Service was extremely slow and if we didn't talk to a manager, we'd probably still be sitting there waiting for someone to take our order. It took about 20 minutes for the server to take our drink orders and tell us the specials, then he disappeared. After waiting another 30 minutes for our server (other tables around us seemed to have attentive wait staff), we spoke to a manager. Instead of saying that she was sorry and would send him over to us, she stated that he was the best server in the restaurant and was dismissive of our complaint. He finally arrived, didn't apologize for forgetting about us and we ordered dinner. Other aspects of service were also lacking. We were a party of four, and were served a basket with three rolls. Someone brought out a fourth roll in a paper napkin, very strange. The food was adequate, but not as good as in previous visits. Lastly, the manager didn't offer us anything for our trouble. We weren't expecting them to comp the entire meal, but maybe a free dessert or coffee? Nothing. Sadly we will not be going back there.

On the positive side, the place was quiet which was nice, the manager (or maybe it was even the owner) when we asked for more water bought us a carafe so we didn't run out again (which I love), and also when we left I accidentally forgot my takeout container on the table and again the manager (or owner) ran out after us to get it to us which I appreciated so much. Relative to the food, it was average (minus the salt side of the burger which was not good). The soft pretzel appetizer was good and I had lasagne which was decent enough. Second time was a gyro. OMG!!!!! So full, great sauce and love the krinkle cut fries. We get delivery and it is so worth it!!!
