I used Rainbow Restoration for a carpet cleaning for my mother's new home…read more I picked them based on the reviews and felt that they would do the job. 10/10 recommend. Initially I was quoted a specific amount for the task, and after completion there was a shift in the price. Before I could even male contact to question the difference, they contacted me for the reimbursement because it was an accident. They were friendly, professional, and apologetic for the mishap. It was a pleasure doing business with them and would recommend them to anyone for a. Solid and effect cleaning.

Make sure you hire a professional tile cleaner as R.R. continued to clean my floors without first testing a tile (or just one room) let alone the whole house leaving it with a film, their footprints, and an inadequate unfinished job. The upside is they did NOT charge me, but left the entire tiled home with a mess as described. The worker having known the streaks it left still continued with the whole home even after I brought the streaks to his attention in the entrance to my wash room. After he was "done" with the entire home floors it was discussed that I had a "wax" coating that left streak marks from their machine. And I would need a chemical peel/removal of wax buildup? This business I consider as "professionals"? Not after the mess that was left. They also discussed that the condition of my tile (due to age) needed a whole home regrouting. I asked for an estimate and I have yet to hear back after 2 weeks? I am NOT unreasonable but hard to believe that RAINBOW RESTORATION has LEFT me with a mess!

In February, 2026 when I arrived there I found it was flooded and caused major damages. I called Travelers who is my home insurance carrier to report what happened and was told they hired Servpro which is a Fire and Damage company in Buckeye to asses the damages and do the demolition. I got the report of the plan from Servpro of what they intended to do and was irritated when they demolished more than they needed because I could see that there were some areas which they could have left as is. I believe it is because by doing that, they had more work to do and therefore more income for the company. I used to own a construction business in WA and I also am certified carpenter so I know a lot about home renovations. Since Servpro did the demolition so I opted to let them do the renovation, which on a hindsight I should not have. Their Construction Manager at first did not give me the details or itemize the work on how much the charge was of each phase of the job but instead she just sent me an email of the total charge of renovation until I asked her and went to her office personally to get the copy so I could see the details of what she charged my insurance. I was surprised to see how they jacked up the prices for the materials. It's absurd! I went to Lowes and see those materials they charged my insurance and how much they actually cost at Lowes. I also found out later on that they took some of the unused materials with them back instead of leaving them at my house since my insurance already paid for them; presumably to use for other house renovations. Looking at the carpentry work on the itemized list she finally provided, I told her I would do some of the work myself and so they could pay the portion of the job I did with the insurance money that they already received; but there was a particular job that I did which she refused to acknowledge and stated that her workers did that. She was adamant about that even though I provided the proof on the email to her that I myself was the one who performed that particular job, not her workers. After going back and forth, she finally acknowledged that I was right. That's the reason why I did not send the remaining balance right away when they asked. Servpro took their sweet time to finish the work at my house. They were not there everyday but demanded to get the remaining balance from my insurance ASAP and even threatened to impose late payment fee if I did not comply. One other thing, she charged my insurance company the cost of the price for OBS plywood that I found out was never installed since my floor did not need that plywood. I did give my approval after the job was done just to close the deal even though in my opinion which I also stated to them that they did a subpar job. Looking back, I wish I could hire another company to renovate my house to spare the headaches.

Upon having our master shower remediated for mold through our home insurance policy, we were on the hunt for a company that could reconstruct the shower. I submitted a request through Yelp, and Global Prevention Services responded and got me scheduled for a consultation immediately. Shortly after this consultation, the Global Prevention Services Project Coordinator, Kimberly, put together several service estimates for me, as we weren't yet sure the direction we wanted to go with the shower tile. Kimberly was patient with us as we picked out materials and went back and forth on what we wanted to do! Due to our mold experience, we ultimately decided we wanted to limit the amount of grout in the shower, in hopes of minimizing the chances of it failing. With that, we started the reconstruction! Throughout the whole process, Kimberly and Rudy, the project manager, were incredibly thorough, communicative, and overall, just really helpful. We could not be more grateful for the time and effort both Kimberly and Rudy spent trying to make our shower dreams come true. I would also love to give a shout out to all of the guys who helped load and unload HUGE porcelain slabs -- that is no easy feat! I think it is also important to thank both the CEO, Michael and the President, Jeanette for checking in throughout the project to ensure our satisfaction. I have never been treated with so much care as a customer. The whole team deserves recognition for the role they played in getting this job to the finish line. The only thing left to do is install the shower door. We can't wait to use and love this shower for years to come!

Don't hesitate to reach out to them! You'll never need to look for another remodeling business again... My go to for any future rental properties in AZ! Such a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with them again!

Why? Because we didn't call for a week after it was installed. Wow. That's so long after the install. Because normal people bend over in their dishwasher and notice discrepancies right away all the time. I'm 6'1. I'm not going to see the top screw and how your boys cracked our cabinets right away unless I get on the floor. Nasur had the nerve to say to me, "Look at it from my shoes." No I will not. Look at it from MY shoes pal! Your boys f'ed up our cabinets and you are so disrespectful that you imply that WE did it. Screw your perspective! When you've done nothing wrong, you have nothing to hide. You, Mr. Curi, do have something to hide. The dishwasher was installed crooked and his people cracked the frame of our counter. He told my wife "I drove all the way out here from central Phoenix." Nobody cares how far you drove. We are the customer. You run the business. That's what you're supposed to do. He told my wife his guys took pictures of the screws being back in. We demanded to see them. And did we get to see them? No. What's the matter Nasur? Never tried to BS a woman with a brain? I took the picture attached. This is the top left side of the dishwasher. Then he admitted the screw on the right side was loose but according to him, loose screws don't fall out and apparently dogs don't eat screws also according to him. Your boys showed up on a Friday and struggled to get it out and never assessed the damage under our wood floors. They told my wife they'd come back on Monday and put the dishwasher back on crooked. Did they show back up on Monday? Nope! Gee, I wonder why. Could it be because you damaged our cabinets putting the dishwasher back in and didn't want to deal with it? I have $100 that says the pics Nasur took while he stood in our kitchen and insulted us in our own home will have the time stamp changed to cover his ass. This guy is a crook. I don't care how many years of experience you have. If you accuse a customer of basically fraud, you need to work on your people skills. I'm definitely telling every person I know about this garbage service we received. Go back to whatever hole you crawled out of in Central Phoenix and accuse someone else in their own home. Absolutely disgusting. Also reporting to the BBB.
