What I have found extremely useful is their app and maybe not in a way that you might be using it. When I travel, read, or otherwise am in the mood for something, I will add it to my favorites list in the app. I have noticed I can do that at least for some things that aren't even available at Total Wine & More. Then, when I do go here I can reference the list to get the one or two things I want to try or restock and I know exactly which Aisle and Bay they are at. I sometimes even scan the "Not Available" in the list at other stores to see if I can grab that unique find - like the Samuel Adams Utopias 2025 that seemed to be a ghost for all of Florida. Anyway... pricing seems fair, but at least for me, the "ease of use" makes Total Wine & More a five star experience.

I had previously attended a holiday gifting event around the holidays last year and we enjoyed that as well. Tickets were $20 and included was tastings from I think 14 stations and a $10 store credit. At the end of the event there was a fire dancer on The Good Patio. Speaking of The Good Patio, it's such a nice area with a great vibe! There are chairs and a stage for live music and performances or just a chill spot to hang out for a drink. They welcome you to purchase something inside and enjoy it out there. I definitely want to come back when the weather cools down! If you are unaware, The Good Pour gives a portion of every sale to a charity of your choice! I love that they do this, and I love that they care about giving back. Things like this make me want to support businesses that are active in their communities.

They had a lack of "Specialty" items in their locked cases (which are hidden throughout the store). The one locked case had things I usually find on the shelves at other ABC stores, so there's nothing special about them. The store also seemed small and disorganized as I was weaving in and out of things walking around. I probably won't return to this store. I would have thought for Altamonte, it would have a better offering!

I waited over 10 minutes, watching at least five other people tug on the door and walk away irritated. Finally, the employee came back--and it turns out they had left to shop at Publix. I get that everyone needs a break, but leaving the store unattended during peak hours, without sticking to the posted time, is unprofessional. When they did return, service was fine, but the whole situation left a bad impression.

We noticed a couple of places around the store where samples were being handed out. I've been searching for Ron Del Barrilito and they have it. They also carry the Dominican brand of Chinola (passion fruit) drink & can't wait to try it. They carry wines, roses, champagne, sparkling wine, liqueur, rum, whiskey, bourbon, tequila, vodka, beers, THC infused drinks, mocktails & ready made cocktails. They have it all. The employees are helpful. They don't point when you ask where something is, they walk you over. Overall nice experience & we will return.
