Sales consultants Vicky and Matt and Sales Manager Tex Carl were all great. Pricing was very transparent without any of the games and gimmicks. The car I purchased was the identical vehicle and trim line to another one that had a $5000 dealer discount. I asked them to match the discount, and they did so without any back-and-forth haggling. Nobody tried to force me into buying any extras. The catalytic converter etching had already been done on the vehicle and so I was OK with the $295 for that. As a 3-month breast cancer survivor who just returned to work after being off for 14 months, this process felt overwhelming. We looked at cars online together and narrowed it down to a Kia Forte. I applied for financing without even knowing where my credit stood. I knew I didn't have anything derogatory or late payments, but I underestimated how much my illness journey affected things. Since I can't directly respond to your post Cassie I'll do it here. The fact that you brought up our rental in my opinion is hilarious at best, because if Tyler would have just waved the "tie back" BS like the warranty company & Tracy Dodge said he could done, then we wouldn't have needed a rental for damn near a month!Funny how you didn't mention anything about that in your post. Nevermind that we had to pay out of pocket to get it towed to Antioch because AGAIN Tyler didn't wave the "tie back", great guy by the way. Hope him or his family is never in that situation. To this day we never got an explanation of why. What's sad is Tracy Dodge told us that they would have definitely waved the "tie back" in that situation. Guess they have a little more sympathy for their customer then he does. Again hopefully him or his family is never put in a similar situation and if he so happens to find himself in a situation like that then I hope the person helping him shows little bit more compassion for him then he showed me and my family. Furthermore I was told that all the parts for my truck would be received by Saturday the 2nd, it would take 14 hours to do the job yet we didn't get the truck back until a week and 1/2 later? I'm not mathematician but 14 hours is just over two days of work. I won't even go into the fact that WE had to call to check up on the progress of the truck repair the WHOLE TIME but yes just like your service department continued to tell us, well we did get you a rental. And yes I was polite & respectful to your service employee, what was I suppose to do cuss him out? Was I suppose to tell him that this whole situation and the lack of communication was absolute bullshit? Sorry not gonna cause a scene regardless of what happened, but I am however definitely going to let other people know my experience so they are aware of the way your establishment treats their customers! I rarely leave reviews, but this was one of the most unprofessional and deceptive customer experiences I've encountered. I agreed to purchase a RAV4 from this dealership after my boyfriend test-drove it for me while I was out of town. This included 3-hour round trip travel to the dealership followed by 2 hours of document preparation. Following that visit, the sales team told us the vehicle was sold to me, prepared a purchase order, and declined the deposit we offered. They agreed to hold the car until I returned from my trip at the end of the week. Relying on those representations, I stopped searching for other cars. Today, however, I was informed that the vehicle had been sold to a different customer because I had not personally signed the final paperwork. While the dealership may consider that acceptable from a technical standpoint, representing a vehicle as sold and then completing a sale with someone else resulted in a very disappointing and misleading experience. I'm no longer interested in doing business here, but I hope sharing this helps other buyers to proceed with caution. read more

This review is for their Service Department. I took our 2019 Ram 1500 Big Horn there for the ABS recall repair. I'd give them 5 Stars for the following areas: ease of booking an appointment (via phone & online), early drop off (7:00 AM), Shuttle Service, and friendly staff. Unfortunately, I cannot give them an overall 5 Stars because we waited quite a bit for someone to help us when we dropped the truck off. Their earliest drop off time is 7:00 AM, so it was surprising no one was in the drop-off area when we arrived around 7:20. The second thing was the pick-up experience wasn't great. The Cashier pulled the wrong file (car) when I gave her my name. I was told I owe $29.95 for a tire rotation! I told her I didn't authorize a tire rotation and that my truck was in for a recall repair. She then got another person to come help. When that person said a "2022 1500," I realized the lady pulled the wrong file. I told her my truck is a 2019. Then they couldn't find the "soft print" (receipt customers sign). She called the Service Dept. to tell them they didn't print the "soft copy." She was told those were printed. She checked the printer and found the paperwork. Once I signed off on the paperwork, I was told to just wait outside in the pick-up area and someone will pull the truck up. Again, I waited for someone to go get my truck. It was a shorter wait than the drop off, but it was still a wait. Finally, once I drove off the Lot and was on my way home, I noticed the dashboard display was not set back to displaying the speedometer! It was displaying the tire air pressure. I was a bit annoyed because I didn't know how to change it back until I got home and pulled out my manual. I was going to overlook the long wait for the drop-off and even the Cashier paperwork snafu and give them a 5 Star rating, but I couldn't after the dashboard display. Anyhow, a 5 Star rating means perfection, which this experience wasn't; however, they do deserve 4 Stars for getting the repair done before 10:00 AM and all the already mentioned services. read more

I came here about two weeks ago to look at a jeep gladiator I fell in love with it and decided to trade in my previous jeep Rubicon this place is a total SCAM!!!! First off my car was a 2021 jeep rubicon in good condition with a lift kit, wrench, tow hitch, 37 inch tires, custom seats and color on the inside they only wanted to offer me $40,000 but because the sales representative accidentally sent me an inappropriate picture while I was with my children and knew that I was upset about it had the manager come apologize and boosted the price to $47,000 they said that was the highest they could give me since they were going to pay off the remainder payments from my previous Jeep that was only about $7000. with my Jeep trade-in, I was only supposed to owe about $13,000 for my new Jeep but with taxes went up to $18,000 my sales representative told me if I pay it in two payments all I would have to pay is $18,000 but HE Lied!!! I ended up owing $ 31,000 with some change when I called to ask them why I was being charged that much when that wasn't the agreement. They basically told me that they charged me for a star car locator and I did not ask for that or sign for that. They basically also added the $7,000 that they paid for my trade in car and basically making me pay that as well. I am beyond disgusted and disappointed with the service they have provided from the lies to the inappropriate picture they send my phone please save yourself the time and DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND SCAM YOU !
