Camila, you were so wonderful! Little did you know -- I was promoted at my job and we wanted to try something new; this caught our eye. The establishment was clean, welcoming and warm. We can't wait to come back. My favorite beer was the witbier (so sorry, can't pronounce it in Spanish) -- it definitely tasted similar to the brews I've had in Berlin years ago. The churrasco skirt steak was cooked to my liking (medium rare) and the roasted potatoes were super generous. The steak was worth the price for the size it was. It fed myself and my fiance!

The ambiance was really fun! It was so good to see a new place so full. Our group had a great time together. The best part was the whole restaurant invested in the car chase, good memories. The food was also pretty good. The menu is pretty limited but taste isn't bad but prices are a little steep. Overall, I'm excited to see this place grow and improve as they continue to get settled in

    Potatoes with Vegetables and Pesto

Bruder is in soft opening so they do have kinks to work out. We went to lunch and ordered some items to share: Kale & Quinoa Croquettes, Potatoes with Vegetables and Pesto, and a pizza with sweet Plantains, Bacon and Parmesan. The "croquettes" (more like a kale &quinoa patty) are served with a bleu cheese cream which we swapped out for a cilantro aioli. The croquettes were very earthy tasting, but honestly did not have much flavor other than that, and they rely too heavily on the dipping sauce. Also I cannot imagine the bleu cheese being a good combo here, but maybe! The vegetables were also very bland. We did have to request salt for the table, and all of our food needed to be salted. Unfortunately we did not finish the potatoes, they just were not good enough. If there was pesto in them I unfortunately could not taste it. The pizza was good (needed salt!) and once we requested hot sauce (they brought a small serving a Cholula, I would have preferred a bottle of tobasco) it was better. There were about 3 shavings of Parmesan on there, very disappointing. Our server was clearly overwhelmed, it took us a while to be able to order our pizza after the the apps. They also didn't appear to have napkins? When we asked for some napkins we were given cocktail napkins from the bar. If you're serving pizza that you eat with your hands you need to provide napkins. We also had to ask for plates when the apps were brought out, and had to ask again for clean plates when the pizza arrived. We also ordered a bottle of beer that we wanted to share just to be able to get a taste. When we ordered it we asked for two glasses, but it was brought out with a single glass, which was quickly remedied but it should have been brought out correctly. The interior is beautiful and has really been upgraded from what this space was before. However, all the televisions had old football games on, and this space looks too elevated for this. We literally don't need to watch TV while we socialize and eat, much less recorded games from last year. It really took away from the ambiance. I hope they can get these issues ironed out, as it's a great option otherwise in this space since Oviedo Brewing closed.

Bruder is a great addition to the area! The service was friendly and attentive, the atmosphere is aesthetically pleasing, and it's a fantastic place to watch a game. You can tell they've put a lot of thought into creating a welcoming space, and I really hope they succeed because they seem to have a good thing going. We ordered the tropical burger, fries, and onion rings, and everything was delicious. The onion rings were perfectly crispy, the burger was flavorful, and the fries tasted fresh. They also have a great selection for kids. Our kids enjoyed the chicken tenders and pizza. The beer selection was another highlight. The passion fruit beer and the mango & granadilla beer were both refreshing, flavorful, and perfect for a warm day. Overall, a great spot and I'll definitely be back!

Bruder has a mix of Latin-influenced foods == empanadas, Chimichurri along with brewery favorites like pizza and burgers. The food is a mix of hearty and healthy -- a vegan burger and Kale & Quinoa croquettes along with a hearty salad are on the menu. The salad was nice and the hummus had lots mixed into it. Food was just ok - nothing special. As of right now, the place is not a brewery -- beer is served in bottles. Our server said the draft lines will be open after the July 17 grand opening. I had an imperial stout, and IPA and a Barley Wine. All were somewhat understated but good -- hopefully fresh brewed beer served on drat improves that. When we walked in, the FIFA match was playing really loud. We asked the server if she good do something about that and they turned it down. The atmosphere is definitely brewery/gastropub.

Great customer service, clean and aesthetically pleasing. I had the burger with plantains and it was seasoned perfectly and cooked to the perfect temperature. The beer comes out super cold and they have a variety on top. It was a steady crowd, not too busy, and the staff was very attentive.

First visit checking out the new Bruder. Loved the new decor. Awesome ambiance. Lots of big TVs, cool bar, waiting area. All around awesome atmosphere. Food was all amazing! Pizza was really good! All drinks were amazing! The empanadas were excellent. Loved the wings! So much flavor and crispness! Our waitress Nelly did great and was very nice!

Came here to watch a couple World Cup games. The food was incredible, the meat was perfectly cooked and seasoned wonderfully. Service was so great. Everyone was very attentive and friendly.

This place is really confusing! It is a Columbian owned German Brewery that does not brew any beer and does not have a liquor license . . . Needless to say this is a first and last for me. Food is absolutely atrocious, we ordered onion rings and what they call Croquettes. They were flavorless and not appealing to the eye as my photos will demonstrate. My wife made an excellent observation, stating this place did not smell like food and that should have been a huge red flag but we tried it anyways. Service is odd too, when we walked in they said "How can we help you" I jokingly said you can serve me food and drinks??? They serve drinks in plastic cups and I had to pour my own bottled beer into said cup. Ambience makes no sense it is not a brewery, not a bar, nor restaurant. It is as if the owner let his girlfriend decorate the place, it is goudy and not inviting at all! I patiently waited months to experience a Germany Brewery in Oviedo. Or so I thought it was a German Brewery based on the name.... and instead got a chance to write this review. I do not expect this place lasting long, and I am ok with that! It will make room for something better like a Columbian or German Brewery maybe? One can only hope.

Food is good..not super but I would give it 4 out of 5.. pea hummus yummy...but had to order more pita. Empanada very crispy beef was better than chicken. Hamburger had a soggy bottom bun. Salad was very good mixed green

The decor was an upgrade however during this soft opening, I wasn't very impressed by the food, which was a bit pricey. The apps were not very sharable for myself and 4 friends. We had the pea hummus, which didn't come with enough pitas, and the empanadas. We also tried the drunken sausage, chicken wings, and pork belly ceviche. I wouldn't order any of them again. No happy hour specials so I had beer and the chocolate stout was tasty. My friend had a margarita which was $12 for a rocks glass size. They also have mocktails and was surprised to find that were also $12. Hoping to hear they improve but currently it's a no for me.

We were at the mall for an event and decided to give the new Bruder restaurant and brewery a try. I had the chocolate stout and my companion the award-winning passion fruit beer. Both were tasty and would order again. Our server, Gio, was friendly, attentive, and helpful in making beer suggestions based on our preferences. We also had the onion rings - fresh and crispy with a very thin mustard sauce, and the peppercorn burger which came with fries. The fries were thick cut, real, fresh potatoes. The flavor of the burger was solid but we would likely try a different burger next time. The ambience is wonderfully warm and sophisticated and they really gave this space the glow up it needed. We will be back for sure.

Delicious margaritas! The even make them non-alcoholic.

I bought a Delirium Noel case of four beers under recommendation of the owner for over 20 dollars. He made sure to emphasize that the yeast was alive in the beer (which is true with such Belgium beers). The fact that he was so adamant about the yeast made me suspicious. The taste was like vinegar, but knowing sometimes that strong Belgium beers can have different tastes I tried to enjoy it. I drank one and went to sleep. A few days later I got two out to celebrate a good job interview. My mom also noticed the strange taste and commented on it. She took a look at the box and noticed mold at the bottom of the box (I'll attach a photo). This is a massive sign of poor handling, storage, or simply old beer. My mother and I returned to the store with the last remaining unopened bottle with the box and showed the owner asking for an exchange. He again brought up the living yeast in the beer, even when looking straight at the mold on the bottom of the case. When I insisted on an exchange, he offered a fourth of the price of the pack, suggesting we simply consumed them and we should have brought the two open beers with us on the car ride. When I told him how ridiculous that would have been, still simply asking for an exchange he told me to go fuck myself and threatened to call the police on us. I strongly recommend against giving patronage to this store when the owner cares so little about the products he's a salesman of, and treating good customers with such disrespect to add insult to injury (I had within the last month spent over 110 dollars on scotch there). Look at the photos for yourself and decide if you'd like like to support such a 'business.'
