We had a nice short stay at the hotel. Our king size room was very spacious, but the space wasn't well utilized. Perhaps it would be nice for the hotel to consider adding a sofa or some sort of lounge area to make the room more functional. The Japanese bidet was a nice surprise and a great feature! Was really thirsty at night and didn't realize there was a water refill station inside the gym. Would be a good idea for the front desk to mention that at check-in or for the hotel to provide water bottles inside the room or install refill stations on each floor (next to the ice machines). Drinks were extremely overpriced at the bar...and there is a surcharge for paying with credit cards. So, either show up during Happy Hour or BYOB.

It's safe to come back... room renovations are long done, the lobby is finished, no bed bugs, and everything is running smoothly. Rooms are gigantic, the two restaurant offerings are fine if you want to stay in, and service is good enough. Elevators are still slow as molasses but all else is great. I still need an instruction manual for the remote controlled toilet, I'm afraid to touch anything on the controller. Price is right for the rooms and close to the metro park offices.

Super big and spacious room. Easy parking too. We enjoyed our overnight stay here at Room 824. Friendly staff at the reception. Fast check in and out.

This is NOT an actual Hilton Hotel. This is the APA . A piece of ABSOLUTE @ssholery . Do not waste your money no matter the deal your offered on a booking site . The staff is rude , poorly put together , front desk staff had multiple piercings , the other's hair wasn't done. ( disheveled , unbrushed pony tail ) They treat the guests the same way. When I checked in , one says " wow are you tired?" No honey . This what is aging & interacting with morons looks like I wanted to EXTEND my stay, I was told to make a SEPARATE reservation. Ok That resulted in a 2nd incidental hold on my card that would have held an ADDITIONAL 50$ for another TEN days . ( Marriott is only a 25$ hold ) When I asked to speak to management as to why I would be charged 100$ incidental since staff quoted me different policies ( per person vs per reservation confusion they had) A very RUDE gruff old cantankerous voice gets on the phone " your reservation has been canceled, leave this property " It took a moment for this to register as I had already paid about 150$ to stay & the money was taken from my account already . I replied : I'm not dressed being that I didn't plan to leave - I have no where to go for another 36 hours - nor do I have the funds to do so since I paid for now TWO nights at the APA . The unhappy unprofessional replied- get an Uber ! Did I make myself CLEAR!? No I'm sorry sir , it will never be clear to me as to how some people find the audacity to treat others in a manner they wouldn't want to be treated. This all began because I asked to PLEASE move rooms after being placed near a room with a laundry shoot outside of it & housekeeping carts in front of my door for FOUR hours . " GET OUT ". Is how this POOR hotel staff handles customer service. Not to mention staff walked in while I was completely naked , " sorry it's my job to come in even if a Do not Disturb sign is up " I hope you enjoyed the free show . The Starbucks is EMPTY with only microwave sandwiches, not to mention the staff there was too busy going over relationship problems and pregnancy concerns. I wanted to try the sushi restaurant but that most likely would have gave me acid reflux do to the disappointment. Robert Rush . Take into consideration the lost of funds just based on ONE bad review ( I hope this helps others make a better , more enjoyable choice ) It would have cost nothing at all to move my room, not charge me an unjust 100$ incidental fee . To have acted like a gentleman. Bulldoze this location . Renaissance Hotel has a far more beautiful banquet hall for your wedding ladies. Between Edison,Somerset & Bridgewater, the other corporate friendly restaurant equipped hotels that offer more than a genitalia rinsing toilet bowl and a lower / reasonable incidental fee with stupendous customer service; THERE IS NO REASON TO EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY AND ENERGY HERE !

The grand ballroom made an impressive first impression, with its tasteful lighting and well-decorated chairs and tables. However, it was noted that the absence of an elevated stage was a missed opportunity, even a modest one-foot platform could have enhanced the visual appeal of the hall. The culinary journey began with a delightful array of appetizers. The spinach fritters, accompanied by yogurt, chutney topping, and a spicy powder, stood out as a true culinary gem. The addition of this spice powder accentuated the flavors and made it a memorable dish. My personal favorite, Vada Pav, was also on the menu, and I couldn't resist enhancing its taste with a sprinkle of the spicy powder. The bar and appetizer service took place outside the hall, and here we encountered a few service hiccups. The bartender was notably absent, which led to a bit of confusion among the guests. However, a friendly waiter came to our rescue and promptly served our drinks when requested. The situation at the bar took an unexpected turn when another bartender, who seemed to be in a pleasant mood at first, began using profanity in a soft tone when asked why he wasn't present. His exact words "Get the fuck out of here" to his own co-worker - ten times in front of all the guests who are waiting in line at the Bar and in front of the guests who are getting their appetizers. This unexpected exchange, while bizarre, didn't overshadow the overall experience but left us a bit bewildered. Moving on to the main course, it was exactly as expected in a Mughal restaurant - rich and creamy, fulfilling the culinary desires of guests. The dessert spread was a highlight of the evening. The Moong Dal Halwa was a standout, leaving a lasting impression with its superb taste. The quality of the Kulfi was exceptional, rounding out the meal on a sweet note. The ambiance was elevated by a dance floor with flashing colorful lights, adding a lively touch to the event. The combination of good music, delectable food, and a pleasing atmosphere contributed to an enjoyable evening. In conclusion, the Sweet 16 party at this venue offered a blend of grandeur, delicious food, and vibrant ambiance. While the service quirks at the bar were unusual, they didn't overshadow the overall positive experience. The standout appetizers, rich main course, and delectable desserts ensured a satisfying culinary journey. The addition of the dance floor and good music added to the overall charm of the event, leaving us with fond memories of a night filled with good food and enjoyable moments.

For years, we knew we wanted DJ Vandan and MC Neil to be at our wedding. Neil MC'd my sweet 16 and since that day, I knew there was no better choice for my wedding. Throughout the entire planning process and the day of, they gave us exactly what we wanted. There was no back and forth or push back from the team about our ideas at all. We had so much trust that we pretty much handed them the keys to do whatever they wanted in terms of entertainment/lighting and we were NOT disappointed. Our guests continue to rave about the MC and DJ combo, especially about DJ Vandan's song choices, playing a mix of Bollywood, hip hop, as well as classics to make sure all of our friends and family were on the dance floor and having a good time. Neil kept the crowd LIT the ENTIRE NIGHT until the absolute last song. Even though there were issues with our venue, the team figured things out without us even knowing that there were any issues. M4U had made the ballroom look incredible, whether it was the amazing vinyl wrap, the lighting throughout our reception, or the large video wall around the DJ booth, they knocked it out of the park. DJ Ronak and MC Aakash also did an awesome job with our Garba/Sangeet, there were a few last minute surprises that were thrown at them and they handled everything calmly and professionally. The lighting at the Garba/Sangeet during the surprise performances made the whole experience so much more climactic and exciting. If you are looking for the best entertainment company in the game, look no further - M4U never disappoints.

Included in your ticket is roughly 4 hours of good vibes, dancing, socializing, and lots of great food! There was lumpia, pancit, barbecue chicken and bistec. Everything was so delicious!! There is also pizza for the children. It's a family friendly affair! :) When it was time to start some line dances, the instructors were so funny and kind. They were also very encouraging and easily explained the steps. My favorite saying of the night was "there is no missteps, just an accidental solo." And that kind of welcoming and sweet energy is what I loved so much about this studio! The owner, Tiffany Joy was an amazing host and her enthusiasm was infectious. I loved when the lights would turn down and we'd have mini dance parties in between line dances. It was such a fun time! There was also a cute photobooth experience, complete with props to capture the moment! You're able to text the photos to your phone; it was so easy to use. My only wish is that it wasn't so far from where I live - our group made the trek from Brooklyn! But honestly, it was so worth the trip and I can't wait to go back!

Earlier this week I was able to take a regular Zumba class led by Tiffany at her studio and it was incredible. Tiffany is warm and energetic, truly a burst of feel good energy. Her studio is clean and calming, with a club/concert vibe in the main Zumba room. Today, I attended by son's last day of Zumba and though the classes are very different, Tiffany shows up genuine, warm and encouraging in both! She finds ways to engage both her adult and children dancers and she does so flawlessly. It was so much fun talking to my son about our Zumba classes, it opened up conversation about Zumba that wasn't there when it was just him taking the classes. It's probably the largest hotel in the area and was hosting a film industry convention while I was there. I have stayed at this hotel a few times before and my rating improved slightly this time, especially given they gave me a courtesy upgrade owing to a shortage of King bed rooms which I reserved, but there are several issues that keep the rating nearly the same. 1. Reservations are still executed centrally via Marriott and the wait time could be a moment, but was easier to navigate through the prompts this time. Staff are friendly and efficient at the front desk when one checks in and out. 2. The hotel lacks amenities of a hotel this size. It does have a pool, but has no shop evident where one could buy a charger, toothbrush or aspirin if one forgot to bring the like. 3. The upgraded King Suite had no microwave or refrigerator. The dark and smooth tile on the bathroom floor can become dangerously slippery if the shower leaks water running across that floor and the towel laid down on the floor does not catch all the runoff. You may not see the water runoff on the dark tile and could lose your footing. Be careful. The toilet paper could benefit from better placement, making it less awkward to reach. You will hunt around for light switches on the walls and next to your bed the first time entering the dark room. The televisions and room a/c unit worked well, but the a/c heating unit was a bit noisy. 4. At well over two hundred dollars a night for a King room, there is no breakfast voucher for the cafe on the ground level to the right of the entrance. The cafe has a very basic menu and they serve your order as if it's to go in a bag, with boxes inside. If you specify that you are eating in your room, that would be fine. However, it's wasteful of paper and cardboard when a plate would suffice and be easier from which to eat. As a captive audience, it's the only thing immediately within reach. A few scrambled eggs, bacon, home fries, twin pancakes and small coffee is nineteen bucks. Not bad, but could and would be better if competitive options were immediately available. This hotel benefits from a lack of real competition in the immediate area. The price points are a bit high for what you get and that is a consequence of a lack of real competition in the area, inflation notwithstanding. The friendly and respectful staff deserve your attention. The people who work here from the front desk to housekeeping have been great each time. 3.2 stars
