I used to bring my Mini here. Many many years later, it was time to find a place to take my BMW. My car had passed the BMW maintenance coverage and I needed an oil change. The price the li al dealership wanted to charge me versus what I was quoted at The Eurosport was over $100 difference. Not only that, in trying to get in for my service, we realized my schedule wasn't going to fit their availability. It was such a blessing that they worked with me and got me an appointment at a time that would work. When I came in for my appointment, I was quickly greeted and signed in. There is a waiting area our friend and there are even beverages available. My service took just over an hour. I am a super pleased customer that is so happy to find the place where I will be taking my X5 from now on. They are honest and charge a fair amount for services done in a timely manner. read more

I called the EuroSpot to ask some technical questions about service I needed on my 2013 BMW X3. Some of the questions I already knew the answers and some I needed answers. After talking with Paul, it was clear to me that this business not only knows what they are doing but that they are also willing to fix a problem rather than replace replace replace. I ended up having a vacumn-pump replaced and they fixed an annoying exhaust leak noise while they were at it. They also noticed a fuel smell inside the car and asked if we had a low-pressure fuel pump changed recently to which I said YES and wished I had gotten that repair done at Eurospot. Long story short, a seal that is used was not installed correctly and was leaking underneath my back seat. Thanks Paul and staff!!! - you run the sort of honest business that reminded me of the outstanding customer service that oftentimes doesn't exist these days. Cannot say enough about Paul and his crew! I had an issue with my VW, that I felt another repair shop did not fix properly. Once he found out what the other shop did, Paul drove it, and within 1/4 mile knew EXACTLY what the problem was. He also went above & beyond to help me get my $ back from the other shop for a repair that wasn't necessary. The Eurospot will now be my exclusive repair shop! Paul and his team are exceptional with their customer service, work, and knowledge, and most importantly, honesty. I've had several jobs done and all have been a wonderful experience. All jobs are honest prices and thoroughly done. Once I had some work done and had a big smoke issue on the way home. Paul came over and accessed it and came back to repair the other issue himself! Great guy. I called Jim to arrange a prepurchase inspection for a car that wound up selling before I could actually have him check it out. He took about a half hour on the phone with me to throughly explain an engine problem these cars have that's debated endlessly in the forums but hard to find really solid information about. This has to be one of the worst repair shop I have ever taken my car to, I took my E320 Mercedes Benz in for the tie rods to be replace, and to check my convertible top, I even told Jim what the problem was with the top, my car sat a this shop for not 1 but 2 months, and they did absolutely nothing to my car, but they did manage to drive a full tank of gas out of my car and leave a lunch bag in the car. I called every week and the receptionist would say, "your next your next ". When I complained she said, heck we've had cars here longer than that. WOW! I don't believe none of these reviews on here, I only went to this shop because of the reviews. read more
