Amazing experience! I have two homes in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas. My home in Orange County needed a repair and my home in Los Angeles needed a completely new roof. I contacted Antis Roofing and was connected to Travis Pettit (I believe he is the account manager). Travis was able to answer my questions quickly and have a team onsite to inspect both jobs within the week of the request. His team members were extremely professional and let me know that Travis would give me a call to discuss both projects. Within a day, Travis called and explained what was needed for both properties. He had a project manager on the call as well as the reroof was quite extensive. Everything they shared was detailed with photos and my wife and I decided to move forward. I should note that regarding price, Antis was slightly higher than the other two quotes received, but with that, they had been in business for 35 years and I felt that in the event of something going wrong, they would take care of us no questions asked. They completed both jobs very quickly and were extremely clean and thorough. The reroof is on a custom Spanish style home and I must say, it turned out even better than I thought. They did such a great job! To conclude, from start to finish Antis was professional, reliable, clean, and performed even better than expected. I am a community manager who started working with Antis Roofing back in 2016. I had just took over an older (condominium) property where the HOA was responsible for the roofs. The community was lacking in funds due to earlier projects that they had chosen not to special assess for. Anyway, this community had already had a particular roofer that they were using, but they didn't really seem satisfied with them (one of those you get what you pay for type) Since i was the new manager to this community, and I had seen the reported issues from residents within the community, I decided to reach out to Antis Roofing. I had seen the representative, Dave Bernardy, come into my office. He was a very easy person to talk to. I reached out for his help at my community. He met me onsite and we walked for probably a good hour. He explained to me that the community was in need of MAJOR work. There were some units that you could see into their garage right through the header board due to extreme damage from termites and weather elements coupled with no money to complete repairs. I had a lot to do, and Dave knew it too! I had brought Dave in to one of my first meetings with my Board of Directors. He was pleasant, easy to understand, and presented the Board with the truth of their roofs (both flat roofs and shingle roofs), and how bad they were. Right from the beginning of my coming on, we found that there were 13 flat roofs (garages) that were in need of immediate replacement. Dave came to another meeting with a rep regarding the installation of this new roofing system that would be a game changer for this community. After they presented and left, the Board couldn't say enough nice things about Antis Roofing, and Dave. This is really where it all started. The Board trusted in only Antis to handle the roof repairs on an as needed basis until we could get into a position to re-roof the entire community for both flat and shingle roof tops. Dave would come to our meetings on a pretty regular basis to update the Board on completed work, including the roof maintenance and cleaning. Fast forward to 2019 - Antis roofing was hired to re-roof the entire community. As that HUGE project took place, Dave came to every meeting. Our owners and Board members appreciated the regular updates and the time they were given to just ask questions. No project is without hiccups, when an issue would come up, it was handled immediately. The communication was always clear, concise, and in the end the problem was resolved with a "Thank you so much!" I would be lying if I didn't say I was a little sad when the project was completed. Being able to work with such a great company and rep was very enjoyable. It was also very educational for me and those who attended our meetings each month. I went from having 3-4 roof leaks each time it rained to absolutely nothing. Antis is still their #1 choice and have them onsite annually for roof and gutter cleaning (and roof maintenance when needed). Grossly overpriced, at least on my small project...so do yourself a favor and get competitive bids. Saw their trucks in the neighborhood doing some HOA work, and had a small project so I thought I would give them a call. I was told by 4 different companies that this project would take (at most an hour and the supplies were less than $100. Even their guy on site said it would take about an hour, but said to call their "HQ" to get a price. The first three quotes ranged from $300 to $500....theirs came in at $1460. Makes me wonder how much my HOA overpaid. I'll be questioning at the next Board meeting. I wouldn't write this email except the Account Executive ( first hint of high overhead), got snarky and insinuating the others were not qualified....they are qualified but don't have $1400 of overhead.... Your experience may be different, but that was mine. Even HOA less shocked. read more

Today I was fortunate to have Jesse and his co-worker from Antis Roofing come to my condo complex to take a look at a roof leak in my unit. I was pleasantly surprised when Jesse arrived at my condo earlier than expected. I showed him the room where the leak took place. He took some pictures of the area where the leak occured. Jesse then told me that he was going up to the roof to take a look at the roof leak. He would then stop by my condo to update me on what they found. I found Jesse to be both knowledgeable and professional. If there is a zero star or negative I would think it's more suitable to describe the service as well as the scheduling that we have received from them (from not just one but all three different representatives )just for making appointments to fix the roof that is appointed by the HOA Our roof has been leaking since January and is April now and the HOA finally appointed Antis to schedule an appointment and we constantly asked Antis to give us an hour window before arriving on site. They change their scheduling and never bother to call us ahead of time, will only deal with the HOA and we asked for a photo for the damage roof, and they said they can only provided the photo evidence to HOA only as well. And as of now the roof is still in the face and no further appointment is made read more

Antis came out because I had a leak in my ceiling and I was trying to pinpoint what was causing the leak. Jesse and Juan arrived promptly (even a few minutes early!) for my scheduled appointment time. They quickly got to work in order to figure out what was causing the issue. They were extremely thorough in their work, and were able to discover that the leak was actually originating from the wall, not the roof or the draining. Jesse and Juan were friendly, yet professional. They were also knowledgeable.
