That said, I wouldn't come here expecting the typical Mexican restaurant experience with classic entrées, big margaritas, and casual small talk. The menu seems much more focused on authentic Mexican food and flavors. The food itself was good, and the tacos were definitely the highlight -- delicious and well done. However, I did find the overall experience to be a little on the expensive side, especially with some additional charges that weren't immediately apparent. For example, rice and beans are an additional $4, and chips and salsa are not included. It's also worth knowing that they don't offer some of the more traditional Mexican-American favorites, such as flautas or chimichangas, and there isn't a traditional cheese-based dish like you might find at other Mexican restaurants. Overall, I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere, especially the tacos. I'd recommend checking out the menu ahead of time so you know what to expect -- particularly if you're looking for a more traditional Mexican restaurant experience.

My happy hour app was rung up as regular price. The hard shell bean tacos I ordered had very little beans in them and only beans, no other toppings. There was lettuce, tomato, and cheese on the plate on the side, so I had to dress my own tacos. They tasted okay, not great, not bad. The $6 Monday margaritas are for the 12 oz and are made strong. It's a $1 more for a flavor and $1 more for a larger size (16 oz). The men's bathroom is small and had two urinals that are right next to the bathroom door.
