While completing the paperwork, the same manager openly belittled and disrespected Rezaul in front of us. Watching a manager degrade one of his own employees in front of customers was shocking and extremely unprofessional. We reminded him several times that we were the customers and expected to be treated with basic courtesy. No customer or employee should be subjected to profanity or disrespect. After the paperwork was completed, we were told there was no check available because the finance office had closed. We were told to return on Monday, which we understood. On Monday, however, the situation became even worse. Another manager became immediately hostile, insisting we produce the title before releasing payment, despite the fact that the paperwork completed days earlier was sufficient until the title arrived in the mail. Rather than calmly explaining the process, he became aggressive, used profanity, repeatedly referred to my husband as "big guy" in a disrespectful manner, told him to "take your car back if you don't like it," and ultimately ordered him off the property--all while the dealership was still in possession of our vehicle. The following day, after we received the title, we called ahead simply asking that our check be ready so we wouldn't have to wait again. Instead, the same manager responded with more profanity, telling us to "bring the f***ing title" and that he would "look at it" before deciding whether we could receive our check. The hostility and disrespect were completely unnecessary. We finally received payment, but only after being sent across the street to another dealership to pick up the check. This was, without question, one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever had. The only reason this review is not zero star is because of Rezaul, who remained professional, respectful, and apologetic throughout the entire ordeal despite being treated poorly himself. A dealership's reputation starts with its management. Customers should never be yelled at, cursed at, insulted, or have agreements changed after arriving to complete a transaction. We will never do business here again, and I strongly encourage management to address the behavior of the individuals representing this dealership before more customers are treated the same way. When it comes to car repair it's usually very difficult trying experience the best experience I ever had when my cars fuel injectors malfunction and I took my 2021 Honda CRV to the Honda repair shop in Antioch off century way where I'm at San Bunna. What's the number in a very difficult position with financially but thanks to Sam we got the repair done and he had me back on the road within a day. Sam Bunna was a horrible service adviser. I had an appointment for only a transmission fluid flush waited from 9-3:30. Was very rude about the longest job which should be an in and out job. Never apologized for the long wait. I called around 1pm to see if I could get an update but he was out at lunch apparently the front desk can't check if my car was ready or not. He then calls me at 1:30 told me it would be ready in about a half an hour (2pm). I didn't get there until 3:30 and he says "perfect timing" yet still not done with the paper work. He seems like a slacker. I asked him if there was a reason for the extended wait time after saying it should only be a few hours. Then uses all the excuses under the sun to not take responsibility. Then lists all of the other dealers he worked at. Not sure what that has to do with anything. Says there is only 2 people working in the back. Definitely never coming back here after coming back tomorrow because they didn't put my glovebox together properly and it doesn't close now. So I call back still no apology for anything. He tells me that since they do the multi point inspection they have to take the glove box apart to get to the cabin filter. Since I have almost 90k miles on my 2022 Honda I've had serviced quite a few times and never had to wait all day for a transmission fluid change. Then after it took all day it's not even put back together properly. This is the worst service I ever experienced and never received one apology. Sam is literally the worst person for a customer service advisor. Bad bad bad bad bad bad. No wonder he has worked at so many other dealerships because he is terrible at his job. I came in alone as a girl for a brand new 2026 honda civic, and I was kind of hoping I'd would get a good experience and it wasn't too bad, but I kept telling the sales person that I didn't want extra add-ons so I told him to remove them and he did end up removing some but the LoJack because he said it was already installed in the car two days later I get the code for it and says I need to come in person to get it activated, I call and they said oh it was never installed in the car so he just lied to me to get that extra money after saying multiple times i didn't want any add ons. read more
