Missi is incredibly professional and willing to train you to overcome and do anything physically you ask her to help you do! She's trained me for spartan sprint which I finished in 2 hrs. She's helped me increase my strength for dragging out game in the field during hunting season, not to mention increase my poundage, quite rapidly on my bow! I've had her personal train me with small injuries, and tried her menu planning, she even made one for the game I bring home! She's even given me massages and since she knows me personally in the gym, she can customize my massage to suit what I need! Not to mention home workouts to continue with all of this on my own! I love it here!

As a registered nurse, she understands the significance of proper workout techniques. Having not worked out in years, I was unsure if this would be the right place for me. But soon enough, I started feeling the difference in my strength, balance, and flexibility. We have been going to MDRNfitness for over a year now and we love it. I cannot praise Amber and all of the instructors enough. They acknowledge and celebrate every milestone we achieve and there's so much encouragement from everyone, from the teachers to the other people who work out there. It feels like a family and everyone is welcomed and encouraged. The workouts are only 45 minutes long, and they seem to fly by. The instructors are knowledgeable and fun, and I always feel like I'm working out with family and friends. Everyone is so friendly and makes it fun to work out. starting as early as 5:15 am and going as late as 5:30 pm, which makes it easy to fit into my schedule. I don't usually write reviews, but I've been recommending MDRNfitness to friends, and since I often check reviews, I decided that I would write one. If you get a chance, try it out - the first class is free!

Feels so good to be back in the studio again! Lagree is one of the hardest strength training work outs you can do while at the same time it's very forgiving on the joints. You'll raise your heart rate, sweat, and shake while moving as slowly as possible under constant tension. You'll see visible changes in your body from doing this work out. Don't be intimidated by the amazing brand new megaformers in the studio. Amber the owner and lead instructor was great at helping new clients become familiar with the equipment and how to use it. She also helped critique my form while doing the exercises. There is always a way to modify to make things less or more challenging depending on what you are looking for. Thank you Amber!!!!!!!

Donnie is an awesome personal trainer! If you are looking for someone in Spokane to help you make a…read morehealthy lifestyle change, have fun working out, build muscle, and/or lose weight - he's your guy! Since starting with Donnie, I've been redefining my relationship with health and fitness & he has played a huge role in that. I've always played sports at a high-level since elementary, and became entirely burned out after playing varsity basketball all four years of high school & travel ball. After graduating, I hated playing and refused to go to the gym since I no longer "required" to go. Since 2011, I've had my short spurts of working out, but nothing stuck because I still despised working out. It wasn't fun. About 3 months ago, I was the heaviest I've ever been at 165 pounds (was consistently 130 pounds prior). That's when I contacted Donnie with my goal of dropping to 145 & overall just wanting to feel better. Fast forward to now: my association with fitness has become immensely more positive (joined a gym to play basketball, am learning to breakdance, look forward to group fitness classes, and am generally more active on a day-to-day basis), my strength has increased & gained muscle, I have a better idea of nutrition goals, and have lost about 5 pounds. I'm looking forward to seeing my results by the end of 2021 & am motivated to make these changes a new lifestyle, while continuing to have fun learning new fitness styles and physical activities!

We all have different goals, yet he's super patient, positive, and effective with each of us. (For example, I didn't want to take comparison photos or do regular weigh ins because of my own psych needs, and he's been totally supportive of that.) All the trainees are also super supportive of each other. It's only gotten better since his rebrand as Torq and relocation to 1420 E Sprague. Donnie and this community are one of my favorite parts of my new life here. What to expect: small group training of 2-6 people, a cool app that helps you track your nutrition and fitness goals, and a trainer who's always on your side. And maybe if you're lucky some boxing circuits!

For three weeks it was great!! Then, there was never any talk about nutrition. No new exercises, very little interaction. They claim to send you personalized workouts on scheduled workout days but I had to constantly ask for them to be sent, or told to repeat the ones from previous weeks. I had very very high hopes and they talk a good game but I cannot in good conscience recommend something that costs as mush as they do and deliver so little. The people at OPEX make you feel like you are part of a family and not alone in your struggle to succeed. You start developing friendships with other members, who cheer you on and encourage each other, which also helps motivate you.   During the time that I have been going to OPEX I have discovered that I am mentally and physically stronger than I thought I was.  I have found more motivation than I thought I had and I'm developing more strength than I ever had. When you're feeling down or you feel like you don't have any more to give, Paul, is there to say "Push through failure; you can do it."   Paul who has 20 years experience is always willing to give positive information and feedback. He has encouraged me to challenge myself, but also make sure I don't push for too much too soon.  After having worked out at OPEX for just a short period of time, I find myself sleeping better, my anxiety level has lowered and, best of all, I'm much happier. If your looking to succeed in your quest for fitness, Paul, Brandon and Cody will guide you to success. Thanks guys!
