    I've had my Honda serviced two times now at Winter Honda. Both experiences have went well. They are very good with communicating the status of things and are very flexible with scheduling. I must add that Bunna is a great service advisor. Kept me in the loop and is easy to chat with. Each time, he has had my vehicle ready earlier than expected. The customer service there has been excellent. I'll continue to use Winter Honda for service as they are speedy and provide great service.

    Sam Gheit the Internet Manager was very professional and helpful throughout the process. I end up leaving winter Honda happy with my New Honda. The experience was smooth and I was not rush. Thanks again Sam for all your help! Will definitely recommend my friends and family to buy from winter Honda. Ramon Guerra my Salesman who help me looked at 3 CRV and I ended up with the one that fit my budget. Even though Ramon was new to his job, he was very professional and was patient with me all throughout the time when I was in the dealership. He made sure I was not being rush and allow me to determine what kind of vehicle suits me. He knew the answers to the question I had about the vehicle I was trying to get. Overall, Ramon made my visit a good one, I came in smiling and left still smiling. Thanks much Sir Ramon!

    3.5 hours for a scheduled oil change on a bid to get my business back from them previously trying to pass off shoddy work. Not recommended.

Al's got the highest "quality" review rate I've ever seen. His work reviews are great. His only "low" reviews mentioned appointment time glitches or finishing up on schedule. He is a smaller shop operation with several good mechanics, and being a retired career engineer, does this now more as a hobby to help people solve car problems. My 2016 Honda CRV needed an oil change, a standard 60K-mile service and windshield washer tank that emptied as fast as you pour water in. My car made two visits to his shop. First, to do the service work and to find the reason for the leak. Second to install a new factory replacement water tank. On the first visit, he had to remove the right front fender, then using fiberglass and resin tried to repair the tank that had been chewed up by rats but this was not successful. So, he reinstalled fender, gave me back the car to keep us on the road until a new tank came in, then did the whole fender removal process again to install the new tank. My charges for all needed parts and liquids was about standard and he only charged 2.1 hours labor. You may find someone cheaper or faster but he handled my issues the same way (or better) than I could do my self at a very fair price. I'm giving him 5 stars and any future work as needed.

I attempted to replace my own headlight 3 times it wasn't coming on, So I assumed it was electrical. I drive a 2013 Hyundai sonata. Charged me $160 diagnostic and $232 to replace light bulbs. $392 for LIGHT BULBS!!!!! Never checked my fuses, because I didnt request it when I got there. (The gas lighting is crazy) For my horn, didn't even check the relay or fuses (my car was stolen 3 years ago so the piece to cover my steering wheel column isn't covering my ignition). They must've thought my car was stolen recently so they didnt bother to check my fuses or horn relay and overcharge me for something else. Complete rip off. Of course I had them take out the very expensive lights and took it to a different shop where I can talk directly to a mechanic. Waste of money! Taking advantage of woman drivers. Running a business unethical. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
