For example, I texted him today because I had a very small leak at a skylight... he actually showed up to check on it within an hour or two. And the problem was with a cracked skylight, not the roofing job. (Would I trust all contractors when they tell be that it was not their work that was the problem but rather a problem with the skylight... no, but you tend to trust Manny. He's been straight forward and no BS from the start.) But how's his pricing, you ask. It was a year ago and I don't remember the details but I know that he was not the most expensive and not the cheapest. But, I am pretty sure that if you are comparing quotes and if he IS the most expensive... he might also be the best and that might be money well-spent. Also, keep in mind that almost EVERYONE reviewing JMT gave the compnay five stars and the three people (out of 40 reviews) that didn't, never had any work done.
