A super big thank you to the amazing team at Apex. I am beyond grateful for the tireless effort they put in. I originally brought in my 2018 Porsche Macan GTS for a steady cel light. Several trouble codes popped up with random misfires suggesting camshaft issues. A diagnosis/ inspection was set in place .Shortly later I received a very detailed description with pics of what parts / services my car needed to perform efficiently. Services will begin/original parts purchased once you approve it/ sign. No surprises/ shortcuts /gimmicks. Any questions I had were answered quickly / diligently by Carlos and Aaron.( Apex service advisors) The technicians worked promptly /meticulously! I am super stoked with the outcome and couldn't be happier with the results. Its like night and day. I found out about this place when John (the owner?) helped me out @ a track day that he was also attending. Needed some help changing brake pads. A few different people at the track recommended John, and he graciously agreed to help me. He made some recommendations for me since I was going through the brake pads quite fast (pads & rotors better suited for track days) and I brought the car into his shop a few weeks later to take care of it. Be aware! This shop owner John cheated me by using inferior counterfeit parts (spark plugs and spark plug wires) on my 2016 Porsche Cayenne, while informing me genuine parts were used and charged me full price of genuine parts. My car suffered engine failure soon after and I finally found out that I was cheated by them, until I brought my car to Porsche dealer. I have evidences of the inferior parts, receipts, and texting record with the shop owner John. Their shop's practice has violated my rights and endangered me and my family. read more

Note: this place has a new name now -- Apex. Had a great experience at this shop. They usually only work on performance cars, but I didn't know that as I had only looked them up on Google Maps, and I went there with my Chevy Malibu. The nice man at the shop still looked at my car and didn't say anything until after the work was done. Then he mentioned that they usually don't do this kind of stuff and I looked inside and there were nice Porsches and etc. The issue I had was that the check engine light was on, he was able to quickly figure out what was wrong and gave me options on what to do. I found these guys through groupon for an oil change and tire rotation. I've only met one guy there and he's as nice as could be. Hands as dirty as you'd expect since I'm sure he's always working but it goes with his kindness, polite demeanor and readiness to help. I couldn't believe there are still people that care about their business and have the mind to serve. Waiting are isn't fancy but a lot nicer than many other non dealership places. Typical mechanic shop, go in with one quote price come out with triple the price. Went in for a simple brake change 155$ but nope turned out I needed new rotors extra 200$ ok fine. Then needed new calipers ! Total price now 900$. You have to be kidding me. I told them hell no, I am going to go pick up my car right now. Oh but wait, now I have to pay 120$ diagnostic fee. Just for them to take my tires off, took them Wednesday 3pm to Thursday 4pm to tell me all the "problems" with my car. What a waste of my time and money. read more
