So, after watching a taco documentary on Netflix, my family and i went in search a perfect taco. I can't say this place has the perfect taco because we just started our search, but i do think we're found the perfect torta and chilaquiles. The torta is the chorizo guajolota. Customer service was not good at all which is why I'm giving a 4 star review. The food was phenomenal even down to the sauces. I only tried the green sauce but my partner loved the red one. We ordered the chicken quesadilla and steak burrito. I asked what came on the burrito to see if I'd want to take anything off and was not properly informed of that. I was nonchalantly brushed off. Overall the flavor of the meats were GREAT. The chef knew what she was doing the cheese complimented everything well. The food is prepared perfectly with fresh ingredients. The other big difference is the customer service. The owner is so friendly and welcoming and he trains his staff the same way. Highly upset that I ordered my food first. Then 3 men came in maybe 5 minutes later, ordered there food and received condiments and food first. Abraham (the Owner) was there the other evening when I called in our order to go - he is such a pleasure to speak with...we met him several years ago right after they opened & we admire him so much! He is a Veteran & also a former Texas DPS Officer - so after serving his country and the State of Texas...he retired and opened his restaurant dream. The restaurant is family-owned & operated - their salsas are dynamite! The green is really good & spicy - there are two red salsas...all homemade! We always get the Tacos al Pastor (add avocado) AND the Chicken Flautas (truly the best we have ever had anywhere &&& that includes having in Mexico - the chicken is marinated).
