I don't usually leave Yelp reviews but these guys deserve 6 stars. Margret and Rush were great! They are knowledgeable, honest, and professional. I had 13 oak trees in my backyard and received a few quotes for pruning. Margret came out and assessed every tree and suggested removal of 4 of the 13 trees due to their deteriorating condition. She gave me 2 separate quotes, one for pruning only and one for pruning and removing the 4 trees. She even arranged the arborist from the City of Glendale to come out and provide a verbal approval to remove the trees. She assisted with obtaining the necessary permits for the job. I'm very happy with their service as they went above and beyond. I'll be needing routine pruning every couple of years and will look nowhere else. Margret and Rush are a professional and knowledgeable duo. They honored a package deal a year after the quote, arrived on time (patiently waiting 15 minutes for me to turn up), and communicated well. Their team were quick and the post-trim cleanup was immaculate. The palm trees, orange trees, and bush/hedge trims were decent. Rush gave some good advice regarding irrigation. On the flip side, the package ended up being a little expensive for the results and the time spent. I didn't know they'd bring a whole team (which I guess reflects the pricing) while Rush and Margret oversaw the work or dealt with other business. I asked one of the team a question, he had to find someone to translate. The plum tree was cut back aggressively (was explained it needed to be cut where branches crossed) and I'm concerned it won't bear fruit again. We've been promised it won't take long to regrow and Rush generously offered to replace it if we have any issues. The cypress trees still look a little raggedy. Margaret set up an appointment with the arborist from the City of Glendale and was present at the appointment to help secure the permit for trimming the tree and removing the concerning terminals.
