He was knowledgeable, professional, and provided some of the best service I've ever had with HVAC services in the 10 years I've been a homeowner. This is a new home for us, and he went out of his way to explain how our super pak worked. He walked me through the entire maintenance process and answered questions on the spot. I was a very long time customer for Any temp heating until recently when they started ripping me off. They usually charge $98 assessment fee but this time when come to repair my heating system, they saw that I was renovating my basement and instantly increased the assessment fee to $169 and told me they would credit it towards the repair which would have been a rip off if I went with it. And top of it I had the appointment scheduled on Friday between 2 to 4pm, the guys shows up after 4pm and says he doesn't have the parts to repair and cannot bring it as it is late in the day and if I would like to go a head with the repair next day it would be additional charge because it's Saturday. It's good that I had a backup heating system or else that would been an issue. I said I was ok with the repair to be done on Monday. And the technician said he will send the quote to repair the system which he didn't do until I called him on Monday and it was around 2000$. I expected it would be high as soon as I saw him talking about the renovation I was doing and saying it looks really good and probably I was spending lot of money doing it but never expected it as high as if I add few more $ I would probably get a new system. That's when I started cross shopping and came across JML heating after I told them what happened they waived the accessment fee and said they wanted to build a relationship and sent a technician right away. They assessed (which took them time, because the technician Angel from any temp heating messed it up when he made an assessment) understood what needs to be done and quoted me 1/4th of the amount that any temp has quoted. They cleaned the whole system and replaced 2 fuses and the system was back up and running. It has been 2 weeks and it's working flaw less. They also gave me a quote of 100$ to clean my backup heating system where any temp was charging $395 to do it, which I said I will get it done when renovation is completed. So please be aware of crooks and thieves like Any temp heating. They even ripp off their loyal customers. Now I lost 169$ for no reason. read more

Because my house was getting cold, I went to the basement and discovered that my boiler had stopped working. The outside temperature was in the 20's. At 5:10 p.m. on Wednesday, immediately after I learned the boiler wasn't working I called AnyTemp Heating & Cooling in Bensenville, IL. Within an hour Antonio arrived at my house and within 1/2 hour Antonio had fixed the boiler. The cost was very reasonable. I'd give Antonio and AnyTemp six stars if I could. read more

Another great review and update for Any Temp! Our ancient AC system was on its last legs and after a few consults, we decided to replace the system. The team from Any Temp walked us through a number of options and at the end of the day ended up upgrading our systems to a heat pump (which has worked amazingly well in the recent heat wave!). During the install, Adrian, Antonio and Saul were extremely efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. When there were issues with a part fitting with our system, they were able to source a replacement and find a solution the same day and did so without adding onto our costs at all, which was a huge value-added for us. They kept us informed throughout the day and worked well over the expected time frame to make sure the job was done right. Since it's a new system for us, they also took the time to ensure we understood the components and how to make it work effectively in our 100+ year old home. I am really disappointed & confused with this company. On the website they say they work on mini splits & even install them. Well once I called for the service they called to see what the manufacturer of mini splits I had. Then was informed they don't work on that brand. They agreed to send a technician anyways which was very considerate of them. Once the technician came he checked them out. I did appreciate that he was willing to do that even though he wasn't familiar with mini spit. After his assessment, he determined there might be a leak on one unit but not sure about the other unit. He didn't want to add Freon if there's a leak & be back in a month or two do it again. He also informed there was a sealant he could've have put in, but he wasn't sure how to put it in & if not put in properly could damage the fan of the unit. I told the technician that on the website it states you work & install mini splits. He said he doesn't look or know what the website says & apologized. Regardless my air conditioner is still not working & had to call another company to fix it. read more

With covid and the pandemic over the past 2 years, we were looking for a new HVAC company for my parents to replace our regular one that had gone out of business. We lucked out and found Any Temp Heating & Cooling. The owner, Ron, was very responsive and very accommodating in scheduling our preventative furnace tune up and maintenance in preparation for another Chicago winter. Angel G. was dispatched and couldn't have been nicer nor more knowledgeable. He competently did the requested job at a fair and competitive price and gave us some good recommendations to consider without upselling to us. He explained how the furnace operated and all the steps he was doing and why. He also showed me how to change the humidifier pad when it was time. timeliness,knowlegdability,quality of work are all outstanding .As to value unk at this time. The sales/installers (angel ,antonio and helper) were courteous and profession. The lack of paperwork ( explaining the detail ) was concerning but all went well . I had Furnace and A/C replaced but wasn't thrill about when advised that function check of A/C could not be done until warmer weather to later(might have waited)but antonio assured me that it would be checked in warmer conditions. So overall I am satisfied and will be looking toward the followup to be cont.......Well today is feb 19 and Any Temp followed up on their promise(daily temp increased )and completed my a/c system a few days ago. The heat stopped working in my rental unit this past weekend so needed someone to get in there on a Saturday (after business hours) and do so remotely, i.e. working with the tenants and keeping me abreast of the situation. I reached out for multiple requests on Yelp and some said "Monday" and others didn't respond. Any Temp responded in under 5 minutes and had someone there within an hour. Angel, the tech, was super responsive, empathetic and helpful and got the work done quickly. While others were debating whether they wanted the work, Any Temp jumped in and saved the day. I own a 100-year old house and do most repairs/restorations. When my A/C stopped working this summer, I did the triage and soon realized I was out of my field. Any Temp responded immediately. My tech Angel was fantastic. Not only did he diagnose the problem in record time, but showed me what went bad and patiently answered all questions. When my furnace stopped blowing warm air when them temp was 6 F in the western suburbs, same wonderful experience. A great feature is that you can track and receive notifications regarding your tech's precise time with a text link. Antonio was very professional and was able to diagnosis the problem quickly. The replacement part was in Chicago, so the tech who repaired my A/C brought the part over from Chicago later that day. The owner Derrick even came by to make sure I was up and running. It's so refreshing to work with people who enjoy their job and care about their clients. Everyone I've come in contact with here has been great. They are upfront and pricing is reasonable. Last summer our AC unit was not blowing cool air. Called out for a service from a different company who informed me I had to replace the entire HVAC system costing $10-12k. As it was the end of summer I waited until this year for a second opinion. Any Temp have solved my problem for less than $600 having found the specific issue! Just had Any Temp out this past Monday to tuneup out A/C for the summer. Any-Temp is a real pleasure to work with. I called last Wednesday or Thursday to book an appointment and had no problem getting them to come out in less than a week and this is shaping up to be a brutally hot season so I am sure they are swamped. On the day of the appointment o got a text when the tech was on his way and they even have a gps tracker system so you can see exactly where and at what exact time the rep will be at your home. What a nice touch to their service. Once the tech arrived he immediately put booties on his shoes without even having to ask him. Had Any Temp come out as a 2nd opinion when another HVAC company told me it would be $2000 to replace the main part of the AC unit. Angel came out from Any Temp and couldn't have been nicer. He took a very different approach and the cost to fix it was only $220. That's not much more than the other company charged just to visit and not fix anything! We were in the middle of 2024's cold plunge and our pipes froze up. We didn't know how to solve the problem until we got in touch with Any Temp. They were easy to coordinate with over email, they followed up with a call and then Angel came through to help us out. I had a great experience with AnyTemp. I called late last week and was able to schedule a furnace check and clean for the next Monday. I got a text the morning of showing my tech on the map and he arrived squarely within the one hour window. The tech Angel was so friendly and explained what he did to clean and even swapped out my HVAC filter which is great because I hate going in the crawlspace. Fantastic service! Our boiler wasn't sending any heat to the radiators in one zone of our house. Angel arrived on time and was very conscientious about locating the source of the problem. My heat went out in late October just as the temperature was dropping. I was referred to Any Temp and arranged an appointment on Nov. 2. Angel G. confirmed an appointment time via text. I was given a survey of the system with options, eventually choosing to repair the furnace. The quote was reasonable. During the course of repair, another component had to be replaced and the part was available in Angel's truck. He showed me various readings and indicated why the additional component was needed.
