I give this cleaning service zero stars. This cleaning service was recommended to my roommates and I by our property manager. This service is unreliable! It was clear that the cleaner was doing work after hours (from 6pm - midnight) one weekday evening. We let her in and asked her to lock up since all of our belongings had been removed. She let us know she had to come back one more time to finish cleaning. I went over to the apartment a few days later to meet her and she never showed up. Additionally, upon my arrival, I noticed she had broken several panels from the front set of blinds, clogged the bathroom sink, and scuffed/chipped the toilet seat. We rescheduled for her to come back the following week. We left the key under the mat and, again, she was a no show. The only reason we knew she didn't show up was because we followed up with her to make sure everything was completed before our move out walkthrough. She DID NOT call. She claims the key was not under the mat - that was not true. She also mentioned, via text, we inconvenienced her - well, actually you inconvenienced us with your inability to show up and with your poor quality of cleaning. She also asked that the check to be rewritten and made out to her personally. Seems like something shady is going on. Do not use this service. read more

(It was a Saturday, there was no rush) I've dealt with house cleanings and cleaners before for homes. By far they are the most detail oriented cleaners I have worked with. They did a great job. To throw it out there, they were not my first pick. My first pick was fully booked, so I gave them a try. However - when we called them back to clean our house (we called them twice) - they said they would return our call to schedule the appt. but failed to call us back (we called them twice because they didn't call back the first time around). Not a responsive company. Either that OR they only prefer to clean the Willow Glen area because that neighborhood has $$$ there - and they pick and choose their "return" customers, which is NOT a good business tactic! There's TONS of other cleaning companies who do a BETTER job than this company and really know how to treat their customers properly! Trust me - if you do not live in the Willow Glen area - don't waste your time calling this company for your hard earned money! And even if you do live in the Willow Glen area - why would you pick a company that picks and chooses their customers, AND having the owner only speak Spanish? Antonia and her crew have been cleaning my home for several months now. I am a mom of a small toddler and expecting another child soon. Cleaning my home has become too difficult for me to do alone. I live in a 4,600 sq ft home with high ceilings and many stairs. It is a large home to clean for any one person, much less myself as I am occupied and not the best cleaner. Antonia and her team clean my home from top to bottom. She literally sweeps, mops, vacuums, cleans every surface and furniture, dusts, windows, oven, sinks, bathrooms, etc. I don't ever have to specify what I want cleaned as I know she will simply clean everything. She even cleans my window sills, light switch covers, door knobs, baseboards, and she even polished my rusty tea kettle and cleaned my son's high chair! Things that I never think of but find that it is so nice to have cleaned. The first few visits, I had her here extra time as my home needed very detail cleaning. Now we have a more regular schedule and I have noticed that every time she is here she will do something extra from the previous time. Oh and have I mentioned my toddler loves them and follows them around! They are so nice to him and will sometimes engage in a quick game of peek-a-boo. I recommend them highly. Living in Santa Cruz, I can honestly say that I have had a hard time finding good help in this area and I am so thankful that Antonia and crew do not mind driving out to me. Excellent job cleaning however I was quoted $35 an hour and when Antonia arrived the price was $200!!!! My house is soooo small! I thought to myself how could it possibly take that long to clean 900 sq ft with one bathroom? It didn't even calculate with the $35 an hour. She had 2 other people and said it would be $105 for 3 people for one hour. I told her that was not ok and I was told $35 an hour when we spoke on the phone and wanted just one person as was discussed on the phone. It was HER CHOICE to bring 2 more people-- I agreed to one person $35 an hour. She really didn't honor it even though we agreed before she started the work that i would do $40 an hour and it should only be about 2 hours for one cleaner. I was even willing to pay for the 2 hours even though I knew the 3 of them would be able to do 900sq ft one bathroom 2 bedrooms in an hour. Well I think there was still a miscommunication. She still asked for the $105 an hour at the end of the cleaning even though she said yes to $40 an hour. That is called a bait and switch... I asked for one person at $35 an hour and that's not really how it went. I think I ended up paying $90. I was very upset that she didn't honor the price we had discussed an hour before. I am super happy with the cleaning but super disappointed with the bait and switch. I do think a language barrier may have been a factor here but the prices were soooo off that maybe a little dishonesty also was a factor. I am looking for a regular once a month cleaning person and unfortunately Antonia will not be the one. If anybody has a recommendation... read more

I needed an emergency cleaning and 3 other companies I called said it would be an approximate 1-2 week wait, Antonia, who answered the phone herself, was there in just a few hours and went above and beyond with the work she and her team did. I asked for a basic clean and they did what I would consider to be a deep clean, the place was spotless. One of our cats got out and she even tracked him down and brought him back inside. I'm an expectant mother who wanted to setup a regular cleaning service for our 3 bed, 2 bath home, since i would not have the time to clean the house when the baby arrives. I did my shopping of house cleaning services based on yelp reviews and called Antonia . She was not able to converse in English so she had her daughter, Rose call me. Initially i was very happy with the way Rose communicated with me and how she talked about customer service being their top priority. I was impressed and had her come over to give an estimate for first time cleaning. Next week i setup an appointment for cleaning. Antonia and one other person came over. They spent about 2.5 hrs to clean the house. Being pregnant i couldn't keep looking out for every detail so i had mentioned that earlier that i would like a thorough job. My husband comes home and was furious to see all the cob webs as is and hadn't been touched, the book shelves hadn't been dusted and there were multiple scratches on our brand new stainless steel gas range. I called Rose immediately about the same and she said that she would check with her mom and get back to me. The next day Antonia came over and removed the cob webs, dusted the shelves and said that she would have to come next time to fix the scratches on my gas range. Even though i was not fully happy with the service, i thought i will give them another chance just because they were nice enough to come and clean up. So far, customer service was ok. Now comes the worst part. I contact Rose again to see when they would come to fix my gas stove, every time she would give me a day and never turn up on that day. This continued for a week. There is a limit to testing somebody's patience and i was being really nice and still trying to work with her to schedule a convenient time. Did i mention, that the first cleaning was done on Jan 2, 2014 and till date they haven't come over to fix the scratches. Talk about bad customer service, now they don't even pick up my phone call or respond to my text. I would never ever recommend these people to anyone i know. When they want your job, they are very nice to you, but when they F*** up, they don't even have the courtesy to work with you on fixing the problem. What kind of customer service is that!!! Save yourself money and time, look for another cleaning company. read more
