I came here to treat myself after a rough day at work. A little disappointed as I got a brownie sundae but I feel my brownie was old.

RUDE STAFF & HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I came in and ordered a peanut butter milkshake, but it came out extremely watery and tasted more like peanut butter milk than an actual milkshake. I politely asked if they could remake it, and the employee told me I would have to pay extra. I shouldn't have to pay again for something that wasn't made correctly in the first place. On top of that, the customer service was horrible. No "hi," no "hello," no "how can I help you?" not even a smile. The employees had very unfriendly attitudes and made me feel like I was bothering them just by placing an order and asking for my drink to be made correctly. Definitely a disappointing experience!! Today I went with my children--ages 10, 3, and 1. They were undecided about what to order when a Latina employee arrived looking angry. My 10-year-old asked for an ice cream cone, but she grabbed a cup and started serving it in that instead. When my son pointed out that he had asked for a cone, she rolled her eyes and made rude gestures. I politely asked why she was behaving that way toward a 10-year-old--telling her that since she works in customer service, she ought to be more patient, especially with children. But instead of getting an apology, she rolled her eyes at me and gave me a dirty look! Other customers said it's always the same story: the staff are impatient, in a bad mood, and want you to order super fast. read more

Came back to try this location again and it's still not good. The Jamoca Almond Fudge ice cream was too soft and the ice cream didn't have any coffee flavor. This location is still not that clean. The floors are still sticky. It will be nice if the employees would do some cleaning up when they can. read more

Disgusting place. Ice cream looks melted, different flavors in other flavors. The card reader is nasty. Counters nasty. Tables not wiped. Not greeted when we arrived, didn't make sure we all ordered. I paid for mine separately, which is more than fine but we were supposed to be paying as a group. Visited on a rainy day. Walked out with my favorite treat: 2 scoop sundae with pralines-n-cream. I was disappointed to find that my ice cream was basically vanilla. The only nuts were there one from the almond mixture on top. I went in to tell them that I basically paid for a 2 scoop vanilla sundae. The manager/ owner had the nerve to offer to individually scoop nuts out of the container and give me some. I threw the sundae away. He also attempted to explain that I probably received no nuts bc of "luck of the draw". Not him explaining this to me...lol. Never going back. I drove from Concord to get ice cream from this location on 8/13/25, specifically because they have better flavors than the locations near me. Online the Baskin-Robbins website says that this location closes at 10 PM. Google also says that this location closes at 10 pm. I arrived at the location a few minutes before 9:30 and they already have their sign turned off and the door locked. When I asked the ladies working what time they closed they pointed at the door. I said the door says 10 PM. She said for me to look at the other sign lol. There's another smaller sign that says 930. Long story short if you guys are going to close at 9:30, update the information online & take down the sign on the door that says you guys close at 10 PM. read more

Went to this location for mother's day. I got a banana royal and it was so bad I threw it away after a few bits . The scoops of ice cream were so small that all you could taste was the hot fudge and banana s . Worst Sunday I have ever had banana is supposed to be cut up and they were huge chunks. The fudge melted the ice cream right away because the scoops were so small. It was a bowl of banana goo. Never going to this location again! read more

This is the first time I have ever gone to this particular shop. I love the location. It's pretty easy to find too. I arrived sometime after one p.m. The establishment was empty, but it looked clean. The ice cream tubs were all still full. My brother and I were quickly attended too. The woman was nice and so helpful. She answered all my questions. She had a pretty smile. She let me have samples of certain ice cream that I was unsure about. My brother order two scoops of ice cream into a cup. He had vanilla and cookies n' cream. I chose to have two scoops of ice cream in a cup as well. I had cookies n' cream and chocolate. The ice cream was so cold. It tasted just right. It definitely hit the right spot in our stomachs. The price was a little much for me. But compared to other places the price was the cheapest. And it was a plus that we had a gift card. Not bad at all! read more

We come here quite often, usually Myriam helps us. She has outstanding customer service, she has taken the time to get to know how we like our soft ice cream. She always greet us, with a smile, if she is busy she acknowledges us and if the person helping us don't understand how we want our ice cream she takes the time to explain it. She's great!!!! Hubby, daughter and I went to Baskin Robbins on July 24, 2022. Ice cream was tasty (coconut pineapple, flavor of the month [smores] jamoca fudge and strawberry cheesecake). Service was great. Attendants were nice and professional. I gave them 2 stars because the counter, leaves much to be desired. The cone display is broken and stickers are peeling off. The whole visual is unappealing!! I was looking around as I ate my ice cream and thought, "I would be embarrassed to bring someone who had never been here, here." Sad. read more

The manager was out behind the counter helping customers. The place was spotless. I tried their new flavor with ghost peppers in it. It was great! First off they have a sign IN THE WINDOW that reads if you buy a double or triple scoop you get a free waffle cone, but the employees argue that it's not a current promotion?! Every time we come in for our scoops, the staff is always nice and friendly. Great customer service. However this location is a bit small and I always feel stuffy inside here. But they do have chairs and small tables outside to sit. I just recently tried their Americas' Birthday cake I think that was the name... Omg delicious! The ice cream is always great here, no complaints from me! The service is okay, mediocre most times, it all kind of depends on who is working. One day I come in an it was nothing but hotties working haha. Other days it's as if the employee hates their job and would rather be anywhere else. So it's kind of a hit and miss with this place. Cappuccino Blast is my fave! I learned if you substitute the ice cream for soft serve, the calories go waay down BUT its still DELICIOUS! the people here are very friendly and efficient . The new oreo cheesecake is very good, and even though I like going to Loards or Johns Ice cream for actual ice cream I must say Baskin Robbins has the best "icing on the cake" ice cream. read more

Not sure there's a whole lot to talk about in a review here. You can walk in this place, give the cashier money, and receive delicious ice cream. Prices aren't too bad, line usually isn't very long, and they have a few seats/tables outside you can sit down and eat your delicious treat at. They also sell ready to go cakes. I stopped coming to this Baskin Robbins years ago due to poor service but they have really stepped their game up. Parking sucks and can be a hassle for this downtown location (usually do to the farmers market). The shop is clean but showes it's age. The lines are long but move pretty fast. My review is based on an ice cream cake I ordered this past week for my birthday celebration with family. I've never gotten an ice cream cake THIS good from THIS location before now. So I have to make this Yelp! Review in thanks to the person (unknown) who made my cake. I ordered online and the process went okay- but colors are an issue because you can only include what you need in a little box so that's painful. Thankfully the employee called me to finish up final questions they had about my order. I appreciated it since I couldn't do it online (but online was easier as I was out of state). Realistically, the best part about the cake is the frosting and they delivered when I asked for thick borders. How is the Pittsburg location on Railroad so different from the one on Century Blvd!! Railroad location is alway out of everything! Never fails! They have no selection for prepackaged quarts...ever!
