Initially when we came here it was a great experience. My husband works during their bjsiness hrs so he paid for the tires beforehand and I took our suv in. We had one issue a month or two later with a nail. I took it in they patched it no problem. Said it did not need another tire. About 6-7months later we are having some hi-speed issues. We were thinking alignment but didnt know what it could be. Now, the actual problem was the service. We have not taken the car anywhere else to be serviced. The young man asked for the wheel lock key. They never gave us one - they DID, however, have a general place where they put it because after arguing with him and him telling us we could take our business elsewhere, the manager came out amd checked went right to said key. Neither I nor my husband was told about this key. Simple things loke this should not even become a thing with customer service. Do better! read more

NEVER USE THESE GUYS GOR SERVICE!!!! They use the cheapest labor, some newbies that have absolute no idea what they are doing. They completely stripped two of my lug nuts and takes no responsibility of it. They literally took the nuts straight in with a gun and now the bolts are completely stripped and broken off. Had a flat tire and a small puncture. Took them 30 minutes and 22$ and I was back on the road in no time. Amazing service thank y'all!

Visiting from out of town and we ran over something on the road on I-85 and the tire went flat almost immediately. Luckily these guys were at the next exit. Got there and they immediately took my van back and within 30 minutes they had me back on the road! Great service!! read more

We've all received mailers from Firestone Performance Tire & Auto on L'vill Suwanee Rd. Let me tell you about a recent encounter at their store. Went in to have their "Car Care Package" which includes oil change, tire rotation, complete vehicle inspection, etc. Upon completion I paid and picked up my car. Curious at the outcome I went home and checked previous statements from them. I sent the following message to them: "Interesting. 6/29/2020 had "Care Care Package" @103527 miles. Included in invoice was quote @ $931.42 for brake service/replacement. I declined! (John Nash quote) Today 6/16/21, "Care Care Package" @106614 miles. No mention of any brake problems! (Emp: 1-50 2020). Looks like fishing for business or incompetence. I will post on neighborhood FB page without satisfactory response." Granted, I received a call back within hours...comment was that that is not the way we do business (no record of quote). This morning I went to talk to the Manager (Brandon). His first comment "did you pay for brake inspection?" When I mentioned that it was part of "Complete Vehicle Inspection" on the June 2020 service and inspection and quoted...he now backed up and stated, "if it needed brakes then, it probably does now!" I suppose he thinks the technician has access to year-old quotes and he decided it didn't need to be mentioned.....or maybe....the brake service not needed at all. Brandon did not even offer to put the car on the rack to check! I did not ask for any compensation, just acceptable explanation. When I stated I was dissatisfied and would post (as originally stated), his parting comment was "f...ing clown". I think I will consider alternative service providers in the future. read more

Have been doing business with this shop for years. We'll be going elsewhere from now on after the "service" we received. Called to let whoever was in charge know there was a problem and all we got was back pedaling and denials. Even questioning why we hadn't driven the car for more than a day after we had service done here. Was told "the customer isn't always right". After 20 minutes of arguing (which wasn't necessary) and being told I (had no facts), was offered a free oil change. I said I'd never have their shop touch my car again. I'm 58 years old, I wouldn't accuse anyone of something unless I double checked my story. I don't have time to play games. Their negative reviews are there for a reason. read more

This is an unsolicited review. This place hires top notch employees, both in the front office and in the shop. I've been there three times for different reasons and I have always found them to be courteous, professional, kind and flexible. It seems that this place has realized that the future of customer service is partnership with the customer, not dictating to the customer. Their prices are reasonable, with or without a coupon, but the way they treat me is worth another few bucks to go back without a coupon. I love the way they pull your car around front for you. That small gesture makes even just an oil change feel like a high end transaction. read more

I went to a firestone location on Howell Mill Road in Atlanta last night and they were so quick to tell me I had to leave my car over night for a nail removal. Extremely expensive and the quality of the work doesn't match the cost. Brought my car there because the AC wasn't blowing cold air, ended up costing me $1300. Additionally, the very next day it was a little cool out so I had to turn the heat up a bit and it didn't work which it did before I got the AC serviced. I called and they told me I'd have to come back and they would charge me another diagnostic fee although the heat was working fine before I took it to them. I bought a new set of tires on Friday and when I left they seemed fine but Monday on the expressway the back right tire was bouncing and bumping so badly I could keep the car straight. I examined the tires when I got to work. Each tire had a small lead weight on it but the back right tire also had a large lead weight on it. I took it back and told them about the problem. They said they didn't see how balancing the tires could cause the problem but they would look at them again. An hour later they said it was ready. I asked him when he found. He said they did not find anything wrong, but they rebalanced the tires anyway. Before I left I looked at each tire. All the weights had been moved and the large weight had been removed. When I drove the car home, there was no more bumping. It was fixed. This tells me that they did not balance the tires correctly and they did not have the integrity to admit it. The tires are fine so I have not wasted my money but I won't go back because I think people should own up to their mistakes. read more
