Met my salesman Pouria who was easy to talk to and wasn't pushy or ask for my number. I told him I would be back. When I came back I went to him and told him I wanted a test drive. We test drove 2 different vehicles with no pressure. Came back a couple days later and purchased due to the friendly staff and no pressure. Pouria is awesome and works hard to provide excellent customer service. I would trust him again and recommend him. Moe the manager was very helpful and upfront with stuff and was awesome. Gino in finance helped us get many rebates that we qualified for and was also easy to work with. Service department here is outstanding. Luke the service advisor is the best I have ever worked with and he's him regularly. Gina the cashier is always friendly and outgoing. The overall experience here was outstanding 5 stars. Delta Chevrolet... Formally known as Winter Chevrolet sold me a 2024 High Country Dually brand new when the 2024 model was released. Here we are 12,000 miles later and its been back 4 times for transmission fluid leaking out of the transfer case. First 2 times it went in, the output shaft seal was replaced. 3rd time it went in the dealership claimed it was due to the lift kit. Knowing theres THOUSANDS of trucks out here with this Cognito 4" lift kit thats never had this issue, i decided to not deal with whatever excuses they had to not do warranty work. I was then reached out to by the Service Manager Rolando. I brought the truck in and he asked that i take my current 1 star review down and that he would look further into it. Week 1 was my only update and Rolando stated that my driveshaft was too short and wont work with the lift kit which was the problem. Weird how they removed and reinstalled the same driveshaft TWICE when the seals were replaced with no notes of the driveshaft being short. Here we are 3 weeks later and back at square one with the same excuses. instead this time Rolando lied and said Cognito told him that an aftermarket front driveshaft is needed when you lift a truck. A call to Cognito along with an email confirmed that Rolando was wrong. He also stated that not having rear lift blocks can cause my FRONT driveshaft angle to be incorrect. Anybody thats mechanically inclined can tell you whats wrong with that excuse. Fluid is coming out of the transfer case output shaft seal when its not supposed to have fluid there at all apparently. Sounds like an internal issue that they dont want to fix. Lots of lies and lots of wasted time and money. $107k out the door for this truck and they cant even honor a warranty. 10 speed allison transmissions have been hit or miss since 2020 when they were introduced to the duramax platform. i wouldnt expect Rolando to know this since he came from Dodge. Dont waste your money here. They dont care about the customer or your vehicle. Out of 5 weeks being here they did nothing to fix the truck but hey they changed my oil. Whatever they can do to get money out of you. Horrible customer service from the service department. I would highly recommend staying away from this place. read more

I went to Winter Chevrolet for oil change today and found out the owner has sold out. They are now called Delta Chevrolet. Not sure how I feel about it. I've been bringing my car here for six years and really don't want anyone else working on it. Fortunately, when I arrived, the same team is still working there. Nothing's really changed but the name. I feel really good about seeing the familiar faces and not having to worry about someone new working on my car. They did a good job and they were fairly quick about it. Beware of purchasing from this dealership !!!!! I purchased a car in January 2026. I assumed that the car title and registration would automatically be taken care by the dealership. It is now May and still do not have the title or registration under my name. I contacted the dealership manager at the beginning of April to inquire about the registration. At that time I was informed that the title was still in the prior owners possession and that the registration couldn't not be completed until they received title. Odd. Then I was told that the dealership is under new management and that was the reason for the delay. I went back and forth with the dealership and DMV. It has now been month since I contacted the dealership and I still do not have the car registered. I have had to do the leg work between the DMV, dealership and loan officer to get some sort of resolution. The last contact with the dealership I was emailed to email the "business lady that deals with DMV. I should not have to do that. This all should have been taken care by the dealership. Very poor business practice to sell merchandise and not legally provide title and registration. Now I have to make a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. read more

Dear Management and Owners of Delta Chevrolet, formerly Winter Chevrolet, I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service my son has received regarding his vehicle purchase in January 2026. Despite paying all registration and plate fees in full at the time of purchase, his license plates have still not arrived. Furthermore, we discovered in April that the vehicle was still registered to the previous owner. Although we spoke with Fernando in April and were assured the plates would arrive within two weeks, the issue remains unresolved. Consequently, my son is paying for a vehicle he cannot legally drive. Due to your failure to rectify this situation, we have involved our legal counsel and our bank to facilitate the change of ownership. We have also filed formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the DMV, and we intend to pursue this matter further in court. read more

This review is based solely on a phone call, but it was one of three dealerships that I dealt with in one day. This was the only dealership who was willing to answer my questions without making an appointment. It was friendly and helpful and said "yes", if I wanted to come in and show them the part that had fallen down on my Floorboard that morning from under my dash, they would be happy to tell me what it was without charging me money and making an appointment and making a big deal out of it. They said they are family owned and so they have more room to be friendlier. The person I spoke to was Eric and when my truck breaks down, that's where it's going. Why just based on a phone call? Because he listened to me. He didn't just put me in a protocol line. He didn't reject me because I have a third-party warranty. He was friendly kind and answered my questions directly. That's an excellent beginning for a relationship and our cars are what we depend on to make a living to stay healthy for many many things and when we don't have them, our lives don't work. Do not take your car or truck to this circus show.Engine failed on Dec 31 at 50 thousand miles on my trail boss.Took them almost 2 months to put a new engine in.Called and said it was ready in the morning.Got a call around 8:30 am that the new engine has failed that they will have to order another.Mechanics have no clue on what they are doing.J own my own business and dive a lot of miles every year.Ive bought 10 Silverados in the past 15 years and I'm so glad not one of them was from there.I had a bad experience with these guys over 20 years ago which I told myself I will never deal with them again.Forward 20 years later my instinct were correct same circus show running as the years back.All said and done almost 3 months truck was done which I no longer have.I would not drive this truck or have any of my family members drive it.I have no trust in this dealership what so ever and never will or step a foot back in there.Next time your at needs service avoid all cost and find a different dealership or you'll be sorry!!!!! read more

Took our truck in back at the end of July and needed a new transmission. Said it would be a couple of weeks. After a few weeks we called then they said before they could start they needed money to order the parts. No problem. Gave them the money. Weeks later called again. Then were told when we brought it in we were number 6 and still have 3 vehicles ahead of us. ( first time hearing this) It's now October and they still haven't started our truck! We can't even take it somewhere else because they "ordered the parts already " and won't give our $$ back! I would NEVER RECOMMEND this place to anyone! No communication! I've bought 7 cars from Winter Chevrolet over the years and had all my Vehicles Serviced there, never an issue always great experience's with a fair price. I know having your car serviced at a Dealership is always going to be a little higher in price etc, i know that, but what this New Dealer charged for new Pads / Rotors for the my rear brakes on my 2016 Chevrolet 1500 was insane. I could have had my brakes done at Les Schwab / Firestone or a local Shop from anywhere from $775-$888, I got these figures after the fact. Again I know a Dealership could be a few hundred dollars more. Delta Chevrolet Charged me $1628 and change, i did have a coupon and it went down to $1584 and change. This is Thievery at the elite level. They lost my business for life and I recommend anyone thinking of buying or having your vehicle serviced there, never to do so ever !!! Winter Chevrolet was a great locally owned Dealership and unfortunately was bought by this Highway Robbery Delta Chevrolet. I repeat think twice before buying or having your vehicle serviced there !!! i will never go there again and i will tell as many people as possible to not do business with them. All they had to do was do a service at a reasonable price, but their obvisouly greedy and like to RIP People OFF !!! I'm done rambling. The Inspector took pictures of the car SEEN IT IN PERSON I came in the next day to sell it & a "new manager" was in. He tells me " I didn't know there was a crack in windshield" although inspector seen it the day prior and gave me a quote based on what they seen. So you have to call a few more times to get an answer when it will be ready to pick up. And you will not get a response, nor a return call as they stated they will. "Your service advisor will be in tomorrow and he will call you". No call! So again you have to call, and then find out he is not in today as you were just told the day before. So you get the - Can we find out the status and call you right back? No call and another day goes by without your vehicle. If you have all the time in the world and don't need your car back any time soon. Then Winter Chevrolet service department is your company. Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Upon check in the advisor went to my car to get the mileage and upon return said my tire tread was low, actually TOO LOW for them to rotate the tires. He provided me with a quote for 4 new tires and an alignment. I was a bit shocked because I have been keeping an eye on my tires and while they are not new, they were not in need of "urgent" repair. Since I was going to be headed out of town the following day and they did not have the tires in stock, I called around to make an appointment while I waited for my car. When the car was done, the service advisor took me to the cashier and said the "only concern was the tires". I paid and went home to wait for my tire appointment. When I got home, I realized my receipt did not include the inspection report I have gotten even other time I have had an oil change, so I sent a text to the service advisor asking for the document. Imagine my surprise when I got the report back and the tires were not listed as needing urgent repair. I inspected my tires myself and they are nowhere near reaching the wear indicators so I cancelled my tire appointment. To cover my bases, I sent another text to the service advisor asking for clarification since I was told the tires were too bad to even be rotated. He stated that he had measured "different" than the tech. Even giving them the benefit of the doubt, there is no way the advisor at check in measured HALF of what the tech did. I decided to reach out to GM regarding the issue and the dealership decided to double down.... Just brought my vehicle in for a 22.5 service. 350 later for an oil change and cabin filter change. Didn't do the multi point inspection. Didn't rotate the tires. Just put air in to them. Wow. This was the first and last time I will come to this stealership. When I spoke to the service advisor Luke and asked him directly what was my tire thread height. He rolled over and said the service tech said they were 7/32. Ummm, no. I went and bought a tire depth gauge. They're at 14 and 15 /32. Another factoid. When rotating tires they are dismount them, flip them around for even tire wear and then take the fronts and roll them to the back. Nope. This technician put air into them before taking them off and simply did a front to back change but without flipping them around. Time to call the California Bureau of Automative Repair on Monday. Oh and to add to this - they also failed to do the multipoint inspection because they couldn't get a scan on my truck. When asked - oh our computers were down so we couldn't do it for you. Again - 350.00 for an oil change? It's a GMC not a Ferrari. Thanks Winters Chevrolet - really. You're the reason dealerships have a bad reputation. read more

Took my Chevy Cruze to Winters with reports from the previous mechanic shop for repair. They advised a diagnostic thereafter they recommend the same repairs that had already been done stating that there was a failure with the previous repair. I approved the recommended repair only to drive off experiencing the same issue that I initially brought the car in for. Thereafter I returned the car, they explained that there were issues with the catalytic converter and the transmission, issues that should have been detected with the initial diagnostic. Thereafter I sent a email to the service provider in which he denied there was any wrongdoing on their behalf and that the initial diagnostic detected the initial issue. I beg the differ. DO NOT TALE YOUR CAR TO WINTER CHEVY WINTER FOR REPAIR! Less than satisfactory service no accountability. read more
