that the issue was communication and authorization, not whether the additional part was covered under warranty. Instead of acknowledging the communication failure, Chris focused on the fact that the part was covered. He also stated that there had been no calls for updates and that things were not scheduled because they were "too busy." The only resolution Chris offered was to remove the newly installed part and put the OLD FAULTY PART BACK ON THE VEHICLE. That completely missed the point. We were not asking them to undo a necessary repair, we were asking why the repair was performed without our knowledge or authorization in the first place. What was most disappointing was the repeated lack of accountability and the rude way our concerns were handled. We were repeatedly treated as though we were the problem when we were simply asking the dealership to take responsibility for mistakes and communication failures on their end. A simple apology and acknowledgment would have gone a long way. We ultimately paid the $100 deductible to get our vehicle back. We expected much better from the dealership where we purchased our vehicle. The lack of communication, unauthorized repair, failure to properly schedule the promised delivery, and the way management handled our concerns completely destroyed our trust. We will not be returning here for service or purchasing our next vehicle from this dealership. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
