My ceiling in my upstairs closet as well as my garage showed that I had a water leak most likely from the last big rains we had in end of March 2023. Antis Roofing came out and did a thorough and methodical investigation of my roof and found a couple areas that needed repair. Robbie and his two crew members were so personable and knowledgeable and kept me informed of each step in the process of their repair work. I would highly recommend them if you have had water leaks from the rain because they are truly professionals and will find it and fix it asap. unfortunately my association uses this company for roof repairs. I spoke with Jennifer Marine today, the assistant to the owner. I asked her how long it would take to get someone to the property to make the repairs. She doesn't know if it will take a week or a year. She would not look into it either. I asked where I was on the list for the repairs. She laughed and said I am probably 2,500 our of 3,000 now that I called her to ask. Pretty unbelievable. I wouldn't hire this company for anything. She started telling me that calling her for an appointment is like calling the dentist for a doctors appointment. Its too bad she thinks a leaking roof in my home is a joke. We had Antis Roofing come out and provide us a proposal on our home after we had a home inspection on our home showing some bad roofing paper underneath the tiles in a section. A gentleman named Joaquin came to our home very quickly after asking for a proposal and he was really nice and helpful. He did a thorough evaluation of our roofing system and told us a proposal would be sent soon after he submitted his report. We were so impressed by the thoroughness of their report and how professional they were that we decided to approve them. They were out here within a couple of days of our approving the work and did a really good job, were clean, and very safe on the roof. If we have any issues in the future, I will definitely hire them again! read more

3/1/19 -Terrible customer service. I have called multiple times to try and schedule someone to look at my roof and the person in charge of scheduling is never there. I have left messages with the people who answer the phone and they just tell me they will have the individual call me when they get in it's had been 4 days now and no call back. If it wasn't cause I have to go through my HOA I would if already moved on. 3/6/19 - It has now been 12 Days since a ticket Order has been put into Antis to have my leaking roof checked. Still have not hear a call from Antis to schedule a date and time for them to come and inspect the roof leak. They decided to come out again unannounced on 3/2 when I wasn't home again. Wife was home alone at the time but didn't open the door cause she wasn't aware Antis was coming. We didn't know cause no one has called us yet. Would you want to open the door to a couple of guy hooded up like the pic shown? Neighbors across the way must a found a loop hole somewhere cause they seem to get Antis to inspect there place. Terrible, Terrible Service. Oh, and the roof is still leaking into my Attic. :( read more

Our Homeowners Association (20+ townhomes) couldn't be happier with Antis Roofing!    We've had them as our exclusive roofing and gutter repair for several years now. Originally, we had done several attempts to patch and repair an aging 30+ year old roof - after an exhaustive interview process, Antis came through with a high-quality cost affordable PVC type roofing system.   It was night and day compared to an aged tar based roofing system and other vendors who presented similar type products.   We were so pleased with their work, we invested in re-roofing the other section of our community with the same roofing system.  We've had no leaks or any issues with their high-quality work and any warranty issues were promptly addressed. Antis has an amazing customer service center.   All tickets and requests are promptly responded to same day or the next business day.   They are highly knowledgeable and professional.  Example - the day before Christmas a year ago we had a big storm due to the next day.  Their "A-Team" as I call them was working overtime the day before Christmas to ensure all their customers were taken care of before another round of storms and to keep everyone dry as can be over Christmas. Safety and Security is key.  Antis always has their techs/crew in their uniforms and clean-up after each job.  Additionally, we get a post-photo report with all work done/verified costs line by line so our HOA knows exactly what we've been billed/payed for the service call. Most of all, they were very friendly and informative. They went up-to the roof to take some photos and then cleaned right away any clogged portion of inside gutter. It took only 15 minutes. They had to come inside to get an approximate location for the leak and were courteous and clean (they wore booties over their shoes). Then they went outside and up onto the roof. They found the culprit and Jesse came back to my front door and gave me the full report that he will send to the HOA in order to get the repair work performed.
