The places who do that are the places that sell illegally small lobsters to greedy tourists. One review complained that La Perlita had a lousy rooftop oceanview - their building doesn't have a rooftop area for anything. My family, my friends and I have been coming to La Perlita for almost 50 years. It is one of the few places where you get an honest (and legal) lobster. They bring the live lobsters to your table for you to choose. The same family has been running this place since they opened and expanded throughout the years. No hype, no bait 'n switch like at the ripoff joints on the next two blocks closer to the ocean. Looking for a quality meal? La Perlita.
