But their technique is too bad, I truly suggest that the staff should not take a special design nails job if they are not capable, and should just refuse to do the complicated ones. First of all I came here as a walk in and because I needed to fix my nails from previous nail salon that I went to, they were HORRIFIC! The manager was so nice to squeeze me in and Linc was my nail tech and was so respectful and took his time to do my nails, to be honest I have never had my nails so nicely done like he did, we was talkative and asking me questions which I liked, he kept a conversation because I don't shut up haha I get bored easily and he knew how to handle me well in that sense too. Everyone is so sweet and friendly and the atmosphere was relaxing. I loved that they do offer like a warranty for a week if something happens which it did (I'm a dental assistant and always using my nails so it was my fault). Came in on Mothers Day pretty late (about an hour and a half before they closed) and they graciously took me in with no complaints. I have had my pedicure now for 2 months and it's still holding on strong. I've actually gotten compliments at the beach with them. They're grown out but with French tip, you really can't tell. The man working there was extremely rude. I had booked an appointment for two people for Gel Polish. Over the phone, I was told the service would include cleaning, cutting, shaping, and applying the gel polish. One of my daughters was helped by a female staff member who did a decent job--she shaped the nails properly and applied the polish well. The entire process took about 25 minutes. However, for my other daughter, the only male staff member in the salon handled the service. She has short nails, and he neither shaped them nor applied the polish properly. Several nails were smudged, and the cleaning was poorly done. He rushed through it in barely 10 minutes but still charged $30, just like the other. When I pointed out the issues and expressed my dissatisfaction, he didn't apologize or show any concern. I paid with a credit card, which incurred an additional 3% fee, as their listed prices are cash-only. On top of that, he insisted on receiving a tip in cash. When I declined to tip due to the poor service, he rudely said, "Thank you, see you no more." The attitude and behavior were appalling. The previous management was much better. Unfortunately, the current staff lacks professionalism, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will not be returning. read more

This salon was great. Location was in a busy lot, but finding parking was easy. This lot is a bit dangerous though because it includes five below, home goods, AND Trader Joe's! I was immediately greeted when I walked in. There are so many colors to choose, and this salon has a wide variety of jelly polishes and offers cat-eye looks!! Wendy did my nails so well, I am so happy with them! I requested a full set of French Gel-X nails (pointy almond) with a little design sticker. I expressed that in the past I've received French and left the salon with my nails having this white opaque look which I didn't like. I wanted a base pink that wasn't sheer. They knew exactly what to do. What really helped this salon stick out for me was the included cuticle work. Wendy took her time to make sure the gel-X tips fit the bed of my nails. Once the nails were placed, she took an extra step and blotted a base beige color to my nails. My guess was this helped the base pink appear more solid since the gel-x nails were clear. This was cherry on top for me. Really goes to show they take the extra mile. From there, Wendy took her time with applying the white polish to complete my look. After the stickers were applied, I placed my hands into the lamp one last time to cure. Wendy then gave me a shoulder massage for 5 minutes. Unexpected but really enjoyable!! She finished off with a short arm massage with lotion and did one last check on my nails, filing off any impurities. My social battery was low, so to be honest our appointment was quiet, but I really appreciated it. I wasn't pressured to add anything on which was really nice too. All in all I left the salon a happy woman and am excited to go back! read more

This place doesn't deserve ANYONE'S business. I booked an appointment here based on their reviews and now I'm convinced they must have been paid or are fake because WOW. I booked a simple pedicure a day ahead and was sat with Nina. She never asked me how I wanted my nails done and proceeded to cut them (which wasn't needed) square despite them being obviously round. I told her I prefer them round and she rounded the end of the points she squared - not the entire nail (see pics). I asked her for the file but she didn't understand me and kept going. I was super irritated at this point and was just going to fix them before she painted them and assumed she'd proceed to clean around the nail as is normal and expected in a pedicure but she didn't. She started in on the lotion/scrub which was super uncomfortable because she insisted on scratching it into my skin rather than working it around gently. I was super tense at this point and knew I was going to end up stopping the pedicure early but didn't know what to say. However, after a quick callus treatment and a horrible attempt at a massage (moving the lotion around with no pressure), I politely asked her to stop and requested the attention of the receptionist. I thanked Nina, but I explained to the receptionist that I was super frustrated that she was unable to communicate with me, that it was rushed and unenjoyable (this was all in less than 30 mins) and that they looked worse than when I arrived. I showed her my toes and she proceeded to call the owner. They offered to have me sit with someone else to which I said I would happily come back and do, but was advised that was not an option and had to pay. The fact that this owner employs people who cannot effectively communicate to their customers but still expects them to give a satisfactory experience tells me they lack any integrity or basic business ethics. And to expect customers to pay for poor, uncompleted service is nothing short of fraud. Stay away from this place. read more
