Been very please for this small town location. Everything is cleaned regularly and have a decent variety of machines. I sometimes wish it was a little bigger with more machines to share, but it's a smaller location. read more

As a graybeard, I'm a member of "Silver Sneakers" so my membership here is free. If you're in Silver Sneakers, you owe it to yourself to use this excellent facility. Over the years I've lost count of the gyms I've used. And this one is very good. The people are friendly, the place is clean and well lit, the equipment is new and well maintained. Better yet, I can go in anytime. On the better side of the news, I'm losing weight. My goal is 2 lbs a week and between diet and exercise, I'm hitting my marks. I'm also firming up and getting toned. Lots of aches and pains in my graybeard body are easing up. Yeah, life is getting better! Highly recommended to anyone, especially fellow members of the silver haired set. read more

I love coming here! It's affordable and I've never had to wait for a treadmill or the studio. The studio as a jukebox almost and a huge screen so you can queue up a class and take it privately. It's no big deal if I start a class and someone wants to jump in, but I've never had that happen and I like the privacy! read more

I love that its 24 hours, that's a huge plus however, the facility cardio machines is limited and between the hours of 4pm-7pm get in line to use one, there are not enough and the weights are used, spoken for or have a ticket to use (sarcasm). The price is a little steep at averaging $50 a month including the $17 random upkeep fee every 6 months. This is without tanning which will include another $10 per month. Many gyms are at half this cost however, it's a convenient location for living in the "country". In comparison while I was at college their included gym fee was $70 and the size was bigger. The gyms in Denton are about $10-$40 but it's really conveniences that matters and what you're paying for. read more
