The first visit the technician tried a bunch of things, we settled on one fix and he left me a 30 day labor warranty. Since then, he's been out here twice...once by himself, once with two others. During that visit they spent 30 minutes on the phone with GE trying to get to the root of the problem, and all covered under this labor warranty. Definition of above and beyond.
