I haven't been to another Italian Restaurant quite like Antonio's in Deer Park. There are other Antonio's locations, but the menu varies and this one is the best by far. The restaurant is small and intimate. The noisy floor bustles with happy people during lunch hour. Though Center street isn't an idyllic location by any means, the restaurant is beautiful inside and out, with lovely murals, paint, and texture. Once inside, it feels very Old World. Service is friendly, consistent, and always excellent. It's a great place for a business lunch or a date night. The menu is unique and appropriately very coastal. While there are staples common to most Italian restaurants, Antonio's has an abundant selection of lighter (healthier) options not so dependent on the typical heavy sauces, with lots of seafood and delicious fresh vegetables. Just left Antonio's Italian Grill & Seafood and wanted to let everyone know to check their tickets before paying. Our check had an extra $2 charge per item than was advertised on their menu (and is still their online menu prices). We asked for a manager and they said what we had in front of us was an "old menu" and they were updating their prices. When I said we were going to pay the price advertised, he said he would "honor it just this time". They tried to argue that getting Caesar dressing on one meal, and meat sauce on another was the cause of the upcharges, even though that was not told to us at time of order, or itemized on the receipt as such. read more

Every time I order on line and leave detailed instructions or request it's always ignored and my order is always wrong. I even left a note in special requests letting them know every time I order on line my order is wrong so to please triple check everything is correct as each time there are issues with my order and again there was still incorrect items in my order and missing dressing for salads I requested. I ordered a desert based on the picture on the online menu. When I received the dessert it wasn't the same. I called and I was told I could come in and get the correct dessert. I left during my lunch break because I was very interested in this particular dessert. When I get their and explain my situation the man helping me looks at me as though im trying to steal from him. I decided to drive to town in search of a place to eat. I wanted my food to be highly caloric and tasty. I headed to an Italian place that I found in Yelp. While I was on my way Antonio's Italian Grill catch my eye, I decided to give it a try even without looking at the reviews - it was a gamble that worked out well. The food was delicious, comforting, generously sized and reasonably priced, which is exactly what I was looking for. I ordered the daily special: Pork Chop Fiorentina, it came with a salad and lots of complimentary bread with a "cup" of olive oil and italian herbs. The great service, the classic decor and the cheerful atmosphere added to the experience. Five solid stars for what it is! I placed an order on line for today's pick up. I show up and was treated generously. The gentleman looked into my order and he was confirming my order. I was under the impression that I had ordered the large Alfredo, yes my mistake, I actually ordered a medium. Confused, I said I could've swore that I ordered the large. Another guy said for and said my last name I said yes and with a very intolerant tone said he could show me the order right now. So I let him do his thing and he was correct. The tone and bad mannerism was literally uncalled for, being that at no time I wasn't argumentative or rude at all. I've been ordering food from this location for years and have never encountered any issues until today. Please look into some quality tablecloths that aren't sticking to legs. Cut them to properly fit the tables if you keep them. -The temperature in the room wasn't pleasant. We drove an hour and a half to get here and I'm so glad we made a reservation because the table was ready when we got there. The bread is super fluffy, and I had the ravioli which was amazing it definitely isn't frozen and reheated and that cream sauce is so good. My husband got the tuna and he loved it. I went here for the first time tonight with a bud I known since high school that told me about it n even paid for us both. We both loved our meals. I ordered the Lasagna and it was very delicious, fresh in all ways, juicy and proportioned well in pasta, sauce, cheese and meat. The cheese was rich. The meat was savory. The red sauce was slightly tart n sweet. The pasta was tender n soft. This lasagna was also huge as it was very satisfying n flavorful. Our server was super attentive, friendly, kind and efficient. On a tip from my best fishing buddy Jack, we drove out of the way to Antonio's Italian Grill on 1105 Center Street, met the fast friendly waitstaff led by Sefik and Kathryn. The parking lot was full, the ambiance was great, the prices were unbelievable, and the food in large portions was fast and as delicious as any Italian food I've ever eaten. You could taste experience, competence and old world charm in every bite. The $17 lobster ravioli was great, but the $14 Chicken Rossini might have been even better. I have friends from Italy and they were so shocked how amazing it was. The team was professional from beginning to end. Okay let's get this out of the way...kind of like their location compared to the "city" of Houston. This is in Deer Park, TX and I was staying in a local hotel. I/we went there on Mon for lunch and was blown away at the quality and price of my lunch. What a pleasant surprise, I was so impressed that I returned on Tues. night for dinner. The staff was always attentive to our drink refills and asking if everything was okay. Not a "bothersome" asking just a genuine concern for our (on Mon lunch) and me on Tues for dinner (Thank you Sammy!). I had chicken Tuscany both times, HOWEVER, I added shrimp (both times) and for my dinner meal I asked (and paid for it as per my wishes) extra veggies and with spaghetti not the bow tie noodles as in their recipe. My plan was to eat half of my meal and take the other half back to my room for later. Well it was soooo good, that never happened, I scarfed it all down. Sorry for no pictures, I have a rule of not taking my phone with me when I go in to eat. Sometimes you just have to enjoy the memory without distractions. Now, let me tell you I travel way more than the average biz traveler (over 14 years in a hotel since 1988.) So it is really nice when a restaurant lets me change the meal I want. Many establishments are too busy and or just have policies that what is on the menu is what you get except for minor changes. I was thrilled the dinner meal was exactly like I would cook at home. I highly recommend Antonio's and will go there again no matter where I stay here in Houston, Tx area. My husband had the Spinach ravioli sautéed with spinach, tomato, asparagus, and mushrooms in a lite olive oil pesto sauce. I had the lunch salad with grilled chicken and shrimp and I chose the blue cheese dressing which was delightful with big chunks of blue cheese. Wow, it was amazing! We are here from Reno, Nevada making sure my mom is comfortable in her new apartment at an assisted living facility in Deer Park and Antonio's was like a warm hug.
