Since my husband and I were in the process of making decisions based on contractor bids, I later reached out and specifically asked if a written quote could be provided. After waiting without receiving anything, I followed up with Arturo by text and was told that he would send the quote later that day. Four days passed, and I still did not receive the written estimate or any update. I sent another follow-up message and received no response at all. The only positive part of my experience was communicating with their staff, Abigail. The person responding to my texts, who I believe was Abigail, was responsive and helpful whenever I reached out to the company's main number. Unfortunately, despite her responsiveness, I still had difficulty getting the information I needed from the technician assigned to my project. I understand that delays can happen, but timely communication and following through on commitments are important. Based on my experience, I was disappointed by the lack of responsiveness and would encourage the company to improve communication between their technicians and potential customers.

Jose came through said he wanted to do a water test for a nominal fee that would be applied to the total work. He did the test. The test revealed that the leak was actually come from an outdoor outlet instead of the deck. In other words, if I had used any of the other contractors I would have paid over $10K and the leak would not have been repaired. I got the outlet sealed and the deck resealed and Westcoast's work was immaculate. They completed it punctually and even came back to put back all the furniture. Thank you! Before the job even began, he ran through several scenarios with me and was very patient. He understood my objectives both as they related to aesthetics and my pocketbook. In the end, we came up with a plan that was viable and as aesthetically pleasing as could be managed given the situation. Once the job began, the primary person of contact shifted to Julio, one of their project managers. He was on property every day supervising and working alongside his crew. The crew was very polite, hard-working and friendly. They were very well supported by Julio. This may seem like a given, but often it is not so it did stand out to me. Once all of the work was done, Julio gave me a final walk-through, showing me how the various components function and made certain that I did not have any lingering questions. I think there were two follow up visits after the work was completed in order to accomplish this. There was no point along the way where I felt like they were taking shortcuts, using materials that were inferior quality, or anything of that nature. Their concrete cuts were incredible, and I have seen some really bad cuts in my past. And they did a beautiful job with brick work, including redesigning some curved areas of brick that needed to be removed during the job. Veronica in the office was very helpful as well. I reached out to MDM back in early 2025 and met with Mike right away so he could look at my…read moreproperty and walk me through what my wife and I wanted for our project. Throughout the entire process, Mike was very professional and the level of expertise he exhibited was obvious. Before Mike, I had met with 3 other contractors to compare services and quotes but what sealed the deal for me was the 3D render service Mike offered. It was affordable and it would be free if you end up going with MDM for your remodel. Mike was able to get the renderings to me very quickly and made adjustments whenever we wanted to change something. Seeing the details of the renderings really brought what we were envisioning to life and helped with the design process. Fast forward to beginning of demo/construction, Mike's employees were impressively fast and efficient at their jobs, but what really impressed me was how clean they kept our property after each day of work. And that stated true throughout the entire process of our 7 month renovation. During construction, if there were any last minute changes, Mike would always try to cater to our needs whenever possible. Even if subcontractors made mistakes with anything, Mike would make sure it is fixed and perfect right away. Keep in mind, you can't rely on Mike for everything (as much as you might want to). You really do have to do your research (in terms of design, finishing materials, sourcing those materials, and getting them delivered on time) and know exactly what you want and how you want it, that way, Mike can plan and put into action what needs to be done. After this entire process, we are extremely happy we got this project completed with MDM. What really sets them apart is the quality of work, dependability, and the great people that work for MDM. Shoutout to Mario! They really respected our home and were very considerate of us during construction. Even after everything was finished, they guaranteed that they would come back and fix anything that needed fixing. Cannot recommend them enough if you want to improve or build your new home!

As a Board President for a 27 year old 284 unit condo complex, I cannot recommend the Antis team highly enough. They are exceptional. We began using Antis a little over 3 years ago. Until then, our community had never scheduled regular roofing maintenance. Rather, we would deal with roof leaks as they came up. The older our community got, the more roof leaks we were dealing with. Aaron from Antis came to our Board meeting (about 3 years ago). He provided us an overview of the condition of our roof, what our options were and answered any questions the Board had. We left very impressed and appreciative of the information Aaron from Antis shared with us. Since then, we have embraced an annual rood maintenance schedule with Antis. By so doing, we accomplished 2 things: Number 1, we have extended the life of our existing roof by at least 10 years. In other words, the annual investment in an annual roof maintenance program, saves an association significant money in the long run, via extending the time it will be necessary to replace the roof. Number 2, during the fall and winter seasons, our association deals with little to no roof leaks, saving us money via the annual roof maintenance program. Everyone on the Antis team is extremely professional in terms of their interactions with residents. Hiring Antis is one of the best financial decisions the association Board has made in our 3 plus years serving our community. Lastly, Antis Roofing has an unparalleled reputation in its industry. We want to say many thanks to our HOA and the ANTIS team for its excellent roof repair work! We are living in a Condo and our roof was taken good care of by one of our HOAs - the First Service Residential. As soon as we reported the roof leaks, Manager Nick Wilson immediately responded to our email. And within 3 days, he sent the inspectors from ANTIS to check the roof issues. The two inspectors were very polite, very professional. They took some time and found some roof leaks. The HOA took this matter very seriously and they held a Board of Directors Meeting. Soon after the meeting, the roof repairs were arranged. Then, we received a courtesy email from the ANTIS Manager Maggie Song. She informed us that the roof repairs were scheduled on Monday after the weekend. This email made us very happy because there were no surprises! The two crew members were on time. They worked very hard. The work took them the whole day from morning to dawn. Now one month passed, and we didn't have any roof issues. ANTIS completely solved our roof leaks. 4/1/2022: I was scheduled today for a roof inspection due to a leak that was dripping inside my kitchen wall. Marcello and his crew mate came to my house right on time and they were very personable and professional. They accessed the situation and did a temporary fix on my roof in case it rained, and Marcello came to my front door before they left to tell me they would be back to permanently repair it and I would be notified as to when. I can't begin to put into words how grateful I am to them for coming to my rescue. I did not know of this company until a friend mentioned them to me, and I went to their website and was totally in awe and very impressed with everything they do and their affiliations and humanitarian outreach to help people in need and my first thought was how wonderful it would be if all service companies would aspire to follow Antis's lead! A new roof is an expensive investment so we took our time researching and choosing a roofing company for our home. Antis roofing is a five star company!!! My husband and I have received numerous compliments from our neighbors! The project manager Victor was personable and easy to get a hold of. I called him a couple times with questions and he picked up every time. I appreciated that. He communicated with me each day explaining each step of the process and what would be happening the following days. He was easy to understand too. He also informed me they have a 24 hour hotline for emergencies. The process went smoothly and the crew was very considerate of our property. Working as a Community Manager in Los Angeles I have had the pleasure of working with Antis for about three years and their service is unmatched. Having some older properties that did not always maintain their roofs to great standards, Antis were heroes when I needed an EMERGENCY tarp job completed to prevent further damage. Not only was I able to speak to a live person within 2 minutes of calling but they also had a crew out in 30 mins... all at 11pm! i have worked with Antis Roofing in the past and they do excellent work. after this years unexpected rainfalls we have had leaks since Jan. 2023. All staff are courteous but I think they lack communicating to the field what the client has been told. I have had 3 different crews out for examining my roofs, estimates and repairing. All have been superior workers, professional and ready to do the best work for the client. Today we had Jesse and Juan. They were requested to come out twice today due to communication issue in the office. I really appreciate the efforts that they both put in and also to Sergio for listening to my frustration. Jesse & Juan came to my unit within a day of our requesting service and were very polite and courteous. They inspected the inside where the leak was and immediately went up on the roof to inspect. They located the leak and tarped the area so there would not be any further water intrusion until they were authorized to come back and repair the area on the roof. During the recent downpours we had a roof leak in one of our spare bedrooms. Jesse came out to my townhouse to check out leaking chimneys. He arrived on time and was very efficient with the inspection. He and his team identified the issue and said a report would be written and sent to the management company. I don't have a perspective on pricing since this will go through the HOA, but the estimate process was great. Jesse put on booties when entering my home without even having to ask him. Excellent service. The team came on time. Made sure they wore booties as they entered the house. Jessie was thorough, i.e., explained the process, the issue and what future steps to take. He cleaned up after the test/repairs they ran to ensure impeccable quality of service. Jesse and Juan were great. They came out to inspect a rain/water damage leak. They arrived on time, we're friendly, , knowledge, took extra care to make sure that they had shoe coverings keep my home clean. They even went above and beyond by doing a temporary patch to an area that could be causing part of the leak damage. They are one of the companies at the HOA is sending out to make bids on the project. I hope Antis gets the job. read more
