They also have really clean rental cars on site, that made my drop off and pick up easy. Thank you to everyone at Ultra Shine, this is the only place that I will allow to fix mine or anyone in my family's car.

So to be clear, my issue is the service when I arrived and as I was interacting with Mike and I in no way indicated your service was poor. I would like to have questions answered and be able to discuss the work done on my car as would anyone with the person reviewing it. Your message fails to address that sole issue. Again, best of luck with your philosophy and business approach, as it clearly works for others and not for me. I would just would review, if this is your approach, your Yelp history description where you explain that treating people well is a priority. That must have changed. Original response: I guess the experience depends on who you are and what you're perceived ability to finance you vehicle is by the employees. I am off for parental leave and just in survival mode as one tends to be in the first weeks and was not wearing my executive suite or clothing, so unfortunately no one would not know that I run a small organization. Apparently that determines the service because when I arrived for an estimate, I was excited because this auto shop comes HIGHLY recommended. I was going to spend several thousand dollars to fix a small fender bender and then ask about detailing services. However I will not be engaging with this organization again because I was treated with such indifference that I can't imagine patroning this organization. When I arrived, and was assigned someone to draft the estimate, I approached this staff member, I believe his name was Mike, and asked questions because I had already gotten a quote. He would not look at the other estimate I had and didn't discuss anything with me. I was told that the price will be the same as the other shops and that I should just check my email for his estimate and we can talk then. I left wondering why I came if at places like Waldron Carstar, sat down with me and went point by point and discussed options and advised me as I asked questions BEFORE and AFTER I received their estimate. They treated me like a valued customer and tried to create a work plan that worked for me as a drop in. I went to 3 other shops and got same day estimates. This individuals quote came 12 hours later. Their work is probably great, but their treatment of me as a customer was disappointing given how much work I was intending to pay for. In my opinion, auto service is expensive but the customer service and care shouldn't be optional because that is essentially the only difference from shop to shop since "it's the same price" according to their rep. Fun fact, their quote was the most expensive quote. Go figure lol Update: The response was "I am sorry the estimator did not converse with you the way you would like." Again, customer service appears optional. My response was as follows when the manager referenced their reputation as well: "I actually came because of the reputation, including the fact that I was looking for detailing estimates as well but I never got to that. Because when I approached your staff and asked questions, again I was told that the price will be the same and that I should just check my email. I left wondering why I came if at places like Waldron Carstar, sat down with me and went point by point and discussed options and advised me as I asked questions. I requested an estimate online, received a quote via email, and made an appointment with Peggy to repair my car. After they started working on my car, they requested a second review by my insurance company and an appraiser came to their shop. It is nice that they offer a shuttle service (thanks Don!), so I didn't need to take UBER or taxi to get back home or come back to pick up my car after the repairs were completed. All repairs were completed quickly and I only had to pay my $500 deductible. The back of my car now looks like new again.

The shop has such a buttoned up process for intake, arranging rentals, dealing with the insurance company, etc. It's the easiest and most comfortable experience. Everyone is kind, helpful, and easy to deal with. You get regular updates as to the status of your car throughout the entire process without having to ask. And even better is that it's women owned and run. I definitely recommend and while I hope I don't have any more need for body work, I will definitely return if I do.

Something else? He wouldn't tell me and he wouldn't show me. I began causing a scene because this was unacceptable. You can't just tell someone who just paid you $29 in cash that you have a loose front end and NOT show them exactly what needs to be fixed. He complained that he'd have to jack the car up again and blah blah blah but I made him do it. So he's cursing at me while he's taking the car back into the shop to jack it up and he finally shows me. Was that so hard? You can take the $29 and buy a little bit of cheer. Crossing him off my list

I was in a fendah bendah south of where i live, so at the reccomendation of my buddy who bought a…read morenissan at this dealership i made an appointment, Marlborough Nissan Reccomended a new bumper insert. Dropped the car off, and another happy customer was yelling at the customer service rep about them breaking their tire pressor sensors. I thought that sounded a little unrealistic. "Youre driving a 2016" said the rep, as if a 2016 couldnt be a nice car, an acura or something. Anyways, then my own saga began. I asked, the service rep to please balance my wheels, and align the car since theyre gonna be taking them off to do the bumper. They yelled at me, it doesnt need an alignment, were already done the car! i insisted, and when i picked up the car, my tires were low, below the tires reccomended psi. 30 instead of 39. I will say the wheels are balanced nicely. Also the bumper was repaired adequately. Appreciate that. however, upon picking up the car i had to go down to the tire shop immediately. Then, as i was driving the short distance, i noticed the car had been retuned, i would guess im getting only 105 hp instead of 169 at 7,000 rpm. Just the week before i had gone down to the mechanic and got an oil change, and noticed my car was getting great mpg, 36 mpg this week, and everything was tuner. not so when i picked up the ride from marlborough nissan. The mechanic left his pit momentarily "You're weak!" he yelled in my direction, a bald white guy in a blue collared shirt. i was using my blind guy cane at the time because my vision is diminished from the kia crossing the center line at 100 mph nearly killing me 2 years back. So it took me a few days looking over the car to notice all the damage these disrespectful, uncaring people did to my car. I use the car to transport my loved ones, and other things. anywaYS, THE CAR did have a slight rip in the drivers seat when i dropped the car off. when i picked the car up 2 days later, it appeared someone used a tool to gauge or cut the seat close to the original rip. My car had no lights on the dash, maintenance lights, i would have noticed since i just had picked it up at a mechanic i actually trust and go to regularly, a day before. While retuning the car, probably because the mechanic is a part of white supremacy groups, a common thing with mechanics who ride harleys on the weekend, the dash now has "Check oil" "maintenance required" lights on. I walked back in briefly, and they offered to charge me for another "diag" a 275$ upcharge. I was not given the receipt and asked them to email me, while talking to their disagreeable customer service reps. You chose to be in customer service, Marissa, and Craig the advisor, you could go into another field if you dont like being polite to people. I am paying off this 30,000$ car thats only 2 years old, I dont appreciate it being Vandalized. Marissa replied, what can you prove, bring paperwork from the tire shop. No, i will not set foot on your lot. Provide me with a copy of the what i signed when i dropped the car off. I will take you to small claims court. finally, lastly, i had an enterprise rental car, a 2024 audi with not a scratch on it. I turned the audi keys into Marlborough nissan, a day after i got it. Marlborough Nisssan lied to enterprise saying i had the rental an extra 9 days, no idea if they were cruising around in the rental or it was just parked. luckily i have rented probably 120 cars from enterpriese and they didnt charge me for all that extra time and fees. I felt i was fairly polite, up until today about how things were handled by this shop. Starting with Paul in the body shop, who was immensely rude and kept demanding some paperwork from Geico i was aving trouble accessing on my phone because im partially blind. I notice they reply to all consumer complaints, i look farward to the slander they are sure to post below my comment. I will spend all day on this today, yelp reviews, google reviews I called Nissan consumer affairs (again) I will make a complaint to the ACLU and then, I will take MARLBOROUGH NISSAN to small claims court. Not because i will make much money, but because you inconvenienced me, cost me time and energy, and im sure your legal team needs just another small claim to deal with. After all, your profit from this work was probably 300 or so or less, and now, with the loss of business and the legal hassles, youll be down easily 4,000 - 6,000$.... about what it will cost to repair the seats, retune the car, and move. In case you read where i live on my registration.

"Oh, you have failed right front wheel roll bearing". Total job $700. "Oh, you only have less than 25% left on your rear brake pads, must be replaced". $300+, don't remember exactly. Refused to replace brake pads, paid for the roll bearing replacement. Learned on youtube how to replace brake pads on Nissan I have. Bought replacement pads, pulled brake pad and found it has at least 50% left.

I have an older car (2000) that I use to drive to work to save miles on a new vehicle so I'm trying not to invest too much money in it. After acquiring the vehicle I visited this shop for the first time to have it checked out and mentioned this, expecting an eye roll or some hesitancy if nothing else. The gentleman at the counter didn't hesitate to say "no problem" and that they'd be happy to help. They pointed out a few things that I should keep on my radar but didn't push me to make any major repairs and charged me a fair price for a simple alignment/tire rotation. My second visit was to straighten out the steering after an encounter with a Memorial Drive pot hole and I had the same experience; a good price to get everything straightened out and working safely. It could easily have been an opportunity to get me to sign up for more. A few months later I decided I'd try my hand at some DIY suspension work, which went well but left me in need of another front end alignment, which requires equipment beyond what I have in my garage. Again, they were very pleasant and didn't even blink at my request or push me towards any other repairs/part replacements which I'm sure I'll need in time. That alone is something seemingly rare at most shops, but the rest of the experience couldn't be better either. They've got a good website, you can request appointments online, the staff is friendly, the office is clean and they have a number of surprisingly clean and well-maintained $15/day rental cars to make drop-offs easy and convenient. As someone who knows a bit about cars (enough to be dangerous, at least) I never felt I was being pushed or taken advantage of, which is critical. So repair with confidence! This is a great garage with a trustworthy staff that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to a friend or family member.

I had a quote for work on my Subaru that came in at over $1400 from the dealer; MJ did the work for 900 and did it well. We have had them maintain my wife's 99 Explorer and my 02 Subaru for many years (Until the Explorer rusted out (at 1778,000 miles) and the Subaru got totaled in an accident (at 169,000 miles). Mike & Jimmy were always honest with us about what the vehicles needed, their prices were fair, and they kept the vehicles running in top shape for a good long time. When the Explorer was rusting out, Jimmy called me and told me that before he started doing the big scheduled maintenance I'd brought it in for, he wanted to let me know what else the truck would need. After hearing the list of what was wrong, I asked him what would need to be done to keep the truck running safely while we looked for a new car - he saved us a BUNCH that way, and he kept my wife safe (All he did was to fix the serpentine belt (that was ready to go) and a nearly rusted out brake line). One time I had to have my Subaru's front axles replaced. When I got it back, there was a vibration in the front end. They took the car back in and replaced them again - no charge. But it still vibrated. They took it in again and tried a different brand of replacement axles - and THAT solved the problem - they had been given bad parts by their vendor. BUT... they fixed the problem - at no charge - because these guys stand by their work. Now that I'm looking for a replacement car, and looking at used cars, I brought the cars I was looking at to them to have them checked out - they've kept me from making one bad mistake, they are helping me get out of another one (I DIDN'T have them check one out until after I'd bought it - and their repair quote is helping me invoke the Lemon Aid Law and return the junker) and the third vehicle they looked at, they found four things I'd missed... and the dealer is fixing them before I buy it. Sure, it cost me a few bucks to have them check it over... but it was worth it, and I wish I'd taken the second car to them first, too. My "new" car will be being maintained here at MJ, too - when you've found a great local shop, you stick with it. These guys are honest, competent mechanics and they do damned good work. If your mechanic doesn't seem to be able to get it right, or you're tired of paying dealer rates - give MJ a try. You will NOT be sorry.

My vehicle did not need either of these services, I recently had an oil change and a tire rotation 1500 miles ago, and the oil was not at all dirty. This shop didn't do what I brought it in for and did a completely unnecessary service instead against my knowledge. They charged/robbed me $124.72 for this, not at all a reputable place.

If I could give more than 5 starts I would…read more.. Last week my car stalled during rush hour on 495N and wouldn't start. A MassDOT driver stopped to check on me and gave me Thomas' number from ADR Towing, saying he'd take good care of me. Thomas showed up quickly, was friendly, and genuinely concerned about my situation. He even looked under the hood and found the issue right away. Unfortunately, it couldn't be fixed on the spot, so he towed me to Eastside Classics (reviewed them as well), where he keeps his equipment. They got right to work on my car and had me back on the road within an hour. What really stood out was that Thomas went above and beyond--he could have just towed me, taken payment, and left it at that. Instead, he made sure I got real help, which saved me from scrambling for a rental the next morning. If you ever need a tow, I can't recommend Thomas and ADR Towing enough.

I called for a tow because my car was stuck in the snow in my driveway. There was a delay (I wasn't…read morein a hurry), but the driver called twice to let me know when he'd be coming. When he did arrive he was friendly, pulled out my car, and gave a discount because of the delay in arrival. I highly recommend ADR Towing.

My Husband and I decided to check out the inventory at Apex Auto on a whim. We had been shopping for a new vehicle, and were pretty unimpressed with most of the other local used car dealerships we had visited, so our expectations were very low when we arrived at Apex. Upon exiting our vehicle, and approaching the entrance to the dealership, we were immediately greeted with a warm and welcoming 'hello' from Joe the sales manager who met us outside. We knew at this moment that our experience at here was going to be unlike any other we had before and Joe continued to impress us from that moment. Aside from being friendly and easy to relate to, he is very knowledgable about the inventory and was always upfront and honest with us about any questions we had about pricing. Purchasing a new vehicle can be a stressful endeavor, but Joe was cool, calm and collected during our entire visit and that put us at ease. Most sales people can be pushy at times, but Joe was a true professional and never once made us feel uncomfortable. He made it known that he was there to help us through the entire process. He went above and beyond to resolve my issue, and even checked in with me a few days later to make sure all was well and to assure me that if I needed anything else, he was there to help. I never expected to have such a positive car buying experience, but Joe dispelled all stereotypes about car salespeople that I had and made my experience at Apex Auto Center a memorable one for a good reason! I had a large tree limb fall on my trunk and spoiler. I should state up front that this was not an insurance claim, so I did not want to spend a ton of money on it. Before going to Apex, I had an estimate done at another body shop where I was told both the trunk and spoiler would need to be replaced. I wasn't sure about that, so I used Yelp to request additional estimates. Ronie, the shop owner, got back to me almost immediately. I sent him pictures of the damage and he responded with an estimate and a date and time to bring my car in. I live in the Nashua area, so this was a huge time saver for me. I was also impressed with how quickly Ronie would get back to me when I'd send a follow up message. Apex is not the only company using Yelp to communicate with their customers, book appointments, etc., but, in this particular case, they were easily the fastest. In fact, I should add that by the time two of the other shops responded to my initial message, Apex had finished repairing my car! The price Ronie gave me was the price I paid (1/3 of original estimate) and the car was finished a day ahead of schedule. What's most important is the guys at Apex do incredible work. The car looks fantastic. When I picked up my car, one of the guys quickly fixed an unrelated issue with one of my brake lights and gave me a bottle of touch up paint as well. Nice! WOW... is an understatement - I truly need to commend this location for their ability, promptness, and professionalism. I was in an accident that left my car in undriveable condition, and through extensive research for the best body shop around, I came across Apex Auto Center. Ronie made the process as smooth sailing as I could've deemed possible. I have been an employee of Colonial Chrysler for 15 years. Having known the owners of APEX Auto Body, Ron and Ron Jr. from doing our dealer work for years, there was no question when my car was backed into who I wanted to fix it. Unfortunately the insurance company of the person who hit me didn't feel the same. After multiple appraisals, phone calls back and forth for 2 weeks and very little help from my insurance company Ron Jr. picked up my car and told me he would call me. In one hour he called and told me to meet him in the morning at his shop. He took me to Enterprise, for my reserved rental car and handled the rest. Three days later he brought my car back to me at work "showroom new". It was also completely cleaned and detailed. I was searching around Marlborough to find an auto body repair shop that would work on restoring the bumper on 5 series BMW. I went online and found APEX auto. I read all the reviews which were excellent and decided to give them a shot. when I arrived I met the owner who was very polite and he gave me an estimate right away. To be honest, I expected the estimate to be inflated due to my car being a newer BMW but the estimate was very reasonable. It also should be stated that this was not an insurance claim. I made arrangements to have the car dropped off the following week. I expected to not have my car back for at least a week and was pleasantly surprised when I was called back a day later with APEX stating it was ready! I recently visited a couple shops to see who would be able to do the work in a short amount of time after an accident. Upon waking in without an appointment Apex Auto Center immediately took a look at my car and arranged to take my car in that Monday on the spot saying they would do everything possible to have my car done by when I asked. They also arranged getting me into a rental. They handled everything seamlessly with my insurance company and made the whole process as easy as possible. Everyone was very friendly with great customer service as well! When my car was ready it was spotless inside and out looking brand new again! The dealership that services my car recommended Apex Auto after an erosion spot showed up on my hood (bird poop?). The dealership was unable to get it out. I pulled into Apex Auto without an appointment looking for a quote for the job. Right on the spot the owner and his team started to work on it saying they'd rather get it out before charging me for a whole new paint job. After 10 minutes they were successful and then didn't even charge me! Then they washed my car! They were incredibly gracious, generous and professional. My BMW 325 had several rust spots around the rear wheel wells and along the driver's door sill. They inspected it and gave me a quote in less than 15 minutes. The work included cutting out and replacing metal where the rust was particularly far along. They were able to schedule the job quickly, finished on time and on budget. Not only did the repairs look great, they returned the car washed and cleaned, inside and out. These folks exceeded my expectations. They were very friendly and extremely helpful, they even assisted me on the phone with my insurance company to ensure that everything was in order. I had to pay in cash when I got into an accident because i couldn't afford to hike up insurance and they helped me soo much by finding the best and least expensive way to fix everything!
