After having the vehicle inspected by an independent mechanic, we were told the car should never have passed inspection in the condition it was in. We were then faced with approximately $2,600 in repairs almost immediately after purchase. Instead of taking responsibility or working with us to resolve the issue, the owner blamed us and then tried to blame the independent mechanic. There was no accountability, no customer service, and no genuine effort to make things right. Buying a vehicle is a major investment, and customers deserve honesty and transparency. Based on our experience, we did not receive either. If you're shopping for a used vehicle, I recommend having any car from this dealership thoroughly inspected by a trusted mechanic before signing anything. They basically kicked us out the dealership and wasn't trying to sell us a vehicle. We went right next door and bought a car.
